It's hot and humid today ☁️ which is hard because my body isn't used to it yet 😞. I've heard a lot of people in the sakewa area say that they matured their notes in the fridge, I'm not sure if it's a matter of forgetting to post it or not 😅. This is what I drank in the latter half of April. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Tangy and dry It has a great sharpness. Not quite melon, but a bit of melon taste. It tastes like rice too. Seems to have mellowed a bit after a few days after opening the bottle 🙂. I think it's a little more mature than it used to be. It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food 🎶

I've done the whole hearing you over ZOOM thing😅. I must have been listening while having a drink 💦💦 forgot to mute it😱 I'm not a digital savvy surveyor 🙇. But I do manage to order sake online though! Yopamemo_φ(___) Amazingly clear! It has a good acidity and I can taste things like apples 🍎 and mandarin oranges 🍊. The low alcohol content inevitably makes you drink it at a faster pace. This is the kind of beer that I would drink in one gulp. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thank you for the food 🎶🎶.

I bought my first cold chrysanthemum in a long time! Yopamemo_φ(____) No schwa. More of a mature impression. Tastes and smells like 🍊mikan A little bit of pineapple🍍 too Clear and crisp citrus It goes well with Japanese, Western, and Chinese food. A few days after opening the bottle, it seems to have lost some of its edge and become mellower. Delicious 😋😋😋. Hoping for your revival 🤗 Yopamemo_φ(____) Sake rice is Yumeginko. Ricey and aroma is strong. But not heavy Good sharpness Suitable for eating sake It seems to be very similar to Oku. Brewed in the same place as Oku, so I guess that makes sense 😏. It was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Thanks for the treat🎶.

Rice price hike hits households hard: 😮‍💨 I don't know if the price was fair before, and I don't know what's going on with the price hikes and price hikes 😠😠. This is my first time! Yopa Memo Taste and aroma of apple Dry and sharp A little sour apple and sweetness in it. So called "crispy apple with acidity" 🍎. Personally, I like this taste when I think of apples. My late grandfather was from the northern part of Nagano (the same place as haiku poet Kobayashi Issa), so I would say that the sweetness (the so-called "crispy apple") is more like...hmmm.... It's just my own personal assumption 😅... I think it can be used for surprisingly strong flavored dishes. It's quick and refreshing. It was delicious 😋😋😋. Thanks for the food🎶🎶

I'm at Makuhari Messe with my daughter, and there are so many cosplayers and anime-loving ladies and girly-girls here and there... I can't keep up with them 😅 Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Opening the bottle was pretty normal. It was a little bit shwashy. I don't think you need to be so careful. Melon🍈 Not a strong statement. Who's the deer? Copy of a poster created by the town office of Komono, Mie Prefecture, where the Hayakawa Sake Brewery is located, to promote tourism. I haven't had a drink with Mr. Tamitsu from Komono-cho in a long time 😄. Yopa Memo_φ(・・・) Melon🍈-like slight taste Calm without any schwarziness. Slightly dry. There are a lot of interesting labels, from the innovative ones to the ones that haven't changed since the old days! ➡️ so I take my time to choose while walking crab🦀 in front of the cellar! I don't think this is any different from what I saw at the store when I first started drinking sake! First time to buy & drink at home! Yopamemo ____. I haven't had a clear one in a long time😅. It's as clear and transparent as it looks. No peculiarity, like water. I guess it's rather sweet It's crisp and clear. Food sake It seems to go well with a variety of foods. Delicious 😋😋😋😋.
