Summer sake from Sentori, Beetle!
In a wine glass as usual 🥂.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of citrus.
The moment it hits the palate, a citrusy (lemon?) The taste like citrus (lemon?) spreads in the mouth. I thought of a lemon sour.
The aftertaste is bitter like shochu and citrus flavor lingers in the mouth as an aftertaste.
The impact and aftertaste in the mouth are impressive.
It was the perfect sake for summer.
A supreme product from Ageo City, Saitama Prefecture
With a glass of wine as usual 🥂.
Just good.
The aroma was calm and refreshing (I drank too much and my range of expression is limited. Please forgive me)
Not much bitterness or sweetness, and the umami of the rice should be felt directly. The end of the drink disappears easily into the back of the throat.
The lingering aftertaste is pleasant.
We drank it with Kasumi's bonito and baby cheese as our main course, and it was an excellent match.
This is a sake that needs to be repurchased in a bottle.
It may be my favorite of all the ones I've had.
A great wine that is sure to be a repeat customer.
I was attracted by the beautiful label design and ended up buying it.
This time I enjoyed the sake while looking at the aquarium at home 😋.
As usual with a glass of wine 🥂.
The taste was outstanding!
Well balanced sake!
It was definitely one of the best sake in the same family!
K Jay & Nobby, thanks for your comments 😊.
You are right, the flavor is perfect,
You are right, the flavor is perfect and it reminded us again that Sagata is a great sake 😌.
Nara's Hidden Sake
This time in a boar cup and wine glass 🥂.
The aroma is mild, and it is like adding lychee and alcohol without the sweetness.
The moment it enters the mouth, it goes in clear and transparent.
After that, the impression of [umami, gasiness, acidity, and bitterness] spread throughout the mouth at the same time.
The taste of the previous sentence remains after the drink is over (the gasiness is particularly noticeable).
Consistently, there was little sweetness.
It was a chic sake that seemed to stick with middle-aged people more than young people.
Proudly local sake
Again with a glass of wine 🥂.
The aroma is quite fruity. (As per word of mouth).
The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt a strong sweetness. After that, the bitterness rushes in while the sweetness remains. The balance of sweet and bitter is exquisite.
Also, the aftertaste lingers for quite a while, so it can be enjoyed for a long time.
It was a memorable sake with a strong impact.
First summer sake of the year
This time in a wine glass 🥂.
Shake the glass to check the aroma.
The aroma was fresh and calm.
(It was described on the internet as having citrus notes, but I personally didn't feel it.)
At the moment of putting it in the mouth, a tingling and prickling sensation delights the tongue.
After that, smooth and gentle sweetness and sharpness stand out in the mouth, and finally disappear down the back of the throat.
We drank it mainly with simmered and fried dishes, and found it to be a perfect match.
I would like to drink it with sushi next time.
The label matches the taste of the sake, and it is a wonderful sake that reminds me of summer.
