When it comes to sashimi, I️ want to drink this cherry yeast🌸 too! I think I drank about 3 bottles last year. Anyway, I think it's my favorite of the Isao Heki 😋. Isobeki has a rich flavor that goes great with sashimi 😋. They often have sales events at department stores all over the country, so if you see it, I recommend everyone to give it a try 😋.

Yesterday's second bottle was again Isao Heki 😁 we drank the remainder of the one glass we all had last week. I bought it in a bottle for a sake party😋. This one is too rich ️It's as rich as the food ️If you like rich flavors, this is the best 😝. I prefer the arabashiri with sakura yeast, but I'm glad my friends liked this one too. I'm a big fan of Aichi, so the Heki is now a brand to watch 😍.

We had a bottle of their top of the line Dakei Junmai Daiginjo at Sakurada Sake Brewery ✨While most of Ishikawa Prefecture is dry, it is very tasty with a delicious sweetness. Sogen and Takeba are the best in Suzu City, but Dakei is just as good.

Kawazu-zakura yeast ALL Kanagawa sake 🌸 I found Ryo for the first time in about 2 years and bought it 😊. The bottle is light pink and gorgeous to look at❗ The rice used is... "Wakamizu"! I've never heard of that rice name before 😅 Slightly effervescent, sour-sweet, and just as it looks when opened. With the preconceived notion of Kawazu cherry yeast, it reminds me somewhat of cherry 🍒. I drank the Kinuhikari Ver two years ago, and the reviews I see now seem to indicate that it was rated reasonably highly at the time. I guess my tastes are gradually changing because I don't like the taste now 😁. I think the easiest thing to pair with this kind of drink is cheese 🧀. I'll have a toast by myself with some granapadano I had at home 🥂.

I moved to Kanagawa and got "Ryo" from Nakazawa Sake Brewery, which is well-known for my favorite "Matsumidori"💐 Special junmai made with "Kawazu-zakura yeast" from Nishihirahata Park in Matsuda-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, "Kinuhikari" from Ashigara, Kanagawa Prefecture and "All Kanagawa" underground water from the Tanzawa River in Kanagawa Prefecture! The mellow rice flavor from the sweetness of the rice...delicious even if you drink it as it is 😋The snacks are a Kanagawa marriage of Odawara local fish 🐟 Raw tuna, bluefin squid 🦑, specialty oshitsuke (deep-fried tofu), chicken, wakashi, horse mackerel....nothing to say...the best of all! .......a luxurious dinner.......

Soba Kaiseki at Tachiaigawa Yoshidaya. We opened a bottle of Shinmasa and wanted to drink some more, so we chose a sake from Kyoto with which we have little connection. It is a sake called "Jyuseki. It has a very elegant taste, which is a testament to the rice and water used in Kyoto. It has a soft texture, with a slight sweetness and umami spreading in the mouth, and even though I was drunk on the Shinmasa, the taste remained on my tongue.
