This is my first post in a while. This is a Urachiibijin that I have had on hand for a while. It has a slightly sweet flavor. When you put it in your mouth, the strong aroma comes first, followed by a dark banana flavor and a slight bitterness, and then it quickly fades away.

Home drinking.
I bought this at Shimadaya Sake Shop near Utsunomiya Station on my way home from "Tochigi Local Sake Cheers Festa 2024".
After all, you can't miss Nanamizu 🤗.
Since it was a special occasion, I tamed it a bit before opening it. Having my favorite sake in the fridge makes me feel more relaxed 😊.
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the aroma of strawberry 🍓. This smell is already great.
The color is clear.
The mouthfeel is slightly carbonated and choisy🫧🫧.
The taste is sweet like strawberry🍓, mixed with sourness.
It is like drinking fruit juice🍹.
The aftertaste is bitter and delicious, with a strong aftertaste.
Compared to the other version of Y2, it feels less transparent. Instead, it has a mellow, rich flavor and aroma 😊.
I would love to drink this sake again 🍶😆.

While waiting for the Shinkansen, we had a quick drink to compare three kinds of Tochigi sake.
On the right.
The horse is wearing sunglasses 😎.
Tochigi's sake has a very aggressive label 🤩.
Sake rice is 100% Asahi no Yume
The color is clear, and the aroma is slight.
On the palate, there is a heavy bitterness and light umami from the rice.
The aftertaste has a slight crispness to it.
The end of the taste is like a wisp of smoke.
It is an exhilarating sake that makes you feel as if you are riding a horse through a meadow.

100% Tochigi rice
The color is clear, with a slight yellowish tinge....
The aroma is a faint sweet smell.
In the mouth, there is no sweet taste, but mild nutty taste. Like if you mix peanuts with a mixer❓🤔.
Hard to give an analogy 😓.
The aftertaste exudes the flavor of rice 🌾.
Mild ginjo aroma, and the umami of rice 🌾 expands together.
The mouthfeel is soft and the finish is gentle.
You can taste the rice flavor and the careful craftsmanship of this sake.

Time is limited, but I want to drink a variety of sake, so I chose the Tochigi sake 3 kinds comparison.

The rice used for the sake is 100% Yamada-Nishiki from District A.
I am sure the special A district is from Hyogo Prefecture.
The color is clear.

Wow 😌Fresh sweet aroma ☺️
The first sip is sweet and tasty with a touch of bitterness 😋 As Takeshita says, you can feel the deliciousness of the rice 🤗.
We were worried that the sweetness of Aizan might be too strong for us 😅It was sweet but the rich umami prevailed 😅❗️ and after a few days, the sweetness faded and the umami increased 👍
By the way, as I mentioned in my previous post, the place where I took this picture is a park where we often go walking.
It takes us about 1 hour to walk 3 laps around the 2km course surrounded by trees 🤗.
Whenever we can go 😋 for a good drink, we promise to raise our self-esteem with this walk before starting the party😅.
A gentle forest that protects us from the strong sun ☀️ and even shelters us from a little rain ☂️. 🌳Maybe it will be named J&N forest soon 🤣.
There were quite a lot of people walking around 💦I took some photos of the sake while trying to be seen, but I think the red label of Ona looked good against the autumn leaves☺️
