The third bottle of Kisoi Sakke!
The last one is a brand called Ikenishiki. ...To be honest, I've never heard of it before.
This is such a strange brew with honjozo specs. And...it's suitable for heating up, right? It's a little alkaline, a little acidic, a little spicy, has a grainy aroma, and a good old sake feel.
And for some reason...it really makes me want to eat Yakitori.
By the way, it seems that Kisoi Saki is available until May 17th? If you have a refrigerator that can store 30 bottles, you can buy a set of 30 bottles...it costs 45,000 yen...

It is Ikenishiki Nasu Otome. Nabari Otome and Kisoji no Onna are good sake. And Ohtawara is the hometown of Otomachi. They also taught me how to taste the Senjotori and Amataka, and now I want to teach them a lesson! The Nasu Maiden is good! It was gentle, understated, mild, no make-up, no aroma, yet it was flavorful and very good for a mealtime drink. I got a quart of it by myself. Thank you!

池錦は辛口なイメージだったけど、これはスッキリしてて飲みやすい。
ただ酒屋のマダムが池島酒造は今年で畳むとか言ってたので、もう飲めなくなってしまうかも知れないです。
