While shopping at a yorozuya, I found a bottle of Oze Yuki for 5,000 yen, which I thought was inexpensive. It needed to be refrigerated, but I thought I could make do with two 4-gou bottles, so I bought it on impulse.
It has a sweet and fruity taste, and while it is light, it gradually tightens up. It is elegant and delicious. I drank it the year before last.
Checking in for my 1400th ✨✨
Fresh apple-like aroma 🍎.
Light, fruity and sweet 🎵.
Sourness also follows after 🏃💨.
Well-balanced taste🙆
It also has a refreshing aftertaste 🙆👍️
Hi dorankdoragon 😃
Congratulations on your 1400 check-ins 🎉.
That's a great number 😳I remember the Oze snowdrift, it was sweet and delicious. Looks delicious 😃.
15°, 50% rice polishing ratio.
Gorgeous aroma🍏.
A rich sweetness with a base of light bitterness.
Gentle and soft sweetness is fruity, with sourness at the back.
This is a delicious 🤤✨.
Personally, I have an image of Oze no Yukidoke as being easy to drink without any peculiarities, but this hiyaoroshi has a relatively strong finish.
It would go well with mushroom dishes.
Oze no Yukidoke Junmai Daiginjo Hiya Oroshi 3795 yen
We have a new iron plate multi-griddle mimic in our house, and I was hoping for the first Oroshi ‼️, but... there are so many places where it's no good 😭 sad!
Well - I'll think of a way to make it usable somehow!
Well, tonight is Genghis Khan 🔥🐑🔥 fireooooo!
And here is the bottle!
The aroma is a stable ginjo aroma💜I'm sure it's delicious😊The initial attack is gentle and elegant as expected but with a dark wasanbon sugar😁The spiciness is low and the lingering sweetness lingers on but turns into a spicy bitterness at the end...great sake ‼️ delicious delicious delicious delicious ‼️
