Aizu Chusho Junmai Ginjo Yume no Kou Echigoya Special Edition A collaboration between the liquor store we visited and Aizu Nakasyo! Recommended to me as a food sake, especially good with simmered dishes. It was recommended to me. Fruity aroma, almost like a raw sake! It has a sweetness, but it also has a richness and umami of rice. I never get tired of drinking it ✨ A little bit like strawberry? It was not overpowered by the taste even if it was combined with a meal. Like meat and potatoes, It seems to go well with stews seasoned a little sweetly, like meat and potatoes. My personal favorite sake 😋🍶.

Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Genshu Noritanbo Kamunagi Sake I encountered while strolling in Aizuwakamatsu The sake is made by a man who is called the "God of Sake" in Fukushima. who is called the "God of Sake" in Fukushima. It is sweet but not too sweet. It is neither too light nor too heavy. It is not too light nor too heavy, but has a good balance. This is the sake made by God...? I drank it with grilled shiitake mushrooms. I drank it with grilled shiitake mushrooms, but rather than pairing it with something else I would rather savor this sake with a little bit of each other.

Mizuho Kogane, a rice product with a name you may not have heard of. I've never heard of this rice called "Mizuho Kogane". I enjoyed it. It is sweet but has a grapefruit-like flavor. but it also has a grapefruit-like flavor. It was clean and refreshing without leaving any sweetness behind. It was refreshing without leaving any sweetness behind. My husband commented that it tasted like yogurt. Since we drank it at the store, we drank it in a well-mixed state. I would like to try it in two ways: with only the supernatant and with the lees mixed in 🍶.

Sake made in collaboration with Toyokuni Shuzo. The name of the sake is taken from the owner's name and the name of the store. and the name of the shop. The sake is named "Yuki no Sakazuki" after the owner's name and the shop's name. This is also nigori sake. Sweet and juicy! It is sweet but also has umami and bitterness. I felt various flavors as I drank it. It was my personal favorite among all the sake I drank that day. I couldn't help but have another glass 🤘😎🤘😎😎.

HIROKI Junmai Ginjo This is the first time I have seen one with a black label 😲. According to the owner, it is usually white labeled. The owner said that the black label is even rarer among the hard-to-find The black label is even rarer than the white label, according to the owner. The aroma is fruity and the rice flavor is robust but not too full and elegant. Delicious 😋.

Soft, fresh, slightly effervescent Exactly what the label says: ✴️ A soft, soft, easy-drinking sake that gently snuggles up to you. It is an easy-drinking sake with a soft mouthfeel that does not overpower you. Is this what you call modern Yamahai? 🤔 My husband and I both liked it a lot 😊. We will finish it in no time!

I got this sake at a local liquor store based on a tip: "The red label fire-brewed one they sell at that store is delicious... 🤣👍️ It's not flashy, but it's soft and tasty. It tasted like sake at the beginning, but from the middle to the latter half, I could taste the herb-like flavor. I don't usually drink gin, but this might be good for me 😃.

Abe Takananishiki Junmai Ginjo Fruity like pineapple🍍. It has a sweetness, but also a grapefruit-like sweetness. Dry and refreshing, with a bit of bitterness. Not too sweet, it goes well with a meal. It was quite delicious 😋✨ Gorgeous when you drink the top, and when you mix it up. the bitterness and dryness comes out. I paired it with prosciutto, mozzarella cheese, and strawberries 🍓. Maybe the cheese was a stable match. Abe-san has a wide variety at my local liquor store. I've been trying a lot of different kinds, Pink is one of the best I've had so far 🧹. I think pink is one of the best I've had so far 🤘.

There was also one with a green label, but I decided on this one because I like Aizan. I like Aizan, so I went with this one. It has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan, but also has a sharpness. I think I understand why it is said to be suitable as a food sake 👌👌. I recently bought some salted squid at the supermarket. I was reluctant to eat it because it had a bad smell. Murayu Konruri label - Honnen Sake degree, rice polishing ratio, rice used undisclosed I enjoyed this Murayuke on a trip to Niigata. I found it at a liquor store I stopped by on my way out of town and bought it 🍶. It has a rich, thick texture with an exquisite balance of sweetness and acidity! It has a gentle sweetness like Japanese sweets, like wasanbon 🍵🍡. It is sweet but also goes well with food (western food)! My husband commented that the sweetness felt like it enveloped his tongue. He commented that the sweetness felt like it enveloped his tongue 👦. I enjoyed it with Iburi gakko made with Yamamoto's sake rice bran and cream cheese. and cream cheese! Postscript I drank this long after opening the bottle. The sweetness was even more pronounced, and it felt like it stuck in my throat. It tasted like brown sugar. It is hard to match with any foodstuff when it becomes so sweet 🤣I enjoyed it by itself.
