My favorite flavor! Sweet taste! It's burnt caramel, 🍮.
I was so happy when I was told that there was a dewdrop in Kumamoto! I was so happy to be able to answer immediately 🐻.
We finished with eel and eel liver skewers!
Sake that is light and typical of Japanese sake. It is rather dry.
Aroma is low, and the impression is that it goes down the throat easily.
My favorite ★★★☆☆☆☆
I visited the other day
Oita Hita Inoue Sake Brewery, in a talk by Mr. Touji.
Here is "Kororo"!
The rich aroma had us smiling from start to finish!
The texture on the tongue is smooth and silky.
Enjoy the aroma!
The "aroma" is a scent that sake lovers can't get enough of!
I was in Kumamoto again on various business matters.
Since I had a companion who was a first-time Kumamoto bear, I had a glass of "Koroh" (hot sake) that I met at a restaurant recommended by the ladies at my usual tea shop in Sakuramachi (the owner had changed...).
My companion could not drink much, so she just licked it... It probably goes well with fatty yellowtail, but it had a delicious rice flavor, a sharp taste, and a blue flame that burned deep in the throat. It was a good drink.
I heard that this restaurant grows its own lemons, and the second picture is a sour made with the lemon (the first one I rushed to drink), so it has nothing to do with Ponzake, but the glass they put on the table was this one for me and "Musorashikabai (haha)" for my companion, who said "Oyaji, I know...". I am sorry for what was on my face.
The last in Shiba Park, also the first sake
Koroh, dark and mellow
Apparently, this brewery is the originator of Kumamoto yeast, Kiyo-kai No. 9 (the 9 is hidden on the label).
A little soft?
If you say so, it might be mellow 🤔.
But I don't think it's as sweet as the sake degree (-6.8, apparently).
Tokyo Tower at night is always cool 😉.
As the name suggests, it is a refreshing sake, but that is not all,
It is a refreshing sake, as the name suggests, but it is not only that, but also has a bitter-sweet taste.
This is my first time to drink Kumamoto, but I think it is quite good!
