This is a Musical Instrument Masamune JAM SESSION, with a stylish label. I drank it without much prior information, but it had a slightly different dry taste like the Abeno test brew I had a while ago. It has a freshness and light sweetness, but also a sharpness that is a mixture of sourness and alcohol. Interesting.
The second and third days, the taste gradually becomes more familiar. The third day is the easiest to drink, and I personally like it, but in terms of character, I guess the first taste is what makes it unique.
Aroma is clean. Slightly carbonated. Fruity and sweet, but not too sweet with a light aftertaste. It is satisfying enough to drink by itself. Very tasty.
I received a freshly opened bottle. The aroma is not high, but fresh. The moment I drank it, I thought, "Sweet! I thought it was sweet. But the aftertaste was clean and not at all unpleasantly sweet. It was rather a delicious sake!
This was the first time I drank the pink (separately selected raw) version of the Masamune instrumental sake, and I felt it was the sweetest (because it was freshly opened and because I ate it). (It may be because it was freshly opened, and it may have been a combination of the two.)
I can't think of anything to pair it with food, so I'll ask the manager next time.
When I first started drinking sake, I liked something like this, but now I think I like something a little more relaxed. I feel like I've grown up.
Even though it is not a pure sake, it has a gentle shwashiness and a stable fruity taste.
Even though it contains brewer's alcohol, it tastes as good as Junmai.
It is a delicious sake no matter how many times you drink it. And I am glad that it is cosmetically pleasing.
Dare to have Horiichi Hanpukai's instruments at room temperature before serving.
The aroma is ripe green melon. The fizzy, crunchy mouthfeel is robust, big sweetness and a little astringency.
The style, which disappears quickly with a good alsophone, is just like the fortepiano in the title. ☺️
It has a very high quality taste that is typical of a medium-aged wine, and I think it is one of the best I've had this season.
I think it is a solid Jyushidai among the Jyushidai group, even in terms of the label on the back 🤣.
Light fruit aroma
On the palate
The flavor is reminiscent of melon and muscat, sweetness is firm, and there is a little acidity.
I drank it with chocolate.
It's very nice.
The old-fashioned label of this brand is
I like it best among sake.
Good evening, N.E. 🥲...
I'm glad you got the message 🥹✨ but there aren't many 🥲gakkies🍶 in the province these days...
It's good that you are popular 🤔.
Good evening, Mr. Swissisun...
You should definitely chase it up😊.
After all, it's cosy and hassle-free ❣️
I would love to drink Miyagi Ai ❤️ kenkunichi🍶 sake future 🥲.
Tastes exactly as it says on the label
Lightly fragrant with a hint of muscat-like alcohol.
A grassy green flavor spreads across the palate with a pleasantly strong sweetness and only a weak acidity.
The aftertaste is mild. The light alcohol leaves the palate.
