It has a very sour taste!
It's very interesting because it doesn't taste like sake.
It tastes like white wine.
This one was made in 2023 and is said to be made the next year with the same label, but the 2023 one seems to be more acidic, and they offer the one with more acidity in stock.
The dish is Warabi and Kohada with Sanbaizu. The sourness of the two made for a good pairing 😊.
The third glass was a local sake from Hanamaki, a brand I had wanted to try.
It is a light but tasty sake that goes down smoothly.
It is the perfect food sake.

Well, yesterday I went to a baseball game for the first time in a while. I went to Hamasuta with a colleague from a former job. The colleague has won 23 games, lost 22, and one of those wins was in the 2003 Japan Series at Koshien, so I was worried that he might not be a good person to come to a baseball game. I am the blessing of victory.
