Sande Series (4) Yamagata Sake again 😂. This is Hana Hanyo from Koya Sake Brewery in Okura Village, Yamagata. We've had it in the past, and we also had "Silk" when we visited Shinjo ✨. As for the taste, I didn't really notice the aroma. The sweetness of the graininess spreads a bit on the palate. Overall, it was light, refreshing, and clean 😄. I felt that the sake alone was not enough, but I enjoyed the refreshing taste as a food sake.

Sande Series (iii) Yamagata Sake again 😂. Yamagata is Tsuruoka city, Shonai Bijin by Watarai Honten. I've had Dewa no Yuki before, but this is my first ✨. Now for the taste, It has a slight sweetness of rice in the mouth. It is a little spicy. I had it during a meal, and it was easy to drink with a refreshing feeling☺.

I am sure that this is the first time I have purchased a Takachiyos by myself! I had high expectations for this product because of your high evaluation. The taste, Mmmm, refreshing, clean, fruity🌸(with respect) From the aroma, to the hints, to the aftertaste 😂. Fresh and tingling! In the mouth it's fruity and juicy, just like a pineapple 😆. No lingering aftertaste and well balanced 😍. I'm now a Takachiyo fan ✨

Sande Series (2) Yamagata Sake again 😂. This is the first grandchild of Tohoku Meizo, Sakata City, Yamagata. I think I used to get it warmed up once upon a time😃. Now for the taste, Not much aroma, just a slight graininess. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet from the rice 😃. The impression is a bit spicy and crisp. I thought it was a beautiful sake ☺. It's a good sake for strong flavored meals, as the refreshing taste will stand out! It's too good to be heated up, but it might be tasty with more softness!

We received Genmai and Kinmon Nishiki! Harmonic Emotion, which I received the other day, seems to be fresh in my memory so I can compare 😁. The aroma and mouthfeel are Genmai! The fruity sweetness that spreads gently is Genmai! Overall, it's still Genshu Mai, and it's a stable taste 😆. However, the aftertaste? Aftertaste? I thought it was a bit complicated 😃. I enjoyed it as always ☺.

Sande Series ①. It's the first day of the holidays and it's getting late despite being idle, so I'll open it! Yamagata is Yamagata City, and this is Shuho by Shuho Sake Brewery. I was in Yamagata and didn't know it 😭 It is Yamagata, but the Nishikigoi label is good and cool. Sake rice is [omachi]? No, it is Koiomachi from Hiroshima. I didn't know that 😱. Now the taste, The aroma is slightly ginjo. The mouthfeel is soft, and from the top of the tongue to the throat, it has a fruity and sweet taste like pear or slightly pineapple. It has a fruity and sweet taste of rice 😆. It's a little bit alu feeling when it's close to room temperature. I felt it tasted better when it was properly chilled! Shuho, I remember 👍

Bathing in the sunlight~ You laugh without any shame~ 🎵 I was taking a shower and suddenly I was humming B'z....OCEAN...oh how I miss it. I was so nostalgic 😃. On a day like that, here's OCEAN99✨ I was lost because I've been drinking every day, but I won't let go of this hand that clutched the bottle 😭. Now the taste, I don't feel the aroma so much. But when I put it in my mouth, it has a sweetness like apple 🍎 and a gentle slight tingle 😆. When the tingling goes away, it's like apple + melon 😆. Clears up nicely leaving a slight acidity 😂. I knew it OCEAN~, Kangiku, delicious ✨.

Our first visit to the Kuroryu Brewery☺. This is a brewery with a long history that also makes sake for the sake offering. I'm going to have it with an image (very selfish) in advance. The aroma is not so strong, just a hint of ginjo aroma. The mouthfeel is clean and smooth. The fruity taste is almost nonexistent, just the slight sweetness of the rice and a bit of bitterness 😃. It is not gorgeous, but I would say it is a beautiful sake. I felt it was a bit spicy if it was too cold, so I thought it would be better to drink it just before room temperature. It was a bit spicy if it was too cold. In the end, it was delicious 😂.

My father-in-law prepared this one for me when I returned home 🙇. It's been a long time since I had a bottle of Nabeshima! I have not been on a short boat since Kamo Nishiki? Now for the taste, Fruity aroma with a hint of Nabeshima's flamboyance 😆. The mouthfeel is soft and slightly thickened 😋. It has a fruity sweetness, but also has a firm taste of rice. The aftertaste is also firm, but clean and pleasant😄. Delicious sake from rare rice 🍶Thanks 😂.

I was confused about the malic acid Reic acid but brought this Kamo Kinshu 😁. It is a health drink with low alcohol content (13 degrees) 🍶? Now for the taste, Aroma of freshness 😆. The mouthfeel is pleasant and gaseous 😆. Like lemon? Like lemon? Like muscat? Fresh aroma and sweet and sour 😆. Fresh yet juicy, clean and delicious! It is delicious with alcohol alone, but I think you can also enjoy it while eating☺.

Infinite train 🚂💨 It wasn't, SL Taiki's cup of sake 🍶. Instead of the usual cup! I bought it 😆. It is different from the Nikko Honor from the other day, it has a slight sweetness with a hint of rice and a refreshing taste. It does not have many characteristics, but it is a delicious sake☺. I only had one glass, so I had it cold for now, but it looks good heated 🙆.

Long time no see Phantom Dance Emotional Harmony 😆. I was too sick to open it for a while 😂. The aroma is mild but delicious from the outset! Fruity, mellow sweetness and aroma with a silky, thick texture😍. The sweetness fills your mouth and then it comes together nicely and goes down the back of your throat... it finishes nicely leaving a lingering aftertaste of another sip. While I was drinking it with this thought in mind, someone drank it on their own! I was drinking so much that I thought 😱. See you next year ✨

This is Sakunoka, a repeat customer! Both spec'd and Urasaku were delicious, so I raised my expectations too high 😆. This summer's Daiginjo was another Sakunohana with a different atmosphere. The mouthfeel is soft. Not very floral, but fruity? It is more like a grain type sweetness. The acidity is low. The second half is a little alcoholic. See label. Brewer's alcohol😃. Not a problem at all, it tastes great, but even for Sakunohana this tasted a little different ☺.

I had been curious about Isshaku Suisei for a while and received it! The rice is a cross between Misanishiki, Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki 💖. The aroma is fresh and fruity☺. The mouthfeel is gentle, with a soft sweetness like peach or lychee 😆. Good acidity and relatively long aftertaste 👍 First time to drink Isshuisei, did I choose a high level?　I'm sure the others must be high level too! I would drink it again 😁.

Nikko is Imaichi, the first Nikko Honor by Sahei Watanabe! After Aizu Homare, you are now a Homare hunter? I went to Nikko with my family 🐒. I didn't know that Watanabe Sahei-san is across the street from Nikko Roadside Station 😂. I really wanted to go to the sake brewery, but I cried and bought some at the roadside station 😫. Soft aroma, refreshing sweetness that feels like a summer sake. At first, it had a slight al? or brewed sake? but it is junmai ginjo☺. It tastes great cold, but I knew it was alu-feeling😃. The closer you get to room temperature, the softer and smoother the texture and sweetness. What can I say, it was delicious 😆.

Last weekend was the long awaited Tochigi Prefectural Party✨! Thank you Jay & Nobby for inviting us and everyone else for a great time 😆💕✨. As always, we appreciate your reviews 🙇🙇. Now, here is the Aizu Homare that Sashiu-san gave us at the Kenmin-kai! A sake brewery in Kitakata with great rice, sake, and ramen. It's been a while since I've had a pack of sake, and drinking it through a straw is dangerous, so I had it in a glass. The aroma and flavor are not strong, but you can taste the sweetness. Although it is alsodzome, it does not feel so much like alsodzome, and at 14 degrees Celsius, it can be drunk like water (explosion). The day after the Kenmin-kai, I went to Nikko on a whim! That will be coming soon☺.

The rainy season is over and it is getting hotter. It is a rhinoceros beetle. Huh? Is the label this year a sticker? I received it while thinking ✨ The aroma is refreshing citrus 🍋 and green apple 🍏. Slightly pungent on the palate Soft lemon flavor. Acidity is there, but it's still gentler than last year's. Is the aftertaste also subdued? It has a gentle and soft aftertaste. But it may be different from last year's 😃. This is delicious in its own way, but I wondered if Senkin-san is going beyond the realm of sake. I felt it on my own.

It is a gift...Tengu Mai👺 from Kurumata Shuzo. Fruity and ricey aroma from the nose 🍚. The mouthfeel is also very fruity. The sweetness and ginjo aroma spread in the mouth, this is too good 😂. The sweetness is kept and the acidity is very slight, and there is almost no bitterness. It is easy to drink with a beautifully refreshing feeling! It is too luxurious and delicious for me 😱.

The mouthfeel is soft and apple-like. It has a sweetness with a hint of rice flavor. The acidity is not too strong, and it finishes with a mild aroma. Very tasty 😂.

Yamagata Sake❤Kudokibe For some reason, the Yamagata ratio is high 😓. It can't be helped because it's delicious! This is also a gift, but it's Dewa Sanzan 33! I wonder if they went to the trouble of polishing it that much... 💦 This is a luxurious bottle for me. I've been waiting for a chance to open it... but today will be fine 😂. Now, the taste, The aroma is mild and slightly sweet. The mouthfeel (immediately after) has a fresh, raw sake feel. Yeah, so far it's a normal delicious sake 🍶✨. ......... This is where it starts to get great. It's amazing from around the 40% to 50% mark on the palate (depending on who you ask) 💣💥. It's been a while since I've felt or even heard the "wow❕❕❕" 💦 in my voice. The flavor is very fine and explosive with aromatic sweetness while creating a sense of heavy fruitiness 😂. The throat and the aftertaste ☺☺☺☺☺. This is the most amazing thing I've felt in a really long time 😆. It may be too sweet for some people, but definitely delicious! Definitely 👍 I can drink this as a snack and drink it squeaky clean 😁.
