A goody-box product. It has a fresh, fruity taste with a slight tangy sensation on the tip of the tongue and a gentle mouthfeel, and the bitterness and acidity are delicious.
Fukui's Backstreet Watchdog? Hakuryu Fire-brewed
It has a fruity aroma.
After that comes the entanglement.
I bought it today to eat Seiko crab for a long time.
Karai sake. It refreshes my mouth.
It is so spicy that it refreshes the taste of the cottage crab miso and uchiko.
In my opinion, it has a delicious miscellaneous sharpness, but the label says it has a refreshing sharpness...
It's been a while since I drank good sake while eating delicious seiko crab.
I'm kind of drunk - lol!
3.9
Sake with a strong dashi (broth) flavor.
The sweetness is weak. However, it is not harsh and mild.
It is a rare type of sake that is delicious.
It is not sweet, so it goes well with food.
I don't feel the soil.
Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is dry with a touch of umami. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied.
The shape of the label, which reads "Dotei tekiteki (as it is)," is said to be a map of the town of Eiheiji, where the brewery is located. Deep 🤣.
At an izakaya in Kyoto.
It is indeed slightly cloudy. Perhaps it was because it was served in a silver cup, but it was beautiful with sparkling particles of nigori.
The sake is clear and easy to drink, but has a rich and thick taste. Delicious!
This is a new sake from Eiheiji Hakuryu, a first-time brand. To be honest, I had been avoiding Hakuryu because I felt its dragon picture was too much of a target, but I couldn't resist the label.
The aroma is subdued, but the sweetness of the rice can be felt. There is a bit of a tangy sweetness, like banana or tropical fruits. I would have preferred a little more acidity.
