Rainfall 🍶 which I drank the other day and enjoyed. The gasiness reminds me of the producing land. Tastes like white grapes with a hint of muscat sweetness and a hint of bitterness. It might taste like eating white grapes with the skin. So far, all the rainfall is delicious. I can't wait to try the apple 77 you recommended: ☺️

Is the aroma citrusy? I was nervous about tasting it because of the burst of acidity. It was sour and summery. The acidity is not as strong as I had imagined, and there is a good balance of grapefruit-like bitterness, rice flavor, and sweetness 🍶. I was recommended to drink it on the rocks with ice, and the cooler the temperature, the more acidity you can feel, while the ice makes it smooth and easy to drink. I like both ☺️

Amezure" was recently handled by a nearby liquor store. I am ashamed to admit that I was unaware of it and was adventurous enough to purchase it. Tasting a sip....ohhhh, it's so good! Gentle and slightly carbonated on the palate. I would have preferred a smoother taste, but the long aftertaste makes me feel like I am eating real fruit. This is melon. Yum! Please take care of me from now on. There were about 3 more varieties, so you'll have more to look forward to: ☺️ Good to eat and drink ......... in the summer! I just realized I was at 100 check-ins! Thank you so much for always looking and for those who happened to see me 🥳. Please keep up the good work 🙇.

Forgot to Post Series - Last Part 3 A local liquor store had just opened where I live, so I went to the store. I had never had mansaku no hana before, so I bought it on a whim. This is...too good as a food sake. It has a faint melon-like sweetness. Basically, it is a sake that is not assertive and does not interfere with food, but when paired with food, it is a sake that can be transformed into something more.

Series I didn't post - Part 2 A bottle that was recommended to me at my usual liquor store. I drank this one not too long after drinking Sengoku Kabutomushi on the day I drank this. Well, what do you think? Delicious! Personally, I found the aftertaste to be sweet and spreading, like a mango. It has a smoother taste than the Kabutomushi, but also has a slight gasiness. I like this kind of sake: ☺️ It's good to drink it slowly or with a meal 🍶.

I was too busy enjoying sake for the first time in a long time to post this series - Part 1 Last year and the year before, I was one step away from being able to buy a bottle of sake. It was sold out on the first day at my usual liquor store. I'm glad I was able to buy it this year. It was refreshing on a moderately gloomy day. I am glad I could drink it.

My first Kikusen. I've been avoiding ginjo-shu because of my lack of experience with it, but this is delicious! My world has expanded. ☺️ It's lighter than the Tasake Special Junmai, but the rice flavor is also very strong, and the sense of balance is perfect. This is a great cosmetic value at 1,400 yen. I drank it with edamame, and I don't know if it was the potential of the edamame, but it was a marriage where the edamame felt like corn. Best to soak in good sake tomorrow with the excuse of the 7/5 prediction!

Shinsei, which was placed on the table in a neat manner. It's refreshingly grapefruity and dairy sweet. Sparkling and refreshing, it soaks up the recent heat. The aroma of the wooden vat is also very subtle, and drinking it gives a sense of time travel 🍶. Ahhhh happiness🤸.

Long time no post. It's been a while since I've had sake 🍶I've been into wine lately, but I keep coming back to sake after all. I have a broken Sake glass and recently a broken wine glass, so I will excuse myself with a beaker with a handle. It is smooth and fruity on the palate. It is a bit high in alcohol content, but the overall balance is so good that you don't feel the alcohol. I bought it on impulse when I first heard about Yumesasara sake rice, but I hit the jackpot. Ps: It goes great with miso-based dishes. It goes really well with motsu-nikomi.

The last sake of the year 🍶. It is the last sake for this year and goes well with simmered dishes. It is so light and easy to drink that it is hard to believe that it is 16%. The gentle sweetness spreads in your mouth. To all of you who have watched us this year, we look forward to working with you again next year. ☺️

Nanamoto-yari Active Nigori, which was delicious last year! It's good again this year. The rice flavor comes through with gusto. I will be drinking it in a wine glass for a while, because it was the best tasting sake in a wine glass as a replacement for my broken sake glass 🍶.

The red sake I drank yesterday will be gone in one night... I drink it in a whiskey glass this time because my sake glass broke 🍶. The sweetness spreads like a lactic acid bacteria drink. I think it is similar to sansho including the gaseous taste. It also has a sense of transparency that is typical of Mimuro cedar. With an alcohol content of 13 degrees, this too may be gone in a night...

A little early Christmas. My usual sake glass was broken, so I used a wine glass instead. The aroma is like lychee and muscat. As the description says, it has a soft sweetness like bubbly snow and feels like winter. It's a lovely evening 🍶.

On my way home from ramen at Shingen, I was in a good mood and happened to run into Abe at a liquor store I stopped by. But today was a day off from drinking. I was worried about it, and now I'm here. Mild and sweet like a lactic acid drink, with a hint of rice flavor after swallowing. It is rare to find a sake with such a strong rice flavor. I am not a fan of sparkling sake, but this is different. It made my mouth happy. It goes well with gyoza. According to the owner, there are only a few liquor stores in Hokkaido that distribute this sake, and there are only two other stores left in Hokkaido. Thank you, owner.
