I got it at a local sake shop based on a hint from a friend of mine.
I got this sake at a local liquor store based on a tip: "The red label fire-brewed one they sell at that store is delicious... 🤣👍️
It's not flashy, but it's soft and tasty.
It had a junmai daiginjo-ish flavor, but it was also very sharp 😎.

Ishizuchi Junmai Ginjo Aizan 50
I found this at a local liquor store.
I've been curious about Ishizuchi for a while.
It's from Ehime prefecture🍊.
There was also one with a green label, but I decided on this one because I like Aizan.
I like Aizan, so I went with this one.
It has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan, but also has a sharpness.
I think I understand why it is said to be suitable as a food sake 👌👌.
I recently bought some salted squid at the supermarket.
I was reluctant to eat it because it had a bad smell.

I looked it up and found out that it was brewed by HIDEHIKO MATSUMOTO Σ.

It has a sour, sweet, and rich umami taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
