Refreshing, sweet and sour. It has a stronger apple taste than the fire-brewed Apple Pom Pom I had before. The alcohol content is low at 7 degrees, so it is like a juice. Although the alcohol content is low, it is delicious and has a green apple taste. I didn't know this was a joint development with Motox. I didn't know that. It's the same as Iori and Iyano.

As the name suggests, it is aoingo (green apple)! It's just ao apple! It has neither alcohol nor rice booziness, and is a good choice for people who don't drink sake. Personally, I like it very much! I overflowed a lot when I tried to smell the aroma. I'm drunk.

The liquor store I go to is open for business today, and I wondered if they had any of that stuff I wanted to buy at the end of the year left. I went to ...... to look for "Aoingo Pom Pom", which I have been wanting to drink for a long time. I've been drinking a little too much during the New Year's holiday, so the low 7% alcohol content will help me avoid guilt 😝. It is really "green apple juice". I am surprised that this sweet and sour taste like green apple is made from rice and rice koji. ‼️ Today's dinner is an arrangement of ingredients left in the refrigerator. It goes well with dishes that come to mind, such as tazukuri with nuts, fried egg with unohana, grilled bacon and potatoes with olive oil, and ozoni with leftover vegetables. ‼️ It is not sweet like liqueur, so it can be used as a food wine. Oh it was delicious, thanks for the treat 😋.

Since ancient times, people used to throw beans on Setsubun day👹. Before we know it, the custom of eating ehoumaki (rolls wrapped in rice wrapped in eho-maki) has has taken root. Tonight is the moon after the rain. When I open the door, I hear a cheerful sound. The feeling of tight gas 🫧. Aroma like sweet sake Clean sweetness and sharpness ⚡. When you mix the lees, the lactobacillus feeling becomes more intense at once ✨. Light, low-alcoholic taste, so you can gobble it up 😋.

A gift from my brother at home the other day. It was chilly, so I paired it with pork shabu-shabu. It was a little high at 17%, so I tasted it slowly at first and then served it on the rocks in the latter half of the bottle. I enjoyed the mildness of the wine.

This is another sake that was mentioned in this month's special issue of dancyu on sake that tastes good at "room temperature". Niigata Prefecture has many breweries, and there are still a few that I have yet to try. There are many breweries in Niigata that I have yet to try. I'd like to try it at room temperature or lukewarm.

(Right photo) Daiginjos are also relatively refreshing, but this one is like water! If you taste carefully, you will find a common sweetness and umami. I wonder if the difference in rice polishing ratio makes such a difference. 3.00

Memorandum It looks like a classic type, but it's not. Slightly effervescent and refreshing but with a robust flavor and taste, it's not light but for some reason it's a dangerous one that goes down easy (P.S.U.M.). It's really a "hodenasu" 😅 Personal rating 7.5/10 points

It's out again this year! Hode Nasu! It's a tag-team sake from Kadoden Brewery, which is also known as a metamorphosis of rice, and Hagino Brewery, which is known as one of the best sweet and sour brewers in Miyagi Prefecture. While the heady aroma is modest, the tangy gassiness gives the sake a strong umami presence. The sweetness and acidity typical of Hagino Brewery are also present. It is covered with lees and is very satisfying to drink! It is a dangerous sake with a sharpness that makes it easy to drink. Please don't abuse it. Sake words without permission 〜The best combination of old and new, the best combination of super beasts... Thank you very much for the food and drink!

I bought this Suzune for my wife who wanted to drink it 😛 lol The gasiness is still the same, but the rice flavor and acidity are there, but the impression is a little lighter than Suzune. I think I like this one better because it's more refreshing✨.

Slightly sparkling with a hint of sweetness. It is not sticky sweet, but goes down easy. The Kubota sparkling I had the other day was quite sweet, so I prefer this one because it is more refreshing. Perfect for a toast or before dinner! ★★★★★

I went to Yamagata for the first time in a long time😊. I was allowed to drink sake at my uncle's house. Mellow and sake-like sake, just the way I like it for everyday drinking 😊. There was also some Asahitaka at night, but I don't remember drinking it. I forgot to take a picture 🥲.

HYOGO SAKE EXPO 2024③. Rakuraku zuru? Tano-no-zuru? No, it's Sasazuru 😁. Izushi Sake Brewery's 200 year old red clay warehouse still exists. Even more acidic than Sennenichi. Overall, it is refreshing. I thought it would be extremely spicy, but it is quite easy to drink. Of the B set, Nada Ichi is my favorite. I heard later that this brewery doesn't make it anymore and that it might contain sake from a famous brewery in the Tajima area 🤔. 🤔. It's ok if it tastes good even if they don't brew it themselves 😋. I was also interested in the King Brewery Inami that koge2 and Wakata-san were drinking, but I decided to skip it this time because it's available at Yamaya and I don't need to drink it now!

There are various theories as to the origin of "Rakurakutsuru," but it is said that the name "Rakurakutsuru" is derived from the name of a place called "Sasaura" near Kinosaki Hot Spring located about 20 km from the brewery, the name of the villa of the lord of Izushi Castle, Lord Sengoku, called "Rakurakuen," and the name of sake, "Rakuraku," which is also called "Sasazuru. The name of the villa is said to be "Rakurakuen" and the word for sake is "Rakuraku". The word "crane" is said to refer to the storks that lived in this area. The top aroma has a strong alcohol flavor. It is a very rich and mellow sake, as it is a pure sake. I don't want to compare it to other sake, but it has the feel of mellow shochu or spirits. However, it is a sake (I don't like the term "sake", so I call it "alcohol"), so it is somewhat mellow, not that harsh alcohol. It's easy to drink, so you can gobble it down with a gulp, and (for me) it's a bit of a kick.

This is delicious 😋. The aroma of cedar that spreads in your mouth is amazing at first. It is as soothing as a dip in a hot spring. Sake is the royal road type with a sharp dry taste followed by umami. This is the type of sake I would like to drink regularly.

The fourth cup. Choryu Shuzo has its headquarters and brewery in Hiroyo, Nara Prefecture, but they also have a brewery in Yatsuo, which was exhibited at this booth. It has a pleasant aroma of cedar barrels and a clean taste. It was the perfect sake for a quiet drink.
