Souvenir (for myself) from last month's OB meeting @ Kanazawa, part 2 Yopa Memo_φ(___) Melon🍈. It's easy to drink because there's no "katzun" in it. A little dry, good sharpness My personal opinion is that Kagatobi gives the impression of being solid and heavy, but it feels surprisingly light. I think it is easy to be accepted by young people because of that. Yes, it was delicious 😋😋😋😋! Thanks for the food! I didn't know Kagatobi's mark is a lightning ⚡️ (ikazuchi). That's so cool and chic!

Go to a liquor store and take your time staring at the cellar ‼︎😆 I'm new to the Makiki brand! Yopamemo_φ(____) Pineapple🍍. A little bit of 🍊tangerine Sourness is only refreshing The sharpness is very good. Not too sticky, but not too dry either. It may be a bit lacking for those who prefer a strong flavor. I guess it is more suitable for beginners than Takachiyo brand, because it is more gentle in its assertion. Yes, it was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶🎶.

With love from Taiwan 🇹🇼 Our first family trip to Taiwan! The third picture is the Governor General's Office of Taiwan. Today we bought some food at the supermarket in B1 of Taiwan 101! I feel uneasy without Sake these days😅 Well, it's difficult to quarantine food and souvenirs. I bought some pork jerky in downtown, but I drank it while eating it with my eldest daughter, who is not allowed to drink at the airport. Yopa Memo_φ(____) The color is amber. Hmmm... I feel like it's a blend of many things. Is this what they call "buying a tub"? I drank it with lemon soda water as recommended. Because of its high alcohol content, it's a bit hard to drink straight. I think it's designed to be just right when mixed with water. Thanks for the drink 😋😋😋😋.

I found this in a supermarket in Taiwan 🇹🇼 I had never seen this before. They say it's perle, not pearl. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Looks like a cider. Almost like sparkling wine. Not too sweet, but not too spicy either I want a bigger size (the cry of a drinker's heart📢) The price is ...... Much more expensive than in Japan😱. Well, there are many circumstances. Yes, it was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Maybe this "just a little bit" feeling is good! I'm sure the drifter generation will know what I'm talking about.

I was caught by the term "very limited" for the first year (laughs). Yopa Memo_φ(____) The aroma and taste of cucumber and melon🍈 come to the forefront. But it's not cucumbery. sharp taste = no lingering aftertaste in the mouth It is neither sweet nor spicy. As expected of Junmai Daiginjo, it is very smooth. I drank it for about a week in the fridge after opening it, but the last part of the bottle had a bit of an "alu" smell to it. It might be better to finish it as soon as possible. It was delicious 😋😋😋.

Good sourness of fruit type like 🍊mikan🍎, apple🍎 Sweet and sour A little melon🍈 This is probably just my imagination Very good oiliness in the mouth🙆 I think it has a nice non-sticky sweetness that makes it easy to pair with food It was delicious 😋😋😋 Thanks for the food🎶🎶

Highball, but ...... Purchased at Kanazawa station Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Dry and refreshing. It doesn't feel too much like sake. It seems to be clear and goes well with all kinds of food. There seems to be lemon in it, but it is not so obvious. I don't usually drink highballs, so it's hard to evaluate. I'd love to take this and an ekiben on the izakaya shinkansen 👍 I'd like to do that someday. I wish I could spend more time on the train. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋.

I see... light cloudy = Cloudy. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Grapefruit juice The freshness is quite good😊. There is no overtly shwashy feeling, but after drinking it, it is very similar to the impression after drinking something shwashy. A bit spicy and sharp👍 I expected a bit of an outburst when I opened the bottle, but it settled down well! To Kanazawa for an alumni meeting of the board of directors. We arrived a little early and had a drink at Hyakuban Kitchen SAKE Shokudo on the 1st floor of Kanazawa Station Anto West... Is it really one drink? I even ordered an additional Junmai Daiginjyo😅. Yopa memo Comparison of Gohyakumangoku Honjozo 　The sharpness is quite good only because it's alsobeared! 　Muscat Hiya Oroshi 　Calm. 　Moist and mellow. Junmai 　Serene and calm 　Light, silky Order more😆. 　Junmai Daiginjo 　Smooth and incredibly good! 　One shot of excitement is a bit exaggerated. 　Even 60ml is a reasonable price. I guess they are all delicious 😋😋😋😋😋😋. Thank you 🎶🎶🎶 for the food!

Recently, the space in the refrigerator in my office has become quite empty. I've been so busy lately that I haven't done any popping 😅. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Is the temperature too low? Not much scent. Nothing fancy, of course. When the temperature was raised just a little bit, the aroma came out softly. Between citrus and melon I can't help but think of it as 🍊mikan🍊 or 🍊watermelon🍉? I can't think of a clear definition of "this one". I can't think of anything like that. but as a food wine, it's good👍. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶.

Anastasia Green is available at ...... It was a new encounter and one that pulled me into the sake swamp with all my might! I had given up on the idea of not serving any more alere this spring 🙁. But I found this at Sake no Wa 👀‼️ I have to go buy some 🚙💨! So I immediately opened the bottle 😋😋. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) I didn't feel that much gas pressure. The taste is mainly orange 🍊, while reducing the awa-awa-awa-awa and sourness. It's like the springiness of anastasia green combined with the orange of fall. The acidity doesn't come to the forefront, but it's quite subdued. As the temperature rises, the pungency comes to the fore. It's best to drink it when it's very cold. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. I knew I bought the normal one at Lawson's too😆. If you look closely, you can see the r in Summer is capitalized. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Spicy cider Good sharpness Seems to go well with oily food I think it's possible to have it when it gets cold, like ice cream with a kotatsu (a table over a kotatsu), and then have it at a nabe (hot pot). But then again, this amount might not be enough... It was delicious 😋😋😋.

The 30th is my birthday of indeterminate age. My younger daughter and I share the same birthday 🎂. I'm not sure if I can manage to give my second daughter's age in "Western calendar" 😅. I can manage if it's Japanese calendar. I feel my brain is deteriorating these days😆. As a birthday special, today I won the Horiichi rattle 🎯 and was able to purchase a Hana-yosu ❗️ This is the first time for me to buy a Hana-yosu for home drinking: ‼️ I don't see them around my neighborhood very often! Yopamemo_φ(___) Of course, pineapple 🍍. Not too sweet, not too spicy It goes down smoothly and smoothly. I wonder if it is designed as a food wine. Comfortable to drink while eating I am very excited to buy and drink it for the first time 😊. Next time my goal is to GET the raw sake! It was delicious 😋😋😋. I was looking through my past notes and found some very old ones 😱. I drank it in February 🙇. Great ≠ great! It means "a lot" (only in Tokai region?) By the way... It can also be used to mean "I'm tired. Drinks at my wife's parents' house She got it at a nearby supermarket. Yopa Memo_φ(___) This is a great quality for a great price 👍. I don't remember much😅 It was pretty fruity. I don't remember which fruit aroma it was close to Clear, dry and sharp. It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the drink

What I Drank in August Series My memory is getting dim💦. Drinking vessels are important: ☝️ Yopa Memo_φ(___) I don't know if the drinking vessel is wrong (Moomin mug), but I don't feel the aroma and have a strong impression that it's spicy. I thought, "Oh no, this is what I usually use, a glass (5 shaku one) for drinking.... Shuwa shuwa! Cider with a moderate sweetness! I think I emptied it that day😅. It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶🎶 Now Fly High Cloudy is waiting in the fridge!

When you draw lots, you must be mindless. I'm so bothered by it that my persuasive power is as close to zero as possible. 😅😅 I won the rattle when I bought this 🎯🙌 after a long time 🎉! It's a bit pricey and I think it's hard to get them over here. I'll open it for my birthday meal! Yopamemo Pineapple 🍍. It's fire-roasted, so it's not shwashy, but there's a little bit of awa-wa in the glass. It's Aizan, so it's not so spicy. But it has a nice sharpness. Transparency and the queen-like dignity and style of Aizan It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thank you for the food 🎶🎶🎶.

Yopa Memo_φ(____) Pungent and bitter Slightly grapefruit The specs are a secret, he says. When the temperature rises a little, the grapefruit feeling comes out. The fact that the grapefruit feeling is not brought to the fore is also good. How about the taste when it's fresh out of the fridge? Not too cold, not too hot, not too cold. What We Drank in August Series I believe it was purchased in May 😅. I had it dormant in the fridge for quite a while. Yopa Memo_φ(____) Muscat Lychee A little dry So it has a nice sharpness. It might be good with cured ham and fruits such as cured ham melon. I left the bottle open for a while, but the taste didn't change. It doesn't shake in a little bit 😃. As a person who is often said to be a bit blurred, I am envious of it... It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food🎶.

What We Drank in August Series Yakiniku with three families connected by their children! The kids play on their own, so it's easy for the moms! Dads, of course, had a party! The next day, I found this in my fridge for some reason😅. I wonder if I exchanged it for the clay. I don't remember at all😆. Thankfully I got it! Yopa Memo_φ(___) Moist, tender, sweet and delicious! Mikan🍊 It's been in the fridge for about a week, but it doesn't have the spiky feeling of being over-chilled. I think I'm drinking the right sake! The yogurtiness came out as the day went by after opening the bottle. It's less sticky and clingy. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the treat!
