I was attracted by the tag recommending it for an introductory drink...
I was also attracted by the "white koji brewing" tag, so I chose it.
It had just the right amount of acidity as I expected and was refreshing to drink!
I remember it as
[Thank you to the manager of Tan for retiring next week].
So, the long-awaited sake party.
We started with this item.
Eiheiji Hakuryu Summer Limited Edition Junmai Ginjo.
I thought it was mainly refreshing and sharp, rather than having a strong impression of acidity, which is typical of summer.
[The third drink at Poziya 🍶.
Next up was this one that my dad didn't even have in his stock ✨.
Hakuryu Junmai Ginjo Usu Nigori
Soft, sweet, milky rice aroma, strong creamy mouthfeel with a crisp acidity, and a calm, soft aftertaste.
Add more entrée 🍴.
Spicy Gizzard" which was on the recommended menu, deep-fried gizzard with a lot of garlic, garlic sprouts, and curry powder on top, it had a strong aroma, so it was not a good match for sake 😅.
I think it would be a great partner with beer 🍺, so next time I'll have it with beer 🥰.
Hakuryu Junmai Polishing 90%.
Brewed with rice Hana Echizen, it has a mild rice aroma.
It has a rounded mouthfeel with a slightly firm umami and a sourness that resonates gradually.
It has a full-bodied taste with a touch of sweetness, but it is moderate, and as it reaches room temperature, the acidity, umami, sweetness, bitterness, and astringency of the aftertaste follow suit nicely, giving it a strong flavor that goes well with food.
Naturally, it is delicious from sun-dried to lukewarm, but personally, I enjoyed it best when it was just under human skin.
It is also delicious with a glossy taste.
BBQ at my parents' house on GW (3)
After drinking up all the "Love Run", my father told me to bring my favorite liquor from the cellar to get drunk, so I rummaged through the cellar 🧐.
I opened a bottle of "Hakuryu" from a selection of 5 different specs of Hakuryu, probably because I had visited Yoshida Sake Brewery at the end of April.
Hakuryu Yoshimine Kura Junmai Ginjyo Shiboritate Nama Nama Sake.
The aroma of rice is clean and beautiful, the mouthfeel is clear and clear, and the taste is clear and clear, with a hint of sweetness, and then it finishes with a refreshingly cool aftertaste.
Yoshiminegura" is the name of the new brewery, which is a joint venture between Yoshida Shuzo and a Hong Kong company. In addition to the regular brewing, the Yoshiminegura series is mainly for export to Hong Kong, and can only be purchased in Japan at the direct sales shop in the facility.
Although the direction is different from that of the previously opened "Love Run," I feel that the brewery is taking on the challenge of developing new sales channels 🥰.
By the way, the existing brewery is now called "Kitajima Brewery" and still brews the regular "Hakuryu" series ✨.
Actually, I've reached 100 posts on Fukui Sake this time 🎉!
Hi, Jive!
The sake is going down well at this fun BBQ 😋.
And speaking of your father, he's a Hakuryu 😁✨.
Congrats on your 100 posts of Fukui Prefecture sake 🎉!
You have a quintessential local love 🥰.
Hello again, ma-ki-chan!
I was at the brewery's "Kurabiraki" and there was a lineup of rare limited edition Hakuryu sake, so I had a hard time deciding which one to drink 🥰.
I was aiming for "Hakugakusen" in the Fukui Sake 100, but I had to let it go because it seemed to be clogging up my post!
Hey Gyve, I'm with you 😃.
Congratulations on your 100th bottle of Fukui sake at last ㊗️ 🎉You have piled up 🥹.
For us, Hakuryu is the model of "Hiyoroshi-kun", the autumn rise label 😄I hope to drink it this year 🤗.
Jay & Nobby, good evening here too 🌛.
I was adjusting my Fukui Sake 100 to be "Hakugakusen", but it was getting tough, so I had to let it go 🤣.
I hope to see "Hiyoroshi-kun" in good health again ✨.
Good evening, Mr. Jive 🍶🍶.
Congratulations on your 100th 🍶 bottle of Fukui 🥳🎉.
I can feel your love for Fukui from your review 💖😁.
I'm very curious to know what's in your father's cellar 🤔.
