The word "kanzo" is written on a large styrofoam bottle. When you break it in two, you find a cool-looking bottle of kagura inside. The bottle is not filtered at all, so it is said to have a faint, young grass color derived from koji (malted rice). Sake rice is 65% polished rice. It has a clear drinking taste that is hard to believe it is 65. It has a fresh mouthfeel and a sweet, savory, yet refreshing finish. I remember it was the No. 1 sake at a sake event at Matsuo Taisha shrine in Kyoto this spring. I am very proud of its ability and I am hanging my head 🙇.

Senzuke Junmai ROCK Unusual sake for the rocks. The alcohol content is normal at 16%, but straight up, it is quite gutsy. But when served on the rocks, Senzuke's typical sweetness stands out. The sweetness stands out. This is interesting. 😍😍 It's the perfect sake for a very hot summer. Mmmm, delicious 😋.

Limited edition sake from Kuheiji. Finally, I can drink it 😍. One word, it's so good 😆. I can't get enough of the ginjo aroma. I wonder if it is a peach. It is a bit tangy like a light nigori, but the sweetness is spreading.

Sakuyami Miyamanishiki 16 Sake Degree -1 The label is pink, very similar to Ozeyuki, also from Gunma, and looks very tasty. The light nigori has a fresh and crisp flavor. This is delicious 😋. A can of Tasake! But Junmai Daiginjo! Open the bottle, smell the grapes, take a sip... The mouthfeel is sweet as you drink it slowly, and when you take a generous mouthful, the acidity is tingling on your tongue. This is my first experience with a rice called Momota, It seems to be a new sake rice, with both grandmothers having Yamadanishiki and my mother having Misanishiki. I knew that the clean sweetness of Yamada-Nishiki was king. 😁. I wonder if it will be used a lot for Akita sake from now on 😋.

As always, a stable of packaged sake 🍶. Why is it so good? And even if the rice is changed, it always feels like a packaged sake. I feel that this is what the brand 🏅 is all about. It's just like a yokozuna 😅.

Finally arrived, Tottori's Sake. Senyomusubi 12% alcohol by volume 60% polished rice When the bottle is opened, it has a cider aroma. Is this a sweet sake? No, no, it is a robust sake with a low sweetness. I don't know if this is a statement of what Chiyomusubi's sake should be! I don't know if it is appealing or not, I don't know if I am appealing to you or not, but the taste was unexpected from the low alcohol content. Genzai is not sold in Osaka. Last time I tried it, I drank the raw sake, and this time I tried the hi-ire. Conclusion, both are good. Even the hi-ire has a fresh, sweet and beautiful taste. Can't get enough 😍.

What a long and sweet name! It is a limited time sake of Oze snow. The atmosphere is the usual delicious Ozeyuki. It is a clear, sweet sake that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo-style sake. It is nice to see a sweetie couple enjoying and talking about this kind of sake. 🥳 If only I had known such delicious sake since I was in my 20s 😝.

Sake from Shimane Prefecture. Gassan Daiginjo The label reads, Slightly sweet, slightly mellow, and fragrant. The aroma from the glass is subdued, but when you sip it, the ginjo aroma is enhanced. The lack of freshness enhances the rich flavor. It is just the right season in May, and I would like to enjoy it with sake slowly over the weekend.

The last day of GW.... So early... 🥺. My golf game is not going well at all😩.......and I'm going to finish my vacation with Senkou Sakura today ^_^....... Oriogara 13% alcohol by volume Domaine Sakura, 100% Yamadanishiki As the label says, it is a really refreshing sake. It has a fizzy, bubbly taste and a grapefruit aroma and flavor. The sweetness is in harmony with the acidity, making it an easy-to-drink cocktail-like sake. Summer sake is now appearing here and there at liquor stores, and I am thinking to myself, "Oh, will we have another hot summer...?

Fukushima Sake Genzai 100% Aizu Yumeko 55% polished rice It was hard to find this sake in Osaka, even though I drank it once and was captivated by it. However, I was informed that Yoshidaya in Aichi sells it 🉐! I went to buy it on my way to Gifu on a road trip! The conclusion...it was delicious! Slightly banana, soft texture. It has more flavor than sweetness.

Cherry blossom viewing is almost over in Osaka. I wish I could bring sake and drink it under the cherry blossoms of the Okawa River! 🤣 Now, talking about sake ^_^. Hanzo Back version. Morishita Private Brand Iga's famous sake Hanzo Alcohol 15 Sake degree ➕2 I bought this as a souvenir from Ise. The ginjo aroma is strong and inviting. The mouthfeel is smooth and umami. The taste is smooth like a daiginjo, but you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste slowly. It is not too sweet, but has a distinctive character, and is a very tasty sake with a particular taste. Let's enjoy it slowly without drinking too much! Enjoy it slowly! I'll be back soon 😊.

I didn't have such excessive expectations. Gagakuyo Test Brewing 15% alcohol by volume The brewer said they used yeast #1401 instead of #901, which they usually use. Slightly sweet aroma and soft mouthfeel. It has a slightly sweet aroma and a soft mouthfeel. Sweet at first, but the aftertaste is refreshing. Quite my favorite taste. ❤️
