The second cup of sake while listening to my coworker's complaints. Since it is autumn, I had a hiya-otoshi. The image of hiyaoroshi is firm, but this is Oze. It is a jun-dai, raw stuffed sake that is easy to drink. At the same time, it is balanced so that it does not lack the richness of hiyaoroshi. It is still delicious. It has a perfect balance of sweetness and deliciousness! Not my personal favorite expression, but I guess it's like "fruity and wine-like"? It's dangerous because you can drink a lot of sake alone. I want to find something to go with it. I think I'm going to be addicted to sweets. It's a pity that I can't drink it all year round because it is hiyaoroshi, but it is a sake I would like to drink in the future. ★★★★☆
