(˶ᐢ˶)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought a bottle of Hakuryu today on the recommendation of the lady at my regular liquor store 😀 She said it was freshly arrived ✨. After opening the bottle, the aroma is mellow 😘the mouthfeel is fresh 😊swishy and juicy rice🌾 flavor 🥰 mild sweetness and acidity😚 nice 😋. It is a delicious sake with the energy of a new sake 🥳.

( 'ч')🍶🍶🍶🍶´- I drank this Hakuryu before the remote New Year's party 😀. It was bottled on the morning of 2/3 and opened on the evening of 2/4 🌇😚It's probably a Risshun morning pressing, but the label is different from everyone else's 🤔. The bottle was opened with a light puff 😘It has a muscat aroma and a smooth, fresh mouthfeel😊The acidity is moderate and it has a nice gentle sweetness and umami 😘It was a delicious sake 🥳.

Following Echizenmisaki, the second sake was Eiheiji Hakuryu. This brand is often seen at liquor stores these days, so I tried it in Fukui. It was fresh and smooth, and I finished it in no time.

Purchased at a local supermarket. Both the aroma and taste are sweet and fruity. The label said it was slightly dry, but there was a slight dryness in the aftertaste. It was not my favorite flavor, but when I tried heating it up, it mellowed out and the sweetness was reduced, making it delicious. Personal Satisfaction:★☆☆☆☆

Thanks for your time 🍺 Last week I went on a trip to Fukui, Japan. The weather was like the Sea of Japan in winter with snow still on the ground. ☃️ As a memory of my visit to Eiheiji, I bought a bottle of Eiheiji Hakuryu at a liquor store in front of Fukui Station. It was my first sake. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma with vanilla and umami. On the palate, it has a delicious, juicy, apple-like sweetness and sourness. I paired it with boiled rape blossoms, sasazuke pickled nodoguro (a type of tuna), and firefly squid, and it was delicious. I think I can enjoy Fukui sake for a while ✨.

Today I went to Takashimaya in Nagoya station to look for a gift for White Day and bought a set of 3 bath balls for the factory manager🤗They cost 1,000 yen each, which is a bit expensive. I gave it to my wife earlier than White Day but she was happy with it 😆When she was in a good mood, I told her she could buy sake and she bought it for me and I was lucky✌︎('omega')✌︎Good thing ‼️ that she didn't tell me to buy it with points. I'm really starting to like food sake now 😋. I'm going to drink Hakuryu Dragon Water for the first time in a few years. So let's open the bottle: ‼️ The aroma and taste are fruity but sharp, and the fat from the yellowtail toro I bought as sashimi disappears in an instant 🤣👍You can drink and eat forever! I'm sure I'll be hungover tomorrow.
