My belated post is getting much closer to the present day 😅 Here's one I drank last Friday 🤗.
I think I was well rested from Monday to Thursday during this week too 🤔.
I've been drinking Daishinshu's dry and very dry at home 😋, but this is the first time for me to drink other than them! The name seems like it would be easy to drink and flow smoothly, so I have high expectations for it.
By the way, we used to call him "Sarasara" 😳 We could feel him approaching us from behind 😆 We haven't seen him around lately. I hope he is doing well!

The aroma is not sweet and crispy.
I'll take a sip! It's easy to drink, but you can also taste the umami 😋.

Daishinshu is a sake for all four seasons.
Even so, Daishinshu is smooth and silky in summer.
But it is a wonderfully balanced Daishinshu.
Since I haven't been able to stock it recently, I'm going to stock it too. ‼️
