It's been a while since I've had one of these, but here's my impression.
It has a sweetness, but it has a nice sharpness.
I haven't drank too much recently, but it's been a while since I drank too much, and today was a lazy day with a little stomachache 🥲.
I'm sure you can find a way to make this drink as good as it tastes 😅.
Kakuemon Pink Label
I heard it is commonly called "Pinkakku".
As the label explains, it has a melon-like sweet aroma and flavor, with a fresh gasiness and a bitter aftertaste.
The lingering bitterness in the aftertaste is unique and addictive.
It is easy to drink and you will drink it, but be careful not to drink too much as it has a high alcohol content of 17 degrees!

Nice taste!
It was warm and sunny in Morioka today, making it feel like spring ☘️ ☀️😊
Sake is the best drink on a day like this 😆 so I chose this one for this evening👍.
Let's start with the standing aroma. Sweet and refreshing ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the taste is fresh and sweet, followed by a beautiful acidity and a good bitterness. The overall taste is soft and the sweetness spreads slowly.
Serve with Yose-nabe (Yose-nabe stew). The crisp dashi flavor of the nabe soup stock enhances the impression of this sake's umami, and the subtle bitterness tightens the taste and further accentuates the sake's flavor👍.

Hi Komachan 😃
Here is the one we got yesterday on our liquor store expedition👍We will be the first drinkers so the review will be helpful 🤗 looking forward to drinking it 😋.
The taste is fresh and cool, as is typical of nama-shu, soft on the palate with a clear, crisp flavor that conveys the umami of the rice. The sweetness is subdued, with a strong sense of umami and bitterness, giving the impression of being slightly dry.
The aroma is quite subdued with hints of grape and pineapple. The alcohol taste was a bit strong. Overall, it was a refreshing and clean sake. It was a treat 😋.
