Second one in December 🍶. The first snowball in two years. Apparently, they started to make sake with a fresh yeast yeast yeast last year. Soft, shwashy, full-bodied sweetness. The aftertaste is dry, maybe pear-like 🍶. I drank it with Sanggitang and it brought out the rice flavor even more: ☺️

Apparently I fell asleep before checking in. I drank on 12/6. Fresh flavor, sweetness of rice, and a good amount of shwash 🍶. Personally, I like the balance of flavor, sweetness and gasiness: ☺️ Too good... 🎅.

I've had most of what I wanted to drink this year, and next time I go to my usual liquor store 🍶 with a vow to cut back on alcohol until the end of the year. Sweet aroma of tropical fruits. Slightly sour with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Compared to junmai ginjo, the texture is lighter and more fruity on the tongue. Delicious. ☺️

I won the lottery at my regular liquor store and was able to purchase 😚. I started drinking it yesterday and finished it today 🍶. The sweetness and umami of the rice is amazing. The aroma of rice is also slightly fragrant. The texture is smooth on the tongue with a good amount of gas. After a day of drinking, the gasiness fades and the sake becomes more moist. It would probably go well with sushi. This sake impressed me as one of the top 3 sake I have had this year. As expected of Jikin!

Tasake Akita Sake Komachi, which I was able to drink again this year. I like it best in the Tasake series. Maybe my taste buds are not right because I'm sick, but I think I can taste more acidity than last year, but it's a good flavor gradation 🍶.

It's almost autumn! It has a gorgeous aroma typical of sake, smooth on the palate, and the matured flavor spreads in the mouth. Something about this makes me want to eat salmon 😋. Maybe it will go well with it 🍶.

Long time no see Mimuro Sugi🍶. The sake is as clear as ever. I think every time. What is this delicious water! The first impact is a slight melon flavor, followed by a flavor that suggests it was fermented in a wooden vat. The slight acidity is also good. The flavor is delicious and spreads in the mouth, and the aftertaste is soft and sweet, not clingy like cotton candy. Although the alcohol content is low at 13 degrees Celsius, I don't think it is the most alcoholic ever 😋. If you are weak on alcohol, be careful with this drink 😊. Take care of yourselves in the heat of the day, everyone!

I want to try a new genre of craft saké! So I went to my usual liquor store and bought some. The aroma is lychee, muscat, and a slight hop freshness! The taste is lychee, muscat sweetness, and a slight gassy feeling. After a while of drinking it, the grapefruit-like bitterness and the freshness and bitterness of the beer, which I can also feel here, starts to jiggle 🍺. Anyway, I paired it with edamame and it was the right choice! A cup of sake and beer that has the best of both worlds 🍶, while still adjusting the sake and beer feel to a 9:1 or 8:2 ratio. Effort, genius, thanks 😋.

The first Tenmei🍶. With Koshien. Slightly melon-like sweetness and acidity. The aroma is typical Japanese sake with a hint of rice. Too good! This is a great taste for less than 2,000 yen! This makes me want to repeat Tenmei!

Payday! Such is today's Akabu🍶. Doshin deliciousness, fruity sweetness, and the palate is clear like delicious spring water, with a slight gassy feeling. Great sake to drink in the summer! Naturally, it is delicious! And then I noticed it was empty: ☺️

We went to a recently opened sake shop! I kept wondering whether I should go for a sake that I couldn't find at my usual liquor store or for the only remaining bottle of Tasake, so I decided not to venture out and went for Tasake. The rice flavor and gorgeousness is still amazing ☺️ I must drink so that I can go to the election first thing tomorrow morning... Cheers for now 🍻🍻.

Rainfall 🍶 which I drank the other day and enjoyed. The gasiness reminds me of the producing land. Tastes like white grapes with a hint of muscat sweetness and a hint of bitterness. It might taste like eating white grapes with the skin. So far, all the rainfall is delicious. I can't wait to try the apple 77 you recommended: ☺️

Is the aroma citrusy? I was nervous about tasting it because of the burst of acidity. It was sour and summery. The acidity is not as strong as I had imagined, and there is a good balance of grapefruit-like bitterness, rice flavor, and sweetness 🍶. I was recommended to drink it on the rocks with ice, and the cooler the temperature, the more acidity you can feel, while the ice makes it smooth and easy to drink. I like both ☺️

Amezure" was recently handled by a nearby liquor store. I am ashamed to admit that I was unaware of it and was adventurous enough to purchase it. Tasting a sip....ohhhh, it's so good! Gentle and slightly carbonated on the palate. I would have preferred a smoother taste, but the long aftertaste makes me feel like I am eating real fruit. This is melon. Yum! Please take care of me from now on. There were about 3 more varieties, so you'll have more to look forward to: ☺️ Good to eat and drink ......... in the summer! I just realized I was at 100 check-ins! Thank you so much for always looking and for those who happened to see me 🥳. Please keep up the good work 🙇.

Forgot to Post Series - Last Part 3 A local liquor store had just opened where I live, so I went to the store. I had never had mansaku no hana before, so I bought it on a whim. This is...too good as a food sake. It has a faint melon-like sweetness. Basically, it is a sake that is not assertive and does not interfere with food, but when paired with food, it is a sake that can be transformed into something more.

Series I didn't post - Part 2 A bottle that was recommended to me at my usual liquor store. I drank this one not too long after drinking Sengoku Kabutomushi on the day I drank this. Well, what do you think? Delicious! Personally, I found the aftertaste to be sweet and spreading, like a mango. It has a smoother taste than the Kabutomushi, but also has a slight gasiness. I like this kind of sake: ☺️ It's good to drink it slowly or with a meal 🍶.
