Maybe for the first time? This is the second hare of the year! It has been standing for three weeks since the beginning of the year, and I will take the zodiac version. Open the bottle and pop! Freshness from the aroma 😆. The juicy, fruity sweetness of citrus fruits spreads in the mouth with a gentle piri piri! After that, it settles down nicely and is easy to drink 😆. This is delicious ❗ The rice seems to be called "Banzai". I had no idea 😂. Two rabbits is good ☺.

We finally got it, Senkou Retro Zero! I'll spare you all the details you know 😂. The aroma is fresh 🍏? Citrus? The mouthfeel is sweet and sour and gentle 😆. It has a good acidity, freshness, low alcohol content, lightness, and a good sharpness 👍. Yes, I think this is one of the bottles that really shows Senkou's style ☺. It is delicious 😃.

It's been a while since I've had a Kubota from Asahi Shuzo! I only had an image of Senju, Manju, and Senju, but this one changed my image of Kubota until now 😆. The aroma is slightly fruity and the mouthfeel is slightly sweet and fruity, yet crisp and refreshing 👍. After 2 days, the aroma has slightly increased? The taste is fuller and more fruity, I think! The overall flavor has settled down and become more balanced, I think 💦. I got it as a gift, but when I heard the price, I thought it might be cosy 😂.

Very limited edition! Serial number! I am by no means susceptible to such words, but... I was reaching for it, lol. My colleague told me that JH's JM in Impa had Nabeshima, so I went there right away, and there was Nabeshima. I found Hourai there! And it was super limited and with a serial number! I fell for it, and also picked out the number... I might have looked like a weirdo 😱... Now, the taste. Like 🍏? A little bit of a gorgeous ginjo aroma 😆 Fruity sweetness on the palate. I can hardly taste any acidity or bitterness? I wish it had a little more breadth, but it's still delicious 😁. It's fun to go to a restaurant you don't go to every once in a while 💃.

The second bottle for the New Year is Tochigi sake! It's really true. ⛄ Again, I couldn't buy a snowman, zodiac sign version. The taste is the same as usual😄. A little bitter this year? It was delicious 🙇.

The first bottle of the new year was Tochigi! I did not start the New Year with Tochigi sake, but I started with my favorite Yamagata sake ❗ I also had a bottle of Yuki-Megami one day, and it was delicious. The aroma is mildly sweet, the mouthfeel is thick, and the fruity sweetness spreads! But it has a nice aftertaste that goes down quite smoothly 😆. Yes, it's delicious ✨. I've been drinking it since the end of the year 😂. I'll be drinking a lot of delicious sake this year too☺.

I had time for one last one this year ❕. Senkou, Sakura City, Tochigi! Classic Zero! The bottle was opened and there was more bubbles than I expected (explosion). The refreshing flavor, citrus-like sweetness, moderate acidity, and low alcohol content (13%) made us drink more and more, and we were already empty (lol). This is the second time, I wish you a good year next year too. ✴️

Before the New Year, before we forget... I bought this Koshi at a liquor store I stopped by during my trip to Chiba last month❗ Probably, I'm sure, the first time 😆. The aroma is just a hint of fresh fruit 🍏. The taste is a little tangy, fruity and sweet, with a slight sourness that is pleasant and refreshing 😃. I bought a bottle to try at Sandesi and it is very tasty! It was a gentle taste that made me want to repeat it! Chiba also has a variety of delicious sakes 😍. Now, what shall we drink today...? Here's to another great year ✨

Fujii Honke's sake we received again this year 😆. Even though it is called muddy sake, I know it is different from the nigori sake we have these days. I know it is different from nigori sake these days! I was grateful to receive it as a traditional sake 🙇.

Sorry for the late upload, but this is Senkou Modern Zero ☺. It's renewed and looks cool 😆. I have 3 bottles of Zero but I haven't been able to drink them.... I was wondering which one to open first after reading everyone's reviews.... I decided to go from modern to classic to retro👍 Now the Modern! The aroma is fresh and tart! Slightly sweet and a bit strong? A little sweetness and a little bit of sourness 😲. A bit of bitterness, but it's all over the place ✨. But also a slight aftertaste! I'm looking forward to the Classic & Retro too😄!

This is Ginkai, Ocean 99 series by Kangiku Meikozo. The other day we had a bottle of Shiro Ginkai 😄. The week before last, on the way to Chiba, I visited Sangiku Meikozo, despite my family's grumbling 🚙. As you can see in the picture, they were closed 😆💣. I don't think there was a holiday on the website either.... It seems they are closed on Saturdays 😱. Too bad, so I bought some at Saito-san 😢. It's silver sea, Just after opening it, it was like a white wine? Light tingling, fruity🍇 sweetness, ginjo aroma on the palate, delicious☺. I can feel some alcohol in the aftertaste, but it is good and easy to drink. In my opinion, I preferred the white Ginhai 😂.

I went on a sightseeing trip to Chiba the weekend before last. Purchased some local sake at a sake store overlooking Otaki Castle in Otaki Town✨. This is the first Otaki Castle I've had and it was even better than I expected ❕. The aroma is slightly sweet☺. I thought it might be spicy, but it's a delicious sweet taste of thickened rice 😆. The aroma is not as fruity, but it was delicious without being fussy! It was so quick, partly because it was sandesi 😂.

I received a bottle of "Yuki no Mayu," aka "Brewing Forest" 😆 I have long heard that this is a popular sake these days. I had heard that it is a popular sake these days, but I thought it was delicious and widely liked ❗ I opened it at the beginning of last week, so my memory is already doubtful.... The aroma is faintly fruity 🍏. Although it is a draft sake, the tingling sensation is weak. The mouthfeel is fruity, yet refreshingly gentle. When it passes the throat level, I felt a slight bitterness came early on, but the lingering taste is moderate and not persistently sweet☺. I thought it would be good to drink while savoring it slowly ❗ ...Finally, I thought it was not a bitterness, but the last cup was a little bit light 😲. I wonder if the taste would have been more different if you mixed it 😵.

It has been a long time since I have seen Kangiku! Last week I bought Senkou at Saito-san, but there was no ⛄ available, so I got Kangiku-san's nigori (Snow Sea) instead☺. How does it taste? Soft aroma with a hint of fragrance, lighter piri... and gentler than I expected. Fruity, rich and sweet, but also fresh! The alcohol content is low, so it's so easy to drink that you might think it's a Calpis soda! It's so easy to drink, you'd think it was a Calpis soda! Dangerous 😆. I will visit you this weekend 🙇.

This is the Zao I received from Sashiu-san at the recent prefectural meeting ❗Thank you very much! I had it cold and it was not as spicy as I thought it would be, with a hint of sweetness☺. I enjoyed it as a food sake 😄 I thought it would be sweeter if I warmed it up a little 👍.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending the Tochigi Prefectural Association and had a great time, great drinks and food, and even some whiskey☺. Thank you to everyone who attended! And thank you for the sake reviews 😄. Also, Soumu from Yamagata and Nagai City 😆. We had some Sandesi left over! It tastes as good as always and is very stable.

Don't stop #Noto's sake! Tani Izumi and Hiran's collaboration sake🍶. One of the bottles I bought because it was uploaded as being in stock at Saito-san 😄. Collaboration between Tsuruno Sake Brewery and Tobiran no Mori Sake Brewery, both of which were affected by the Noto earthquake and tsunami! If we can support them even a little☺. Now, about the sake, the owner told me that it has a sweeter, more Tobiraman flavor compared to the Tanisen original, and he was right 😂. I'll take the sake as "Hiran" 🙏. The aroma is sweet. The mouthfeel is also soft pear? I can feel the soft sweetness 👍. Not too sweet, but with a light sourness that is easy to drink and does not linger 👍Yes, it is delicious. I think it is a well-balanced sake that can be drunk alone or with food 😆. Next time, I would like to try TANISEN original label!

Tochigi sake for the first time in a while 🍶. When I went to Saito-san, I found a prototype of Chuai-san's Prototype? Prototype! I was curious and bought it. I had an impression that Chuaai-san was quite sweet and glamorous, but..., This one was light and refreshing 😃. The aroma was slight, and it was a little spicy after drinking it. But there is sweetness too. I didn't feel any sourness, and there is a slight bitterness, but it comes off refreshingly. The alcohol content is 13 degrees, so you can easily drink it as a food sake 😄. Recently, my whiskey ratio is high, but I will also have some sake that I bought at Saito-san☺.

I finally opened it after a long sleep, La Jomon, Malo❕. I bought it at La Jomon in July, and I didn't want to waste it, so I didn't have a chance to enjoy it 😂. Now the sake... Aroma with a hint of sweetness☺. Soft and fruity in the mouth ☺. Not too bitter, but you can feel the taste of the rice 😆. Even for a junmai sake, it has such a good flavor and balance, it's amazing 👍 I think I'll go to La Jomon again 😄.
