When we arrived at the ☔️ station, the rain man burst in: ☔️ We no longer consider it a blessing. Now, we are going to enjoy Soba and Sake 🍶 off lunch time. Today's sake was "Wakamusume" 🍶. Pon-chan raved about this sake, so we decided to drink it when we found it! It's a very tasty nigori sake. I guess I was just starting to drink it since I had about 70% of the bottle left 🤤 It plays a nice sound 🤤. It has a chili texture and is thick and lingers on the palate. It's not too sweet, but just a hint of sweetness. Too good to be gone in seconds! This is something you have to have on hand!

This is another sake that I got on yesterday's liquor store tour (by myself) 🍶. Ki". It's a draft sake, so I quickly opened the bottle 🍾. The aroma is gorgeous and has an akatake-like atmosphere. Refreshing and light, like clean water. It has a refreshing sweetness like rumune that lingers on the tongue. It has a slight chilli taste 🤏. Yesterday's Mimurosugi was also made with Yamadanishiki, but this one is also made with Yamadanishiki. The sweetness is more than any other sake rice. It is 15%, but it is light and easy to drink. The label on the back of this sake reminds me of spring. I've been working on my bike today, cleaning the carburetor that has been bothering me for a long time. It was clogged up with quicksilver, and after I cleaned it up, it put me in a super good mood! I have to do maintenance often!

It has been sunny every day in Tokyo. Today is especially warm and I think spring has come. Since it is such a nice day, I went on a tour of liquor stores on my bike 🏍️ We went to "Kagoya Akimoto Shoten" in Komae City! It is a liquor store with a nice brewery attached. First, here 💁. Mimuro Sugi" 🍶. Very easy to drink, refreshing and modern taste. At first the sweetness of the Yamadanishiki stands out, but soon the smoothness of the clean water is emphasized. The aroma that passes through the nose is also refreshing, and although it is low in alcohol at 13 🍶, it is a delicious sake that can be tasted well. It's so good that it's almost too good to be true... I also detected a banana-like taste, but it was beautiful and not too sweet 😋.

300 check-ins ✅. Reviewing my records again, I see that I have a regional bias in my drinking lol. I would like to challenge myself to drink from different regions from now on. Now for the sake, "Yamazan" 🍶. Junmai Ginjo Hitogokochi Gowari Gofubu light nigori Nama Sake Open the bottle with a pshuppu! It's a little cloudy, so you can taste the top clear part ♫ The aroma is like fresh green apples 🍏. The sweetness is lightly wafted and the aftertaste is quite bitter. It tastes like grapefruit. It is similar to Kouei Chrysanthemum. The aftertaste is clean and dry! If you wait a few days, the sweetness will increase. I'm enjoying it with scallop strings as a side dish 😋. It goes exquisitely with it. The label is clean and cool! I looked it up and it's a revived brewery. I am excited to hear that you have Yukimura Sanada's family as your ancestors and look forward to seeing how it develops in the future😊.

I'm a little late to the party, but I've just had a bottle of Edogari. It is said to be fired, but when it is poured into a glass, it has a shiny, thin and cloudy appearance, which makes us expect more! The aroma is gorgeous, with a hint of sourness that is typical of Sengoku. The aroma is gorgeous and the taste is full of lactic acidity. It is pleasantly tangy on the tip of the tongue. ☺️ Although it is a pure sake, the impression is light and thin. It is a little dry. I had been living a healthy life, refraining from drinking alcohol in anticipation of a medical checkup. My feelings were not good emotionally, as I wanted to drink alcohol, and I thought I was an alcoholic. Now, I was almost unable to drink at the party, but they brought this. It was 8% low alcohol and was like melon juice 🍈. It was easy to drink and light 🍶.

At my wife's parents' house 🍶. My child caught a cold on New Year's Day, so it's today, but I'd like to wish her a Happy New Year 🎍. My mother-in-law couldn't drink it all 🤭 so I was happy to help her out. At first I thought it was sweet, but since it is a special pure sake, it has a robust flavor. Ni-Uto Junmai Ginjo Light Nigori I went to a customer's place (Sasazuka) to greet the New Year. On the way home, I found a buckwheat noodle shop near the station where I was interested in sake. I had never had a drink of Nito🐇🐇, but I was curious about it because it had been mentioned a lot at Sake-no-wa. I don't like sweet sake with soba, but this is very tasty 🤤. It is a light nigori, so the store shook it up for us, so it had a full pichisuwa feeling! I enjoyed it so much that I drank the whole thing down! It was gone in no time at all and half a glass is not enough at all... I mean, is this glass half-full?

During year-end return 🏠5 Raifuku" bean barrel My sister-in-law left this sake for me 🍶. She is from Ibaraki prefecture and brought some local sake. The package is perfect for celebrations and souvenirs and seems to bring good fortune! On the way back from Hiyoshi-taisha Shrine, we stopped by "Mentai Park" along the lakeshore. It used to be a sweetfish village, but it has been this facility for several years. I had a bowl of mentaiko (cod roe) and ate enough cod roe for a year. Children can play all day long only at this park because there are many facilities to play! Well, this time we went back home for a long time, so we drank a lot of alcohol 🍶. During year-end trip home 🏠4 Kaze no Mori" Omachi 807 Polishing ratio: 80 Sake rice: Omachi from Okayama Prefecture Delicious 🤤 too delicious 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. The 80% milling ratio gives it a complex but distinctly assertive flavor profile. The taste is so deep and delicious that this is what the Kaze no Mori is all about. Chilli chilli, touching the tip of the tongue, leaving a thickened taste and a chilli chilli at the back of the throat. White peaches and green bananas...yes, that's exactly what it is. The slight bitterness lingers on and invites you to have another cup to feel the sweetness again.

During the year-end trip home🏠1 Kaze no Mori" Junmai Rice : Akitsuho Polishing ratio : 50 Melon-like aroma and taste. Hard and a little dry on the first day. It is the last sake to be fire-aged, but it has a freshness that is quintessential Kaze no Mori. The second day is a little sweeter, and on the third day, the sweetness is more pronounced and finishes safely. It is still a delicious drink 🍶. Dinner is of course Omi beef sukiyaki🐃.

Sake at Kuripa🍶Part 5. Toyobai" Junmai Ginjo Rice : Toyobai rice Polishing ratio : 55 The last one is here 💁. Toyobai is from Aomori! Hyah, delicious 🤤. I've had a variety of sakes, and the taste is very convincing. The sweetness and slight bitterness that lingers on the tongue invites you to have another cup. Sake at Kuripa🍶Part 4. Junmai Dry Shiboritate Nama Rice : Yume Tsukushi Rice polishing ratio : 65 It's a label buy: 🏷️ I was curious to buy it because it is always uploaded on "Sake-no-wa"! Stylish label like a gin. Nice combination of yellow-green and purple👍 Now, what does it taste like? It is a gentle melon! It is said to be dry, but the sharpness of the aftertaste gives that impression. It tastes sweet and fresh at first. After a little time, it became sweeter... ♪ Delicious!

Sake at Kuripa🍶Part2. Tanaka Rokuugo Rice : 100% Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima Bubbles and aawa aawa 🫧. Japanese style bubbles with Western Champagne in between 🫧. A surprise for the person who didn't see the opening warning 😳. The sizzling and overflowing awa🫧! It is quite vigorous! The bubbles are quite fine and go through the nose. No sweetness, clear and dry. It's like soda water! We all nodded in agreement at how refreshing it was. The secondary fermentation in the bottle is so strongly carbonated that you would think it was filled with carbonic acid. It is a very enjoyable sake.
