My belated post is getting much closer to the present day 😅 Here's one I drank last Friday 🤗. I think I was well rested from Monday to Thursday during this week too 🤔. I've been drinking Daishinshu's dry and very dry at home 😋, but this is the first time for me to drink other than them! The name seems like it would be easy to drink and flow smoothly, so I have high expectations for it. By the way, we used to call him "Sarasara" 😳 We could feel him approaching us from behind 😆 We haven't seen him around lately. I hope he is doing well! I'll make love to you while thinking 😌. The aroma is not sweet and crispy. I'll take a sip! It's easy to drink, but you can also taste the umami 😋. I think it will refresh your skin after the heat of summer 🥵🤗By the way, Nobby also became smooth and Jay was smooth 😆. The third picture is of J&N's family's summer liquor army: ‼️ We already finished 2 of these last weekend after the Dai-Shinshu 😁Can you guess which one it is 🤔? That means...I have 2 bottles left to write ‼️ 👋 I'll do my best!

It is the royal road of Shinshu sake. Daishinshu is a sake for all four seasons. Even so, Daishinshu is smooth and silky in summer. But it is a wonderfully balanced Daishinshu. Since I haven't been able to stock it recently, I'm going to stock it too. ‼️

This goes back a long time😅. I got it when I saw Tsubu-chan advocate "6/9 is Okuroku's day ‼️" 🤗. But we couldn't open the bottle on Monday after drinking too much on the weekend 😓😢we opened it late when we got settled 🤗. The rice used for this sake is "Ginga" from Iwate Prefecture, which is new to me, but it reminded me of "Gingaman" which my parents used to watch on TV when my daughter was little because it was a Sentai Hero movie 😁. The actor who played Blue was Teruhide 😌 anyone know him? I'll make love to you! The aroma is, hmmm? Slight smell of alcohol I'm going to take a sip...it's THE refreshing taste, and just like the aroma, the alcohol feeling comes first! My first impression is that it is quite dry 😗. But when I paired it with a meal, the sharp acidity of the sake and the umami of the rice came together in a nice salty way 😙 and when I realized it, it was gone 😋. O'clock, you're good! ‼️The quality of the sake was quite different from the first bottle of Lotus, but this crescent was reasonably priced and just the right amount of dryness 🤗. Speaking of o'clock 🧐 "o'clock" is an abbreviation of "of the clock" and is used to refer to exactly the right time ☝️ So it's just the right amount of dry 😇

Last weekend, I gave up on buying because of the terrible 🌀wind 🌀but instead went to a nearby liquor store and bought a bottle of 14 degrees, which I have been liking lately! But I forgot my reading glasses and couldn't see the words on the label at all! But I forgot my reading glasses 👓 and couldn't read the label at all 😓. The one that was chosen out of the three was not (5) or (7), but (6), which I have been wanting to drink for a long time 🤗. At the cashier, the shopkeeper told us to drink it slowly because it was a bit hard, and we looked like we knew what we were talking about 😊... but we were drinking with sensitivity and had no knowledge of alcohol 😅 here's the conversation we had after we got home Nobby: "What do you mean by hard?" Jay: "It means it's not open." Nobby: "What's not open?" Jay: "You know, that thing! It's hard." Can someone please tell me the correct answer? I'll make love to you if it's hard I'll love you with the hard one 🧐. I wish I could tell you how good it is 😅It's good right from the start! It's a refreshing and crisp bottle with the acidity we like 😙 half the lid on the first day and the rest on Wednesday. Oh! I feel like the acidity is sharper 😚 I don't know if I'm saying it right 🤔It's like a sharp sensation... not the other way around: ⁉️ Conclusion: both the first day and the third day were good 😙. That's all I have to say.

I ordered the car at the beginning of February, but it took more than 3 months to deliver it 😓It's a little too long for a normal car 😑. First summer sake of the year This time in a wine glass 🥂. Shake the glass to check the aroma. The aroma was fresh and calm. (It was described on the internet as having citrus notes, but I personally didn't feel it.) At the moment of putting it in the mouth, a tingling and prickling sensation delights the tongue. Here is one from a week ago Sunday😅. We came back from Chiba after my father's birthday party 🎊! We were a little tired 😔 and not so hungry... so we decided to have a light drink 🤗. We bought some sashimi at the supermarket and had a light meal of tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce and soy sauce) and cauliflower, etc. that my sister gave us. Jay says, "I know it's good even before I drink it 😙," says Mr. Tsuneyama: ‼️ We were looking forward to drinking it because it was delicious the first time we drank it at the beginning of this year and because of all the positive reviews we saw on Sake-no-Wa 😋. I'll make love to you The aroma is fruity and apple-y. One sip and yes it came out! Yum meh 😍. It's not so much dry as it is slightly carbonated and has a clear, clean flavor and a pleasant acidity that will blow away your fatigue 😙. The best part is that it has a great sharpness👍! I hope everyone will try this one! Fly away ‼️🤣 It was really good 😋😋. By the way, the next day I gave my father the pink sweatshirt that was my birthday present 🎁, and he was really happy 😄 He said he was going to try it on now, which is rare for him! Drinking at home in the latter half of GW (1) After dropping my son off at the station, I dropped by a liquor store and brought back this bottle! It's Miyamanishiki Chuai 🤗. I'll make love to you Not much of an aroma, I guess. When I took a sip, Nobby felt the sweetness and Jay felt the bitterness 😗 but it felt kind of heavy🤔 so I drank only half and switched to the next bottle to change the taste ❗️ The next day we drank it in a pot and it had a deeper flavor 😊I know exactly what Maru meant when she drank it and said "I wish I could be someone like Chuai"! By the way, the story of the second day in Nikko Kirifuri😊We saw the sun 🌅 at sunrise, refreshed ourselves in the morning bath, and went to the breakfast buffet! I had seafood bowl, mini ramen, curry, and ochazuke to top it all off, and ate so much I felt sick 🤭. After that, we decided to go somewhere else! After that, we went to see the nearby Kirifuri Falls, and then drove 20 minutes to Osasa Ranch. Those of you who live in the city will probably say, "Wow, this view is amazing! We were so excited to see a pony 🫏 lying on its side and not moving that the tourists were saying, "Isn't it dead? Enjoy sightseeing too? Love Tochigi 🥰!

Last weekend, Nobby stayed behind in Utsunomiya for the Tochigi Prefecture Women's Association🥰, while Jay went to Chiba to help his daughter prepare for her move🚙. Nobby said he drank a little too much 😅 at the last Women's Association! This time, she said she had just the right amount to talk and drink 😊. The chosen drink was Tasake's special Jun_Jun (pure sake), which I decided I would drink this year! I decided to drink Tasake's Tokujun ‼️ probably for the first time 🤔. I'll make love to you! The aroma is fruity 😌. I'm going to drink it for the first time this year 🤔 I'm going to make love to you and drink it! It's full-bodied 😚 and the aftertaste is unique 🧐Classic and modern are having a friendly session 😙 but it's not modern chic, it's more like a Cladin with a dry taste at the end 😋. By the way, the party was as lively as it sounds 😊Jay had an Italian dinner with his sister and father after helping his daughter move to a new house🇮🇹 late, but he got a surprise birthday plate at the end of the dinner 😳It's always nice to have something like this no matter how old you are 🥹. Then she took off yesterday for Washington where he is 🛫 and arrived safely this morning 🛬. We will spend GW over there and return home together at the end of the day! It was only last weekend 😅I decided to open another bottle of sake that I bought 😋 to taste the delicious sashimi with another sake 🤗. I switched from Yobitomo to Mitsuzusen from the series of sake that I've never had before: ‼️ It was surprisingly my first time to drink it, so much so that Nobby asked, "What? I was surprised that it was my first time to drink it! I'll make love to you I'll make love to you! It's so rich and robust 😚 but should I go ahead and drink it cold? I was thinking 🤔 I was thinking 🤔"Isn't this the one?" I was thinking 🤔 "This is the one" and Nobby said... "Sure, it's warm today, but that one is good". So that's where the thing = Yumbei Yokocho comes in: ‼️ Since it doesn't warm up right away 😅I continued to pitch Yobitomo while waiting for the bullpen to finish 😇After a while, I asked Manjusen to pitch again after his shoulder was ready 😁. I'm going to make love to you again! The aroma wafting from the boar's mouth makes me smile with confidence ☺️ I'm sure you'll love it! I knew it was good warmed up 👍. The perfect relief pitcher, he was able to crunch through the delicious sashimi 😋 and drink the Manjusen in a rhythmic rhythm!

That was last Saturday😅. On this day, after lunch, we were basking in the afterglow of Yamamoto's great pitch and Erdman's HR⚾️ 😌 We had to walk, too! We walked 💦 and then went to the liquor store to restock our lonely fridge🚙. While browsing the fridge, a bottle with an atmospheric appearance that made us think 🧐 that it might be a gem 🧐 caught our eye 😳 It was one we hadn't seen or heard of at all 😅 but we didn't hesitate to get it 👍. But cooking dinner is also a hassle 😩, so I went to Asanoya for such a time! As long as I have that delicious sashimi, I don't need anything else 😌. When I entered the store, they didn't have any 🥲 but they had some delicious looking bonito and squid😍 It was a bit expensive 😅 but I figured if it was for dinner, I'd buy two! I bought two... We went home and started the party 🥳. We're going to have a dinner at Yobitomo with a great atmosphere 🤗. It's a limited edition sake from the Kubota brewery, until now only Junmai Daiginjo has been available, but this year Junmai Ginjo is now available year-round at a reasonable price 🧐. I'll make love to you I love to drink it 😋 I thought it would be a good food sake, so I paired it with the beautiful bonito of the day.... I can't help but smile without words 😊When I open my mouth, a chorus of "unma~ai🤩" echoes throughout the house🎶This calls for a friend.

I drank a bottle last Sunday😅. I may have had a drink outside somewhere 🤔 but this is my first time to drink at home 🤔‼️ so this time it's "Abukuma" from the "Maybe I've never had a drink before series 😆" 🤗. It's kind of simple, but isn't the shiny silver label cool? I took a picture of the bottom right with the sake cups because of all the silver colors 😄. I'm going to make love to you again this day 😙 I'm going to make love to you now! The aroma is refreshingly fruity 😌. The first sip is soooooo good 😍! It's juicy with just the right amount of sweetness 😋and the best balance of umami and acidity ‼️. It's a great balance and is a great Fukushima sake 🍶This was a bonanza 👍 And here's a J&N family newsletter 🛜. My daughter's visa (🇺🇸) finally came through and she will officially live in Japan (🇯🇵). He will be coming to Japan in the summer, but he will be here once in May before that! Nobby is hoping to speak English more and understand each other better. I've been studying 📚 on a regular basis, but this month I'm finally going to start attending an English conversation class 🤗. I had set a small self-goal at the beginning of the year to drink Tasake this year 🤗‼️ I've only had two bottles of Tasake since I started "Sake no Wa" in November 2021... and I've only had one microbubbler along the way 😳! This is not good 😤, so I picked up this one the other day when I was at the Mekada Sake Shop👍! But when I looked at the price, it was over the wall and a bit expensive 🧐. I almost put it back in the fridge 😅Noby strongly encouraged me to buy it since I didn't spend any money on anything else 😆 Finally I brought it along 🤗. I'll make love to you! The aroma is light and fruity 😌. I was about to think it was too sweet, but it had a nice sour taste. I almost thought it was too sweet, but it has a nice acidity and a nice aftertaste, so it goes down easy 😋. It's quite sweet by international J&N standards 😅 but I killed it in the blink of an eye, so it's OK as Pon-chan predicted 👍. I haven't been able to go to the hanami yet 😅because I had to run some errands 💦see MLB⚾️ and such 🥲, but I'm glad I was able to have a home-drink Hanami🌸 with Tasake's Sakura label😇. Below right is a picture of the cherry blossoms near my house! It was almost full bloom 😌.

There are some drinks I haven't listed yet 😅I will list the ones I drank yesterday first! MLB⚾Dodgers vs Cubs game started in Tokyo‼️ and the dinner table was fully prepared for the party when I got home👍. I looked over and there was Nobby in his Ohtani uniform 😄 He was very enthusiastic 😄. We took a picture in front of the TV, and at the annual sake open 😆 before the play ball, Tochigi Sake of Dodger Blue was chosen as the opening pitcher! That's right, it's Mr. Zanrezhiki 🤗. I'm going to make love to him first and wish him all the best 👍. I'll make love to you first ♬ I take a sip! I love the sweetness in the back, but it's as sharp as Mr. Yamamoto's split 😙. The pitching match between Imanaga and Yamamoto was tense and the game was progressing at a good tempo 😙The dry sake went down smoothly and we were already empty in the second inning😅. After a quick call to the bullpen and a consultation with the drink coach, we decided to give the bullpen (the kids in the fridge) a break since we had a game (banquet) tomorrow and asked our overseas helper, Highball🥃, to make an emergency appearance 🫡. He was a great help 😙. So I drank a little too much yesterday 😵 and today I'm watching the game in a relaxed atmosphere with a cup of tea🍵.

It's been a while since I've had an instrumental Masamune! It's a junmai sake but it's called "junjo". It seems to be a standard sake, but I didn't know that. Now the taste, Fruity and refreshing aroma, just like usual Gakki ☺. It seems to be fire-brewed, but it has a light gasiness and a fresh sweetness like muscat 🍇?
