I bought it when I was in Miyagi the month before last and put it to bed 😪. In Miyagi Prefecture, which is full of delicious sake, I found my first Treasure Ship Nami-no-Oto🌊. To be honest, my expectations were not high.... but it exceeded my expectations ❕. The aroma is deliciously ricey. The mouthfeel is smooth and soft, with a sweet and delicious rice flavor that spreads in the mouth. It is a delicious junmai sake with no harsh taste and not too spicy. I am curious to know what other sake they make☺.

I went on a trip to Yamagata the week before last. I have been there several times a year and finally got to stop by. La Jomon ✨✨❕. I only got 2 bottles this time! One is here, Nanuka de Dango Saka desu. It is said to be named after Nanoka-machi in Yamagata City, but when I was in Yamagata, I always said "Nanoka-machi". This year, they are mixing sake from three breweries equally: Hanyo Otokoyama, Shuho, and Wakanoi. As for the taste, The aroma is not so much ricey. From the first sip, the sourness, sweetness and mildness of the rice spread out. It is not a fruity sake, but as a sake it is very tasty and delicious 😂. When the temperature rises a little, the acidity spreads all over your mouth and you can enjoy a long aftertaste☺. I would like to go back to La Jomon again!

Shin Takachiyo Des. Gold label and flat rice polishing. The taste was... It was definitely delicious 😂. The aroma is fresh and fruity! The mouthfeel is a slightly piri lemon🍋 apple🍏 feeling. Did you see the 🍌 in the throat? There is also an exquisite light acidity, a clean refreshing taste that makes my body happy 😆. The alcohol content is only 12😲😲. This is a health drink 🤩.

First time in a long time to drink a packet of wine! Here's what I got from one of the many varieties ✨ Gohyakumangoku! How does it taste? The aroma was fresh and gassy from the first sip! The mouthfeel is also gassy, with a fruity freshness and a rich sweetness that spreads from the beginning. The finish is fresh and clean as if freshly squeezed 😂. This is delicious 💯. It was recommended to consume it as soon as possible, so I had to empty it as soon as possible! My fridge is getting bountiful and I look forward to it every day 😄.

It has been a long time since I had Sentori! Zero, long time no see😃. We will have it as usual. The aroma is sour and fresh. Lemon-like sourness 🍋 spreading through the mouth. Peak at the mouth, then surly? Slightly bubbly? No sharpness? Slightly al feeling at the throat? It was a slightly different impression than before😃. It seems to be refreshing and tasty when paired with a slightly stronger meal.

Saku no Hana no Autumn Sake. We had it before winter. The taste, The aroma has a slight rice flavor. The mouthfeel is soft, with a low sense of maturity 😃fruity, but there is a good taste of rice & moderate acidity. It does not have a sharpness, but it has a softness and is delicious as a food sake ☺.

We received our first pot store's steadfastness. I had to put it down for quite a while 😣. Taste, The aroma is slightly fruity😄. The mouthfeel is very smooth. It has a slightly soft and gentle fruity 🍈? It has a slightly soft and gentle fruity sweetness. It is not very floral and not very sharp, but it has a long aftertaste that seems to fade away slowly. I received this bottle on a business trip. I was full of beer and highballs, but I had to have some local sake... so I bought some at a convenience store 😂. I really wanted to taste different kinds of local sake, but I had no choice 😢. The taste, The aroma is sweet with a hint of rice. The mouthfeel is also ricey. It is not gorgeous, but it has a slight sweetness and gentleness of rice 😆. There is a slight acidity, and I didn't feel much spiciness. I would like to have it slowly when I visit there again.

It's been a while since I've had a Jikin 😆. Maybe the first time for home only 😃. As for the taste, I don't even have to tell you 😍! Fruity aroma and fruity mouthfeel ✨The balance of mellowness, sweetness and a little acidity is perfect! But it's not too sweet, it's just right and has a pleasant aftertaste ☺. It is a delicious wine that you can drink easily 🎵 Next time I would like to try a different Jikin👍

It has been a long time since I have had Kubota Senju. This is the first time for me to have autumn-awari☺. As for the taste.., The aroma is slightly crisp. The mouthfeel is slightly spicy with a touch of umami. There is not much acidity, and while it has a slightly robust feel, it finishes quickly 😄. It has a light aftertaste and is good as a food sake. The alcohol content is a surprising 19% 😂. No wonder it feels so heavy 😃.

According to the proprietress, Okayama Prefecture is famous for denim, so the label of the Kotowa series is made of denim fabric 😲. Now, about the taste, The bottle was opened lightly. The aroma is very sweet and sweet fresh✨. The mouthfeel is a direct melon🍈 sensation! The aftertaste is fresh sweet and sour pear? The mouthfeel is smooth, but the rice flavor increases when the temperature is slightly higher than room temperature, and the umami acidity is stronger! I always drink without looking at the alcohol content, but this one was quite heavy 😂. I looked at the label and it was 18-19 degrees😃. It's autumn, it's autumn in Kamo Kanehide 🍁. The maple leaf label is a nice touch☺. How does it taste? The aroma is slightly dry? I feel it is. When you put it in your mouth, the fruity aroma spreads immediately and the sweetness runs smoothly on your tongue 😆. It has a nice lingering sensation of a little bit of sweetness and acidity that leaves the nose 😆. I looked closer and saw that it was 16 degrees and had a heavy flavor. Fall sake is also delicious 🍁.

Sande Series (4) Yamagata Sake again 😂. This is Hana Hanyo from Koya Sake Brewery in Okura Village, Yamagata. We've had it in the past, and we also had "Silk" when we visited Shinjo ✨. As for the taste, I didn't really notice the aroma. The sweetness of the graininess spreads a bit on the palate. Overall, it was light, refreshing, and clean 😄. I felt that the sake alone was not enough, but I enjoyed the refreshing taste as a food sake.

Sande Series (iii) Yamagata Sake again 😂. Yamagata is Tsuruoka city, Shonai Bijin by Watarai Honten. I've had Dewa no Yuki before, but this is my first ✨. Now for the taste, It has a slight sweetness of rice in the mouth. It is a little spicy. I had it during a meal, and it was easy to drink with a refreshing feeling☺.

I am sure that this is the first time I have purchased a Takachiyos by myself! I had high expectations for this product because of your high evaluation. The taste, Mmmm, refreshing, clean, fruity🌸(with respect) From the aroma, to the hints, to the aftertaste 😂. Fresh and tingling! In the mouth it's fruity and juicy, just like a pineapple 😆. No lingering aftertaste and well balanced 😍. I'm now a Takachiyo fan ✨

Sande Series (2) Yamagata Sake again 😂. This is the first grandchild of Tohoku Meizo, Sakata City, Yamagata. I think I used to get it warmed up once upon a time😃. Now for the taste, Not much aroma, just a slight graininess. The mouthfeel is slightly sweet from the rice 😃. The impression is a bit spicy and crisp. I thought it was a beautiful sake ☺. It's a good sake for strong flavored meals, as the refreshing taste will stand out! It's too good to be heated up, but it might be tasty with more softness!
