As always, a stable of packaged sake 🍶. Why is it so good? And even if the rice is changed, it always feels like a packaged sake. I feel that this is what the brand 🏅 is all about. It's just like a yokozuna 😅.

Hi Nee-san, good evening! I haven't had that many Kafuda-san, but they are all really consistently delicious 😋. Banshu Yamadanishiki is the sake I remember when I first learned about it from Mr. Kafuda at Sakewa 😊.

Finally arrived, Tottori's Sake. Senyomusubi 12% alcohol by volume 60% polished rice When the bottle is opened, it has a cider aroma. Is this a sweet sake? No, no, it is a robust sake with a low sweetness. I don't know if this is a statement of what Chiyomusubi's sake should be! I don't know if it is appealing or not, I don't know if I am appealing to you or not, but the taste was unexpected from the low alcohol content. Genzai is not sold in Osaka. Last time I tried it, I drank the raw sake, and this time I tried the hi-ire. Conclusion, both are good. Even the hi-ire has a fresh, sweet and beautiful taste. Can't get enough 😍.

What a long and sweet name! It is a limited time sake of Oze snow. The atmosphere is the usual delicious Ozeyuki. It is a clear, sweet sake that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo-style sake. It is nice to see a sweetie couple enjoying and talking about this kind of sake. 🥳 If only I had known such delicious sake since I was in my 20s 😝.

Sake from Shimane Prefecture. Gassan Daiginjo The label reads, Slightly sweet, slightly mellow, and fragrant. The aroma from the glass is subdued, but when you sip it, the ginjo aroma is enhanced. The lack of freshness enhances the rich flavor. It is just the right season in May, and I would like to enjoy it with sake slowly over the weekend.

The last day of GW.... So early... 🥺. My golf game is not going well at all😩.......and I'm going to finish my vacation with Senkou Sakura today ^_^....... Oriogara 13% alcohol by volume Domaine Sakura, 100% Yamadanishiki As the label says, it is a really refreshing sake. It has a fizzy, bubbly taste and a grapefruit aroma and flavor. The sweetness is in harmony with the acidity, making it an easy-to-drink cocktail-like sake. Summer sake is now appearing here and there at liquor stores, and I am thinking to myself, "Oh, will we have another hot summer...?

Fukushima Sake Genzai 100% Aizu Yumeko 55% polished rice It was hard to find this sake in Osaka, even though I drank it once and was captivated by it. However, I was informed that Yoshidaya in Aichi sells it 🉐! I went to buy it on my way to Gifu on a road trip! The conclusion...it was delicious! Slightly banana, soft texture. It has more flavor than sweetness.

Cherry blossom viewing is almost over in Osaka. I wish I could bring sake and drink it under the cherry blossoms of the Okawa River! 🤣 Now, talking about sake ^_^. Hanzo Back version. Morishita Private Brand Iga's famous sake Hanzo Alcohol 15 Sake degree ➕2 I bought this as a souvenir from Ise. The ginjo aroma is strong and inviting. The mouthfeel is smooth and umami. The taste is smooth like a daiginjo, but you can enjoy the lingering aftertaste slowly. It is not too sweet, but has a distinctive character, and is a very tasty sake with a particular taste. Let's enjoy it slowly without drinking too much! Enjoy it slowly! I'll be back soon 😊.

I didn't have such excessive expectations. Gagakuyo Test Brewing 15% alcohol by volume The brewer said they used yeast #1401 instead of #901, which they usually use. Slightly sweet aroma and soft mouthfeel. It has a slightly sweet aroma and a soft mouthfeel. Sweet at first, but the aftertaste is refreshing. Quite my favorite taste. ❤️

Today is the last day of the 2024 school year. One of my seniors who has really helped me a lot is retiring. I wanted to go out for a relaxing drink, but since he is so popular 🥺... I'll be at home today, serving the best sake in the fridge to reward myself for this past year and to thank my seniors. Sansho 4 Nozomi Homasu. 13% alcohol. Lately, when people ask me what is the best sake in Japan, I don't hesitate to answer, "San-do. I answer without hesitation, "San-do ❗️" because it is delicious. Because it is delicious... ^_^ The fact that there is not much information about it other than the alcohol content makes it mysterious and enigmatic, just like the mysterious woman 👩. Slightly cloudy. The citrus aroma is subdued, but it has a fizzy, fresh mouthfeel, and a soft taste that is clear and not at all tiring to drink. 😳 Still delicious 😋.

Part 3: ❗️ Saku Yousan Ichidokusui Daiginjo Yamada Nishiki Rice polishing ratio 40 Alcohol content 17 Named after the Buddhist teaching that even a drop of water contains the life of Buddha. This is also a high quality sake in a box. Perhaps because of the 17% alcohol content, this one feels more sharp than the previous one. It's so good. Ya-baaaay! The gorgeous ginjo aroma is impressive. There is no hint of a tangy taste at all, probably because it is a natural aperitif. This is another gem of the crop!

It is sparkling and refreshing, but has a strong umami aftertaste. This is my first bottle and it was gone in 10 minutes 🤣.

The taste is more refreshing than sweet, and is very impressive. When I come home after a long day at work, this kind of light sake is perfect for me instead of heavy sake 🤣. Delicious!

Nagasaki Sake Alcohol 14%. Koji rice: 20% Yamadanishiki Kake rice: 80% Nikkomaru This is the first time to drink this rice, Nikkomaru. It has a fresh taste. A little acidity and sweetness. Slightly acidic over sweet. Easy to drink. This is not good😅. Too cosy🤣. The aroma is more fruity at the end when the taste disappears from the mouth than at the beginning. I'm not sure how to describe it 😌.

Completely jacked up 😆. Gifu Sake Alcohol 17 Polishing ratio 60 Slightly sweet aroma 🍾. The mouthfeel is soft and sweet at first. Soon after, sharp acidity asserts itself tangily, and then it snaps out, leaving a lingering aromatic aftertaste. 😌 I bought this as a packet and thought it looked sweet, but there were a lot of comments on various posts that it was quite peculiar, so I opened the bottle with caution, but for me it's a very drinkable sake. But I was wary of opening the bottle, but it was very easy to drink. Now, let's have another glass. ‼️ The bottle jacket says that it starts out clean, but after a few days it becomes fruity with a lot of flavor.... 🧐 I think I'll leave it at that for today and go to Koei Chrysanthemum next~. 😅
