Miyazumi Meikozo Yamadaho Junmai Ginjo Day 1: Holder: Stimulation on the tip of the tongue and at the back of the mouth. Sweet with a complex depth and a hint of bitterness. The aftertaste is like melon. The taste is very deep and addictive 😋. Day 3: The corners have been removed and the tingling is gone. The sweetness is gentle, but deep. I like it very much! It's a bit more than just a little bit sweet, but it's also a lot deeper and more intense. It's a very good wine, but it's not as good as the Collage. I can drink it forever 🍶.

Koei Kiku" Sukai Seikai 100% Yuyamanishiki Special Junmai Good evening! It's been a while since I've had a Koeihiku 🍶. I was curious about this new series! As it is an unfiltered, unfiltered, raw sake, the bottle opened with a gentle bounce. The aroma is sweet, and the initial taste is a bittersweet one, but it is quickly followed by the bitterness that is unique to Kouei Kiku. The bitterness is quite strong and lingers until the aftertaste. The sweetness is covered by the bitterness and leaves a dry aftertaste. It is clear, fresh, and refreshing. I think the bitterness is a little strong, so I will leave it a little longer.

Koshi Raimi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake🍶. I was attracted by the stylish gin-like label. As everyone wrote, it didn't have the "thunderous impact in the mouth" that the label on the back says it would... The aroma is gorgeous, and the texture is chili. It was sweet and bitter, with a cashew-like aroma. Round and slightly sour aftertaste. It is sweet, but the moderate bitterness seems to go well with meals. I think it will lose some of its edge after a few days! Delicious 😋.

Tenmei Orikagarami Junmai" 🍶. The supernatant has a sweetness that lingers on the tip of the tongue. It tastes like a pear. It tastes like a pear, not a pear, but a fresh and sweet pear like Kosui. We have just finished a big job and had a private launch lol. Ganzan" is a famous sake shop in the neighborhood. They have 50 kinds of Sake, Shochu (barley, sweet potato, etc.), and Awamori! The first one is Tobiroki (🍶). I had it at the first sip. It is a beautiful and refreshing sake! The sweetness was refreshingly crisp and went well with sashimi and tempura.

Nagano Trip⑤. The last one was Mr. Beaumichel 🍶. Sake with a taste for music 🎵. Gorgeous taste like apple🍎! It's like a juice! It also feels like wine 🍾. Delicious, delicious 🤤. I'm sure I'll be back! Well, Tsugaike Kogen was prepared for winter with dead trees, but the view was great 😊. It would have been better if it was covered with snow, but the view was great 😆. It is a bit high in alcohol content at 17 degrees, so it gets drunk quickly. The next morning, we went hiking at Tsugaike Kogen (Tsugaike Plateau) 🏞️ It was the last day of this year, so there were almost no visitors and we had the place to ourselves. There was no snow and it was sunny and hot 🫠. It would have been nice to see snow, but this year it will finally snow on the next day. I heard that skunk cabbages are beautiful in the scenery, but it was just at the end of the autumn leaves. I have been taking in the beautiful air: 🏔️

Nagano Trip 3 Doburoku and mikan (doburoku and mikan) 🍶. The doburoku from the brewery we went to in the spring was available in a mikan ver. 🍊. Yummy 😋! It's like a juice 🍹! The mashed pulp and doburoku rice grains alternately rush together 😘. Now, the photo is of a very stylish restaurant called "ao" by Lake Aoki. 🍽️ It seems to be run by TY Harbor in Tennozu, Tokyo, and the food was very good! It would have been nice to see the sunset, but the stars were so beautiful that it was a good thing👍.

Trip to Nagano (2) This is also at "Shinshu Kuraudo" at Nagano Station. Ubasute terraced rice field "Moon of every rice field" 🍶. I bought it because of its beautiful graphics. I could see many terraced rice fields in the mountains of Nagano. I think it is really hard to plant rice in a place where no machines can enter. On the first day, it had a gorgeous aroma, a sweet taste, and a dry atmosphere that cut through quickly. I thought it would be better to let it sit for a while. I thought so, and on the third day, it rounded out and changed very deliciously. ☺️ Now to the Nagano Prefectural Museum of Art 🚗 which I wanted to visit. There is an outdoor fog exhibit here. It's not really an exhibit, but more of an installation. A good amount of fog comes out every 30 minutes or so. The children seemed to be having a lot of fun running around. The architecture is very nice combined with the landscape. The location is right behind Zenkoji Temple and the view from the hilltop is outstanding. I would like to mention that we also paid a visit to Zenkoji Temple. The autumn leaves were beautiful and spectacular. The young lady is in a swastika pose.

It was my son's birthday earlier this month, so we went to Nagano Prefecture for a visit during this holiday weekend! I think I have been to Nagano Prefecture a hundred times, but this was my first time in Nagano City. I found a great liquor store called "Shinshu Kuraudo" in the very magnificent Nagano station 💡. They have sake from all over Nagano 😘. They also have a corner shop, so if I hadn't come by car, I would have gone in there lol. A cute bear wearing an apple 🍎. The kids picked out a cup of sake with a cute illustration of Alkuma-chan 🍶. The taste was very refreshing! It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a crisp aftertaste. It's very easy to drink and has no habits, so if you're traveling by Shinkansen, this is definitely the one you want to drink on the train on the way home. I bought a few other bottles, so I'm looking forward to opening them 😊.
