The aroma is elegant and sweet. That elegance continues on the palate, but then a fresh sweetness follows and runs through the mouth. And yet, the elegance is instrumental goodness.
This sake reaffirmed my love of musical instruments.
I bought a FortePiano by Masamune Musical Instruments...
First impression is light, fruity, with a melon-like greenish aroma, but it's quite creamy (...;).
The middle to the latter half of the wine is sweet, dry but refreshing, but with a strong alcohol taste that comes with a bang.
It seems excellent to be able to experience a change in taste similar to that of a rather elegant wine with a refreshing sake.
As the name suggests, you are drawn into a world of contrasts!
First sip: strong impact of fizz.
A little uncomfortable as I am not good at fizzing.
There is a mucky smell.
Slightly dry, with a clean aftertaste.
It is good as the temperature drops and it settles down.
Not much of the graininess I was looking forward to in Omachi.
Craft sake made with hops. Indescribably strong aroma. Slightly sweet, with an impressive pleasant bitterness. Very pleasant aftertaste and easy to drink. It was a taste I experienced for the first time.
