Tenmei Zero was lifted at 14:00 on Nov. 2.
When I went to the liquor store to buy it, they said, 'It's right on time!' (laughs)
Fresh taste.
Sweetness and a little strong acidity.
I love this acidity!
The fruity aroma like Greffles is also very nice.
I'll say it again, super fresh and juicy sake 😆.
Best new sake ‼️
It was a little astringent when I drank it, but the next day it became more fruity.
All Tenmei is delicious 😋.
Costa is great for a 50% milled rice ratio and in the 3000 yen range 😃.
one bite
This is delicious!
Sweetness on the palate, acidity on the tongue
A little bit of spiciness at the end
The smoothness of the taste.
Softness and umami.
Nice aftertaste!
Alcohol 15%.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Preference 4.5
Repeated drinking
I made a mistake the first time.
I made a mistake and bought another bottle a few days later.
I thought I remembered most of my last purchases.
I thought I could remember the most recent purchase, but I regretted it.
But it was delicious.
I'd like to drink it carefully.
Not only is it easy to drink at a low alcohol content of 11.5 degrees Celsius, but it also has a strong sense of umami and sweetness. It is a sake that embodies the keywords "summer," "fireworks," and "sara-sara.
🍶🤓.
Sweet aroma and a little yellow ✨.
Sweetness and alcohol taste spreads.
I think it's the type that gets better as you eat it 🤔.
Maybe it tastes better when the temperature rises ✌
It tastes ripe!
Tenmei Nakadori Zero, obtained in Aizu Sakashita.
I bought it in a bottle!
I came all the way to Aizu to buy it (I also climb mountains lol), so rather than regret not buying a bottle, I regret buying one! I chose the one of the following.
But this is delicious without discovery! It was a good decision to take on the challenge! The sweetness and sourness are perfect for my taste. The aroma of the sake is also very elegant and complements the taste.
As expected from Fukushima and Aizu! It's just as I expected from Fukushima and Aizu.
Very nice! I have to find a liquor store near me where I can buy Tenmei, or I will have to go to Aizu to buy it again.
Hi Kappuku, nice to meet you. I would like to try Tenmei after reading your post. If you are in Tokyo, you can often find the same brand at Yamauchiya near Nippori station. I think they always have several kinds.
Thank you for your comments, Sibejas.
Thank you for the guidance.
I hope you will try it, too, as my poor palate is limited in its ability to describe it.
It was autumn and the sake was not hiyaoroshi but nama-zake! I bought it. It has a crisp, soft taste with a hint of acidity that is not too assertive.
It is a beautiful sake that is easy to drink.
This is last year's zero. The flavor is on it, and it goes great with the persimmon and pork shabu salad with kombu dressing (yum).
This year's will be available in the next week or so.
It has been ice-aged in a store for about 3 years.
The aroma is soft and subdued, reminiscent of ripe bananas, pears, and apricots.
There is a slight chili flavor.
Complex yet clean sweetness and umami derived from the nama-moto (sake brewing process). It is a delicious sake with a milky, soft richness and a smooth, refreshing taste.
I'm curious about the Japanese pear label! I thought I bought it, but upon closer inspection, it was just orange? LOL!
However, it has a strong acidity like Japanese pear, and I think it is probably made according to the concept. It also has a slightly lactic acid-like nuance.
Well, even though sake with acidity is popular, this type of acidity is a bit unique. It's not bad, but it might be a little tiring.
