The word "kanzo" is written on a large styrofoam bottle.
When you break it in two, you find a cool-looking bottle of kagura inside.
The bottle is not filtered at all, so it is said to have a faint, young grass color derived from koji (malted rice).
Sake rice is 65% polished rice.
It has a clear drinking taste that is hard to believe it is 65.
It has a fresh mouthfeel and a sweet, savory, yet refreshing finish.
I remember it was the No. 1 sake at a sake event at Matsuo Taisha shrine in Kyoto this spring.
I am very proud of its ability and I am hanging my head 🙇.
