The taste is more refreshing than sweet, and is very impressive. After a long day at work, this light sake is better than heavy sake 🤣. Delicious!

Nagasaki Sake Alcohol 14%. Koji rice: 20% Yamadanishiki Kake rice: 80% Nikkomaru This is the first time to drink this rice, Nikkomaru. It has a fresh taste. A little acidity and sweetness. Slightly acidic over sweet. Easy to drink. This is not good😅. Too cosy🤣. The aroma is more fruity at the end when the taste disappears from the mouth than at the beginning. I'm not sure how to describe it 😌.

Polishing 55 Alcohol 15 We had this by chance at a restaurant. To sum it up, it's really tasty. 😳 Just the right amount of sweetness. It has a little bit of a schwarziness to it, but the lingering flavor is very well balanced. I have to leave this as a reminder: ‼️

Iwate Sake Miyamanishiki Polishing ratio 55 Alcohol 15 Umaiyami. Sweetness from the beginning. 😳 But it quickly squeaks away. 😌 What a confusing comment, but give me a break because it's delicious. Because it never fails! By the way, I was surprised that the cork didn't open easily. 🤣

Completely jacked up 😆. Gifu Sake Alcohol 17 Polishing ratio 60 Slightly sweet aroma 🍾. The mouthfeel is soft and sweet at first. Soon after, sharp acidity asserts itself tangily, and then it snaps out, leaving a lingering aromatic aftertaste. 😌 I bought this as a packet and thought it looked sweet, but there were a lot of comments on various posts that it was quite peculiar, so I opened the bottle with caution, but for me it's a very drinkable sake. But I was wary of opening the bottle, but it was very easy to drink. Now, let's have another glass. ‼️ The bottle jacket says that it starts out clean, but after a few days it becomes fruity with a lot of flavor.... 🧐 I think I'll leave it at that for today and go to Koei Chrysanthemum next~. 😅

First drink at Kouei Kiku, SUKAI Polishing rice 60 14% alcohol by volume A refreshing ginjo aroma. In the mouth, the acidity is assertive and gives it a pleasant throat and finish. It has a slight sweetness that makes it easy to drink without getting tired of drinking 🤣. The taste is typical of Koueikiku. I will enjoy 🍶 again today while watching the 🍶. 😳

Happy New Year everyone 🎍. It was a really mild and sunny New Year's Day. Wishing you a good sake life this year as well 🍶😁. The third bottle of sake I got this year was a limited edition, Tasake NEW year bottle 2025❤️ Sake rice: 100% Hwasoi Polishing rice 50%. The taste is soft and sweet like Hanasoi, with a slight acidity and a clean aftertaste. As expected, rice wine is delicious. I'm drinking it with a grin on my face while looking at the bottle. I'm drinking it with a grin on my face.

Sake in Niigata Sake rice: Koshitanrei Polishing rice 55 Alcohol 16%. Slightly grape-like ginjo aroma. Slightly fresh gasiness despite being fire-aged. Thick mouthfeel. Slowly sharp. Slightly smoky aftertaste. Interesting! It's a sake that you can't help but drink in a calm, relaxed mood. I think a bottle will be gone soon.

Saga's famous sake Nabeshima No matter when you drink it, where you drink it, or which one you drink, it is without a doubt delicious. Modest aroma from the glass. The mouthfeel is a little gassy and fruity, and the sweetness is gentle. The sweetness is also gentle. It is not too heavy. The aftertaste is crisp and clean. Sake of Saitama Polishing rice 50%. Sairai is a famous sake, but for some reason you can't find it in the Kansai region. I was surprised to find it in a liquor store I know. ‼️ I bought it immediately. Speaking of Saitama, there is my favorite sake, Hanahayo...it has the same freshness and a little bit of a splash when you open the bottle. The aroma is cider-like, and when you put it in your mouth, the acidity is a little tangy, followed by the umami with a hint of sweetness. As the label says, enjoy the harmony created by the elegant ginjo aroma, the sweetness of the rice, and the color of the fine acidity. Katsuma is a famous sake from Toyama! It was hard to find, but we got it in line. It has a hint of apple aroma and is soft on the palate, with more umami than sweetness. My junior colleague got in line 10 minutes after me, and I can see why he loves it so much 😊. It's not too assertive, but it's a great supporting player for a good Japanese meal! 😍

Sake from Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture. 100% Yamadanishiki 17% alcohol by volume Sake given by a friend It is written that this sake has a long history of creating the culture of drinking sake chilled, which seems to be a common practice nowadays but did not exist until then. The aroma is melon-like and wafts from the moment it is poured into the glass. On the other hand, when you put it in your mouth, you can taste more umami than sweetness, and of course, it has a clear taste and a nice sharpness afterwards. The sake seems to have won a number of awards, and you can sense the pride of the brewer! It was a sake that conveyed the pride of its makers.

Halcion 14% alcohol by volume The first time I drank it 2 years ago, I was shocked at how good it was. 😱 This year's sake has more of a grapefruit-like citrus flavor than before, and I found it to be more skilful and sharp than sweet. It is a swishy type that does not make you tired of drinking. It also tastes exactly the same as the sake I'm drinking with it, and the comparison between the two is unbeatable😍. I never get tired of it.
