Last weekend was the long awaited Tochigi Prefectural Party✨! Thank you Jay & Nobby for inviting us and everyone else for a great time 😆💕✨. As always, we appreciate your reviews 🙇🙇. Now, here is the Aizu Homare that Sashiu-san gave us at the Kenmin-kai! A sake brewery in Kitakata with great rice, sake, and ramen. It's been a while since I've had a pack of sake, and drinking it through a straw is dangerous, so I had it in a glass. The aroma and flavor are not strong, but you can taste the sweetness. Although it is alsodzome, it does not feel so much like alsodzome, and at 14 degrees Celsius, it can be drunk like water (explosion). The day after the Kenmin-kai, I went to Nikko on a whim! That will be coming soon☺.

The rainy season is over and it is getting hotter. It is a rhinoceros beetle. Huh? Is the label this year a sticker? I received it while thinking ✨ The aroma is refreshing citrus 🍋 and green apple 🍏. Slightly pungent on the palate Soft lemon flavor. Acidity is there, but it's still gentler than last year's. Is the aftertaste also subdued? It has a gentle and soft aftertaste. But it may be different from last year's 😃. This is delicious in its own way, but I wondered if Senkin-san is going beyond the realm of sake. I felt it on my own.

It is a gift...Tengu Mai👺 from Kurumata Shuzo. Fruity and ricey aroma from the nose 🍚. The mouthfeel is also very fruity. The sweetness and ginjo aroma spread in the mouth, this is too good 😂. The sweetness is kept and the acidity is very slight, and there is almost no bitterness. It is easy to drink with a beautifully refreshing feeling! It is too luxurious and delicious for me 😱.

It's getting hotter and hotter😩. It's the season for summer sake. First we will have this Genmai Yamadanishiki that we purchased earlier ✨. The aroma is fruity and fresh 😄. The mouthfeel is soft and apple-like. It has a sweetness with a hint of rice flavor. The acidity is not too strong, and it finishes with a mild aroma. Very tasty 😂.

Yamagata Sake❤Kudokibe For some reason, the Yamagata ratio is high 😓. It can't be helped because it's delicious! This is also a gift, but it's Dewa Sanzan 33! I wonder if they went to the trouble of polishing it that much... 💦 This is a luxurious bottle for me. I've been waiting for a chance to open it... but today will be fine 😂. Now, the taste, The aroma is mild and slightly sweet. The mouthfeel (immediately after) has a fresh, raw sake feel. Yeah, so far it's a normal delicious sake 🍶✨. ......... This is where it starts to get great. It's amazing from around the 40% to 50% mark on the palate (depending on who you ask) 💣💥. It's been a while since I've felt or even heard the "wow❕❕❕" 💦 in my voice. The flavor is very fine and explosive with aromatic sweetness while creating a sense of heavy fruitiness 😂. The throat and the aftertaste ☺☺☺☺☺. This is the most amazing thing I've felt in a really long time 😆. It may be too sweet for some people, but definitely delicious! Definitely 👍 I can drink this as a snack and drink it squeaky clean 😁.

Long time no see, Mida! I feel like it's been a really long time... Maybe this is my first time to try Houou Mita in Akaban Oumachi. The aroma is sweet and robust. It has a soft sweetness on the palate, but it gets a little heavier as it goes down the throat. The sweetness spreads ✨. The sharpness is not so sharp and the sweetness lingers on the palate for quite a while. The alcohol is not high at 16-17 degrees, but it was one that made me feel a sense of heaviness☺.

The first 18 Mori 😄 I got a recommendation to try some sake that I had never had before! At first, I wondered what it was called. Ohakozakari? When I asked him, he said it was "Juhachizakari" 😂. When you open the bottle, you can feel the gas. The aroma is slightly fruity. The mouthfeel is not light from the chirichiri, but the fruity sweetness of the 🍍 feeling seems to spread, but the spread is shallow. But it's nice and crisp☺Acid bitterness is also low. If you leave it a little longer, the chili will decrease, but the bitterness will increase? I think it is better to cool it down and drink it while feeling the chile chile 😃. I bet it's delicious👍

I got it the other day and enjoyed it so much that I went to repeat it the next day ❗ I went to repeat it the next day 😱. It has been a long time since I have had such a good Sakunohana ❗ This time it is not Urasakunohana, but Junmai Ginjo using the same Hitogokochi. The aroma is gorgeous, the mouthfeel is good, and the fruity sweetness spreads 🍈. Urasaku is arabashiri, and I personally would have liked a little more acidity, but this one has a little more acidity! (Is it my imagination?). It had a good balance of sweetness and acidity and was very tasty 😆. Sakunohana is a must-watch from now on☺.

On Children's Day, we received 🌸. I forgot to take a picture but we got foggy again together lol. I wanted to compare 😂. Now, about Sakura, Fresh and refreshing, just like Sengoku's recent kagashihashi 😆 The acidity is less than before, and it's easy to drink ✨. It also has a slight niggo-yellow color compared to the Kirifuri, which gives it a fuller flavor ✨. Alcohol is 13 degrees! It feels a bit lower, but it's still light and easy to drink 😭. It's a stable Sentori 👍.

Long time no see? Sake drinking at home 🍶. Recently I drink whiskey at home...I also drink sake, but I don't drink outside 😩. It's cold in the morning and evening, but it's getting hotter, so I drink summer sake☺. This is my first time at Saku no Hana ✨. This is one bottle that was recommended to me. Now, let's enjoy it. The bottle opens with a slight plop, and the aroma is melon🍈-like fruity! The mouthfeel is soft, again melon🍈 type fruity sweetness 😆. Mouthfeel is nice and soft, not really floral, but juicy but slowly refreshing ✨. I almost didn't notice any acidity (just me?). Very tasty though👍 It was my first time, but I'm sure I'll repeat lol. Bored? I found a good bottle in the middle of the holiday weekend🎊.

It's been a while since I've had an instrumental Masamune! It's a junmai sake but it's called "junjo". It seems to be a standard sake, but I didn't know that. Now the taste, Fruity and refreshing aroma, just like usual Gakki ☺. It seems to be fire-brewed, but it has a light gasiness and a fresh sweetness like muscat 🍇? First Mr. Yamamoto Pure Black 😆 It has a slightly refreshing type of fragrance. I thought it might be spicy, but it has a moderate citrus? Fruity sweetness. Moderate acidity. It has a good sharpness with some bitterness. Although it is not in the spectacular category, it is a tasty bottle. It was well-balanced and could be a little more distinctive. I've let it sit for quite a while, but Sentori Modern's Arabashiri - 🏃. The bottle was opened and pushed. The top clear liquid is quite tangy, light and refreshing. Alcohol 13 degrees? It's a much lighter wine-like soda water 😓. I immediately mixed the tailings 😆. Yes, the sweetness and acidity has increased 👍but it's still refreshing like a traditional sake! Compared to the usual image of Sengoku, I thought it was much less acidic. It has a light aftertaste, so I think I can drink it with meat dishes 😆. I'm curious to see how it changes, so I'll leave it for a couple of days 😂. Now I'm going to have that thing I won from Mr. Mekada☺.

I bought this bottle last month when I went to Yamagata on business! Yamaboshi! Something like the one I got at the beginning of the year... 😓. Well, this one is arabashiri, so it's a different one (lol). As for the taste..., The aroma right after opening the bottle is quite fresh and clean. But after a little while, it has a gorgeous fruity taste 😆. The mouthfeel is also slightly gassy, with a soft sweetness of muscat?
