Eiheiji Hakuryu Junmai Daiginjo Nama Storage.
It has a slightly gorgeous aroma of rice and grains.
It has a smooth and smooth texture on the tongue, and the acidity and sweetness come together with a little firm umami to create a harmony.
The acidity asserts itself from the mid-palate, and the umami and sweetness are also present, so the wine is not bland in its beautiful flavor, but has depth and a good sense of body.
It is also good when lightly heated.
The sharpness in the latter half is moderate, but the acidity and sweetness can be felt until the end, and the lingering aftertaste is also moderate.
The sake has a gentle yet deep umami and sweetness.
After Mansaku-no-Hana, we opened a bottle of this week's "Mansaku-no-Hana", which we got at KITTE Osaka the other day!
This is my first time to drink Hakuryu from Yoshida Shuzo!
This time it was Yoshimine!
Let's have it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you will feel the fruity, gentle sweetness and full-bodied flavor.
I couldn't help but say, "Yummmm!
The lingering aftertaste is a gentle spiciness that spreads in the mouth.
The feeling that the taste is carried by the mild taste is unforgettable~!
I was a little surprised at the sweet and fruity taste, which is my favorite, because I had an image of a dry wine.
Day 3
Today, too, the sweet and fruity flavor permeates the taste buds.
I can feel more sweetness and umami.
There is a slight complexity in the middle part of the bottle, but it remains beautiful and delicious until the second half.
The aftertaste is refreshing and lingers in the back of the throat.
First time for me to drink Hakuryu!
I am very thankful to have met Shiraryu-san and Sake-no-Wa if I hadn't started the restaurant.
This week, too, I was healed and recharged by delicious sake!
Hi ma-ki-!
Thank you for trying my father's favorite "Hakuryu" 🥰.
I was surprised at the quality of the antenna store in [KITTE Osaka] when I visited there before.
Next up, the White Dragon✨.
It's dry, but it's not like a wow, it's more like a kick through the throat 😊.
It's easy to drink because it's so smooth on the palate. ☝️
It's a delicious sake 😆.
Good morning, Kano!
I knew you drank a lot 😁✨
Hakuryu, I also got another label the other day: ⤴️
I'd like to enjoy the dry sake that can be drunk without hesitation 😋.
ma-ki-, good morning 😊I drank too much...right 😅I didn't lose my memory, but the bells were ringing in my head the next day😂Shirotaki's sake, dry is a delicious image, isn't it ☝️
Hi Kano 😃
I'm impressed that you can write a review even after drinking so much 👍The person in the back is in focus😆This one is waiting in our fridge 🤗I'm looking forward to drinking it...
It has a light and refreshing summery mouthfeel, but with a sweetness that comes out in the middle part of the bottle, it also has a certain amount of alcohol.
It is a well-balanced summer sake, with a dry, tangy taste at the end.
4.00
Discovered at a local AEON that is a little rusty.
Precious Hokuriku sake.
Since the last sake meeting, I have been curious about sake from Fukui, so I picked up a bottle.
Although it claims to be dry, it is a little, why not, it does not feel too dry, and it has a plumpness that I like.
Eiheiji Hakuryu! It seems to be an ANA onboard memorial!
This is my first check-in at Sakenowa, but I'm drinking there!
The aroma is quite gorgeous, not quite fruity?
When you drink it, the sweetness is quite strong at first! It's sweet like sugar cane. And then, it gets sharp, but it stays quite a bit. It has a pithy feel to it.
In conclusion, it was not for me 😭It's too bad because it's quite expensive for a Hakuryu.
I find many Hakuryu's to be quite easy to drink. The cosmetics are awesome too.
However, there are some that suit me and some that don't... I like the Mizuiteki, Dragon Water, and Yuu series quite a lot, but I don't like Hakuryu Nyan or the sticky sweetness. This sake was in the latter category.
I see some reviews saying it's pretty dry, I wonder if there are differences from lot to lot or something? I'm not sure if there is a difference between lots or not 🧐I would drink the tekiteki series if it were priced this way myself.
memo
One of the sake brought to the sake club meeting the other day.
I decided to take it because it had a refreshing jacket like my Ippongi.
I said, "Oh, it's delicious," and he said, "That's because it's from Fukui,
I said, "That's because it's Fukui," and he said, "Oh, sure!
Ah, indeed!
The picture is out of focus, but it's just for my notes.
Hakuryu Dragon Water Silky light nigori limited edition.
Mild milky pleasant grain ginjo aroma.
The top clearness has a slippery texture and a clean, fresh mouthfeel.
When mixed with ori, the strength increases. The texture on the tongue becomes thicker and the umami spreads.
The moderate acidity, beautiful umami, and sweetness are pleasant, and the acidity continues from the mid-palate and tightens up in the latter half.
This year is another good one.
