Again with a glass of wine 🥂.
The aroma is quite fruity. (As per word of mouth).
The moment I put it in my mouth, I felt a strong sweetness. After that, the bitterness rushes in while the sweetness remains. The balance of sweet and bitter is exquisite.
Also, the aftertaste lingers for quite a while, so it can be enjoyed for a long time.
It was a memorable sake with a strong impact.
