(˶ᐢ˶)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I bought a bottle of Hakuryu today on the recommendation of the lady at my regular liquor store 😀 She said it was freshly arrived ✨. After opening the bottle, the aroma is mellow 😘the mouthfeel is fresh 😊swishy and juicy rice🌾 flavor 🥰 mild sweetness and acidity😚 nice 😋. It is a delicious sake with the energy of a new sake 🥳.

It was bottled on the morning of 2/3 and opened on the evening of 2/4 🌇😚It's probably a Risshun morning pressing, but the label is different from everyone else's 🤔. The bottle was opened with a light puff 😘It has a muscat aroma and a smooth, fresh mouthfeel😊The acidity is moderate and it has a nice gentle sweetness and umami 😘It was a delicious sake 🥳.

It has a mild mouthfeel, pleasant acidity, and a sense of maturity and umami that follows. It has a hiyaoroshi taste. Of course it is, because it has been left for a year. Sorry, Hakuryu, I let it mature so much even though it is the first time to be bottled.... Last year, when the brewer came to Takashimaya for a tasting and sale, I drove an hour and a half all the way by bicycle to buy a bottle. I haven't ridden a bicycle to Namba since I was in junior high school. It was relatively warm that day and easy to move around, but it also made me realize that even at my age, I can do it if I try.

Fukui's Backstreet Watchdog? Hakuryu Fire-brewed It has a fruity aroma. After that comes the entanglement. I bought it today to eat Seiko crab for a long time. Karai sake. It refreshes my mouth. It is so spicy that it refreshes the taste of the cottage crab miso and uchiko. In my opinion, it has a delicious miscellaneous sharpness, but the label says it has a refreshing sharpness... It's been a while since I drank good sake while eating delicious seiko crab. I'm kind of drunk - lol!

I don't feel the soil. Slight aroma, smooth attack. The taste is dry with a touch of umami. It goes in smoothly and is light and full-bodied. The shape of the label, which reads "Dotei tekiteki (as it is)," is said to be a map of the town of Eiheiji, where the brewery is located. Deep 🤣.

At an izakaya in Kyoto. It is indeed slightly cloudy. Perhaps it was because it was served in a silver cup, but it was beautiful with sparkling particles of nigori. The sake is clear and easy to drink, but has a rich and thick taste. Delicious!
