しかもそれが上川大雪なんて、感激す❗️
基本すっきりで少しクセを感じるけど、いい感じの個性と思う😊おいしいわ。
久々に北海道行きてーなぁ😍
白麹を使った柑橘系の酸味。
白ワインのような軽い甘さで、
後口もスッキリしている。
食事、特に魚料理と合わせやすい。
酒米は北海道産の吟風、精米歩合は50%
アルコール分は14度とやや軽め。
初の上川大雪。白麹に惹かれて購入。
香りは柑橘系と乳酸系、若干カラメル感あり。余韻にはツーンとした酢のような雰囲気もあり。
なので、もちろん酸味優勢。甘味もあるけど、やはりキューっとした酸が特徴。
余韻も酸味。そこに旨味が混ざり合う。
サッパリというよりも、かなり飲み応えのある酒。低アルで白麹なのに意外。単独でも十分楽しめる。
