Proudly local sake Again with a glass of wine 🥂. The aroma is quite fruity. (As per word of mouth). The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt a strong sweetness. After that, the bitterness rushes in while the sweetness remains. The balance of sweet and bitter is exquisite. Also, the aftertaste lingers for quite a while, so it can be enjoyed for a long time. It was a memorable sake with a strong impact.

First summer sake of the year This time in a wine glass 🥂. Shake the glass to check the aroma. The aroma was fresh and calm. (It was described on the internet as having citrus notes, but I personally didn't feel it.) At the moment of putting it in the mouth, a tingling and prickling sensation delights the tongue. After that, smooth and gentle sweetness and sharpness stand out in the mouth, and finally disappear down the back of the throat. We drank it mainly with simmered and fried dishes, and found it to be a perfect match. I would like to drink it with sushi next time. The label matches the taste of the sake, and it was a wonderful sake that made me feel summer.
