I was at a liquor store on another occasion, so I decided to take the opportunity to get drunk and review the new sake "Arasugi", which I had only reviewed in the store.
Hakugakusen Junmai Ginjo Aragusuki
When I put my fingernail on the lid, I could hear the sound of fresh drunkenness 🎵.

The aroma is reminiscent of fresh pears, the mouthfeel is fresh and gassy, the flavor is fresh and smooth, and the sweetness is subtle, followed by the sharp acidity characteristic of "Hakugakusen", a gentle and soft lingering taste, and finally a bitter taste in the back of the throat.
