Official Description
It has a slightly tinted, voluptuous hue. It has a sweetness of rice, a fresh aroma with a twang of coniferous wood, and a sharpness from the aroma. It is fresh, with melon, apple, and a bit of tortoiseshell, and you can enjoy its chewy, voluminous flavor. It has a soft lingering finish and gently wears off at the end. The rustic flavor that reminds us of traditional handcrafting makes it a bottle that blends well with local cuisine and other gentle tasting meals, such as bamboo shoots simmered with sansho, boiled vegetables, white fish kakiage, etc., and finish with Izumo soba noodles!
Snow Cloud ❄️
Izumo Fuji's specialty Sakonishiki🌾.
While feeling the light taste of dry type,
The sweetness of the nigori and the slight effervescence are impressive ✨.
It's been a long time since I've had a Yukigumo, but it's still good 😋.
It has a clear flavor that one would not expect from a 70% polished sake, and the sharpness is not bad either. It is good as a food sake. Prefer it at room temperature.

The taste is refreshing, with just a hint of rice aroma in the mouth. It has no peculiarities and can be served with anything as a food sake.
The more you eat, the more this line of sake feels like natural apple water, and that is the good thing about light, dry sake.
At this point, I asked Mr. A what he recommended to drink that day.
He looked in the cold storage and said, "We have a lot of different kinds of sake, but how about this one?
Let's try this one!
It's Izumo Fuji!
And it's pronounced "YUKIMO"!
Do a quick search for Izumo Fuji on Sake-no-wa!
The sake I drank in the fall was called "Akiumo" (autumn clouds).
I had some ogara-mi on that day, so it was a little spicy and cloudy sake.
It seems that there are still some good sakes in the back of the bar!

Hi Jaynobi!
The first snow cloud was as good as I imagined it would be.
Now, I'm thinking of going to Izumo-taisha Shrine on a school excursion for adults next year.
I want to go to Izumo-taisha shrine next year.
I'm starting to feel a bit shaky😅.
