This was also my first sake.
I asked for this sake because it is from Shizuoka. I ordered mackerel skewers with salt and swordfish skewers with sauce.
The sweetness is stronger than I expected. There is not much bitterness, but it is tangy and pungent.
And, as in Shizuoka, it has a nice sharpness. I think the sweetness is a little strong, but this may be interesting because it is not typical of Shizuoka!
Lunchtime drinking at a certain house! ◡̈
It's my first time to drink this sake, but it has a pungent taste at the beginning and a lingering taste of rice at the end...!
It seems like something a relative's uncle or an uncle at work would like! In conclusion, it is delicious! ◡̈
Good evening, Yurinan!
I see you had a lunchtime drink today 🍶 I envy you ❣️
My relative, my uncle at work...
I'm a little addicted 😂
It's somewhat easy to understand ‼️
Hello, Mr. Muro! ◡̈
I enjoyed the lunchtime drink, but I drank too much and I'm now raving about my hangover! (LOL)
Oh, you are hooked? I'm often asked to choose sake at company parties, and I'm often told that I like spicy sake! I'm often told "I want the spicy one!
Sweet fruit aroma. Banana and pear.
The sweetness and aroma pass through immediately after drinking.
Sourness is quickly followed by bitterness.
After a clear and refreshing taste, it gradually gives way to a rich umami flavor.
As you continue drinking, you can feel the plumpness of the rice.
The rice lingers softly.
It is firmly delicious.
Taste 4.5/5
The umami and sweetness of Yamadanishiki!
It's not so much that it goes down easy as it is that you want to drink it slowly and forever...
It goes well with Japanese food!
