開栓で「ポンっ」と栓が飛びましたが、
吹き出るほどではなく一安心。
微発泡で爽やかな甘さに、
アルコール分も13度と低めで、
とても飲みやすい。
薄く青リンゴの皮の匂い。
強い発泡、ほんのり木樽、米の旨味、酸味を少し感じ消えていく様。レベル高っ。続けて飲むと口の中苦味。
2日目。泡が細かくなり酸味と甘味が膨らんでいる。新政ぽい。初日も新政を思わせるようだった。
