No, this is really delicious✨✨.
The rich aroma coming out of the glass is sweet and gorgeous and reminds me of muscat ♬♬.
The taste is also mild and smooth, sweet and juicy, and the aftertaste is very refreshing, but also leaves a slight aftertaste 🍶🍶.
This is beyond delicious 😋😋.
Fruity and umami, but not cloying and easy to drink...and when you realize there's only a little left 💧.
Who drank it 💢🙋♂️ hi
Purchased at usual liquor store.
Stable AKABU!
From the description, I guessed it was hiya oroshi.
The aroma is mature but slightly fruity.
It is very easy to drink and slightly sweet with almost no alcohol taste.
The aftertaste is also gently sweet, with no bitterness or sourness at all.
Alcohol content 13%.
Rice polishing ratio 50%.
Color Colorless

The day of the Morioka trip was just the day of the release. Piles of cardboard boxes with the Arrows logo printed on them were piled up next to the cash register at the liquor store. I had never seen such a scene before. I had thought that collaboration sake was just something you see sold out on the Internet. Due to the size of my refrigerator at home, I could only buy four bottles. I was super confused about whether to choose this one among them, and what to do. I wandered around the liquor store for a while, and when in doubt, I remembered that I would regret it later if I didn't buy it. I also buy a four-bottle bag, which is an extra charge. The total was a 10,000 yen bill, but that was not the price.
After returning home, I drank it and found it to be the best Akabu I had ever tasted. I had only seen junmai daiginjos that cost 10,000 yen with characters like "zan," so maybe it was a good opportunity. This is a sake brewery where young brewers are doing their best, and I always support them!
We had this with cold noodles in Morioka.
This is delicious!
It is fruity and easy to drink, but you can taste the flavor of the rice.
Be careful not to drink too much.
It was a good night.
This is the NEW style of autumn sake that AKABU has been aiming for. Please enjoy the energetic world of amber, the pleasant aroma that accompanies the long autumn nights, and the gentle warmth of the flavor.
Scoring: ☆☆☆☆☆
First time in 2 years in amber: ❣️
In my opinion, I like it a lot more than most of the red armies, lol.
The label design (amber) is also cool 😎✨.
Calm and gentle aroma with a hint of mango🥭: ❣️
Mellow, full-bodied flavor in the mouth 😍💕
Pleasantly acidic and sharp👍.
The calm smoothness is irresistible🤗.
Overall, a taste that evokes a relaxing long autumn evening 💕
The third one is my usual go-to neighborhood ramen 🍜.
The spicy flavor is as good as ever 😋!
Even better with a dash of vinegar!
T.KISO Good evening ^_^
I went back to the AKABU I drank in the past, but I hadn't drank the amber yet😱.
I want to GET this one because it is the year I drink my first sake.
I had lunch at Ie Jiro, but I want to eat 🍜😁.
Good morning, T.KISO 😃I also got the amber 👍I also like the amber or the predecessor of the amber in the akabu. I also like Kohaku and Hiyayogoshi, the predecessor of Kohaku, in Akabu! It's really a level of sake that impresses me with its deliciousness. ❤️
Good morning, T.KISO 😃.
Amber is a cool name, isn't it?
We received ours the year before last and looking back at your post, that was the birth of 'because it's a red arm 🥰' 🐣.
Good evening, Manta-san!
I didn't know Manta-san hadn't had a drink yet! 😳
You should get it this season 👍
I miss my 20's when I thought I could have as many ramen as I wanted 😅...! I miss my 20's when I thought 😅
Good evening, Wakata!
Oh! We have the same taste ❣️
It has a different feel from other red wu, but in my opinion, it's right in the middle of my taste 😍.
The one I like.
Junmai, but sweet and refreshing.
Goes well with meat
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 15
