This is Ginkai, Ocean 99 series by Kangiku Meikozo. The other day we had a bottle of Shiro Ginkai 😄. The week before last, on the way to Chiba, I visited Sangiku Meikozo, despite my family's grumbling 🚙. As you can see in the picture, they were closed 😆💣. I don't think there was a holiday on the website either.... It seems they are closed on Saturdays 😱. Too bad, so I bought some at Saito-san 😢. It's silver sea, Just after opening it, it was like a white wine? Light tingling, fruity🍇 sweetness, ginjo aroma on the palate, delicious☺. I can feel some alcohol in the aftertaste, but it is good and easy to drink. In my opinion, I preferred the white Ginhai 😂.

I went on a sightseeing trip to Chiba the weekend before last. Purchased some local sake at a sake store overlooking Otaki Castle in Otaki Town✨. This is the first Otaki Castle I've had and it was even better than I expected ❕. The aroma is slightly sweet☺. I thought it might be spicy, but it's a delicious sweet taste of thickened rice 😆. The aroma is not as fruity, but it was delicious without being fussy! It was so quick, partly because it was sandesi 😂.

I received a bottle of "Yuki no Mayu," aka "Brewing Forest" 😆 I have long heard that this is a popular sake these days. I had heard that it is a popular sake these days, but I thought it was delicious and widely liked ❗ I opened it at the beginning of last week, so my memory is already doubtful.... The aroma is faintly fruity 🍏. Although it is a draft sake, the tingling sensation is weak. The mouthfeel is fruity, yet refreshingly gentle. When it passes the throat level, I felt a slight bitterness came early on, but the lingering taste is moderate and not persistently sweet☺. I thought it would be good to drink while savoring it slowly ❗ ...Finally, I thought it was not a bitterness, but the last cup was a little bit light 😲. I wonder if the taste would have been more different if you mixed it 😵.

It has been a long time since I have seen Kangiku! Last week I bought Senkou at Saito-san, but there was no ⛄ available, so I got Kangiku-san's nigori (Snow Sea) instead☺. How does it taste? Soft aroma with a hint of fragrance, lighter piri... and gentler than I expected. Fruity, rich and sweet, but also fresh! The alcohol content is low, so it's so easy to drink that you might think it's a Calpis soda! It's so easy to drink, you'd think it was a Calpis soda! Dangerous 😆. I will visit you this weekend 🙇.

This is the Zao I received from Sashiu-san at the recent prefectural meeting ❗Thank you very much! I had it cold and it was not as spicy as I thought it would be, with a hint of sweetness☺. I enjoyed it as a food sake 😄 I thought it would be sweeter if I warmed it up a little 👍.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Tochigi Prefectural Association and had a great time, great drinks and food, and even some whiskey☺. Thank you to everyone who attended! And thank you for the sake reviews 😄. Also, Soumu from Yamagata and Nagai City 😆. We had some Sandesi left over! It tastes as good as always and is very stable.

Don't stop #Noto's sake! Tani Izumi and Hiran's collaboration sake🍶. One of the bottles I bought because it was uploaded as being in stock at Saito-san 😄. Collaboration between Tsuruno Sake Brewery and Tobiran no Mori Sake Brewery, both of which were affected by the Noto earthquake and tsunami! If we can support them even a little☺. Now, about the sake, the owner told me that it has a sweeter, more Tobiraman flavor compared to the Tanisen original, and he was right 😂. I'll take the sake as "Hiran" 🙏. The aroma is sweet. The mouthfeel is also soft pear? I can feel the soft sweetness 👍. Not too sweet, but with a light sourness that is easy to drink and does not linger 👍Yes, it is delicious. I think it is a well-balanced sake that can be drunk alone or with food 😆. Next time, I would like to try TANISEN original label!

Tochigi sake for the first time in a while 🍶. When I went to Saito-san, I found a prototype of Chuai-san's Prototype? Prototype! I was curious and bought it. I had an impression that Chuaai-san was quite sweet and glamorous, but..., This one was light and refreshing 😃. The aroma was slight, and it was a little spicy after drinking it. But there is sweetness too. I didn't feel any sourness, and there is a slight bitterness, but it comes off refreshingly. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so you can easily drink it as a food sake 😄. Recently, my whiskey ratio is high, but I will also have some sake that I bought at Saito-san☺.

I finally opened it after a long sleep, La Jomon, Malo❕. I bought it at La Jomon in July, and I didn't want to waste it, so I didn't have a chance to enjoy it 😂. Now the sake... Aroma with a hint of sweetness☺. Soft and fruity in the mouth ☺. Not too bitter, but you can feel the taste of the rice 😆. Even for a junmai sake, it has such a good flavor and balance, it's amazing 👍 I think I'll go to La Jomon again 😄.

It has been a long time since Senkin-san, Foggy! When was the last time you drank... maybe 2 years ago? This is one of the bottles produced in August...very tasty 😆. Is that it? The acidity is quite low and the light, soft sweetness spreads on the palate, making it easy to drink👍. No cloying taste and a pleasant aftertaste 😄. I bought it at a nearby supermarket, but the level is high and the cosmetics are also high ☺.

Mr. Naganuma's Souup: ☺️ Always delicious ❗ I used to buy it at Mr. Saito's or get it from an acquaintance, but now I bought it in Nagai City 😂. As usual, it's not gorgeous and fragrant! I always buy it from Mr. Saito, but I got it in Nagai city, It has a fresh aroma, a soft mouthfeel, and a moderate aftertaste that lingers in the back of your throat with a hint of sourness. It's delicious 😆. In Yamagata, Takagi Sake Brewery/Jushidai in Murayama City is also delicious, but Sou Yuu is a little different. ☺️

At the end of July, I stopped by Matsuzaki Sake Brewery (Ten-ei Village)! But they don't directly manage the brewery, so I bought a bottle at the nearby Daily Yamazaki 😄. I had a taste of Hirotogawa and melon in the past, so I had high expectations for this one as well! When I poured it into a glass, it had a sweet aroma with a hint of fruitiness☺The first sip right after opening the bottle. The first sip right after opening the bottle. Not much flavor? Bitter taste in the mouth from the very beginning. It's a bit hard to drink alone 😣... 😣. I left it at room temperature for a little while to let it develop a slight bitterness, and the bitterness eased up? Did the sweetness of the mouthfeel also come out? It doesn't linger and it feels refreshing and clean ☺. I think you can feel the flavor better if it is not cooled down too much, but at room temperature. I'll leave it for a while and taste it 🐢.

Also in Yamagata, Japan 😁. I looked at the fridge again and there is a bias towards Tochigi, Fukushima and Yamagata sake.... I need to broaden my horizons 😂. Now, Kamikimoto, the aroma is slightly grapefruit? Is it slightly grapefruity on the palate? Citrusy? It is moderately sweet and has a slightly bitter taste after passing the throat. It has no particular peculiarities and is delicious as a food sake☺.

The Sande series was given to me by my father-in-law! Another Yamagata sake. This sake is from Takahata-cho, north of Yonezawa. Takahata-cho is a nice place with lush green rice fields, delicious rice, many vineyards🍇 and wineries. ☺️ The aroma is sweet with a refreshing fruitiness. The mouthfeel is also pear-like. It has a refreshing and moderate sweetness! It is not too sour and has a refreshingly mild flavor 😃. I think the Tohoku sake will last for a while 😂.

We went to Ten-ei village and went to Matsuzaki Sake Brewery, but it was closed... I bought some Hirotogawa at the nearby Daily Yamazaki and Ten-ei Road Station 😄. This is the Honjozo sake we bought at the roadside station ❗ It had a slight alky flavor when it passed the throat, but it was delicious with a natural mouthfeel and a fruity sweetness 😁. I'll let the other bottle sit a little longer ☺.

I bought this bottle at La jomon, which I visited at the end of last month! I was talking to the owner and said "Souou" is delicious, and he recommended this Okuroku❗ Blue bottle with a cool font label! I was looking forward to opening it 😁. Fresh fruitiness from the aroma! It seems to be fire-roasted, but with a nice tingling ❗ Fruity sweetness that spreads softly in the mouth 🍇 but light and refreshing, slightly sour and refreshing, very tasty and easy to drink ✨. The low alcohol content of 12 degrees combined with the low alcohol content makes it easy to drink more and more 😆. I would like to have this sake again ☺.

Jyushiyo, which I acquired a long time ago❗ I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long 😱. It's been a while since I've had it 😁. Well, it's still Jyushidai! Delicious! Fruity, honey-like sweetness, but not clingy 👍. It was a bit sweeter than the other sake I opened it with, and I was thinking that it should be less sweet. But it is still a Jyushiro☺.

Sande series given to me by my father-in-law. It is Oyama by Jusui no Sake Brewery. I didn't detect much of an aroma, but I did notice a light sweetness on the palate 🍏. I think it is a good sake for a mealtime drink because it has a nice sharpness and does not linger☺. It was a comparison with the sake we opened together, so it gave the impression of being sharp and dry, but it was delicious ❗
