Promises are...
It's past the time, but I haven't heard from him yet, so I continue to drink standing up!
And then I tried the big hot one with some gusto 😆.
The citrusy aroma was followed by a crisp, clean taste!
I couldn't help but groan as it developed too quickly in my mouth 🙏.
I think it is indeed dry, but I feel that the change in taste after drinking has slightly diminished the image of dryness.
I would like to have this while eating rice 🤤.
Keep in touch!
I was curious about Gunma because the sake is usually delicious and Mount Asama as a land is wonderful. Asterism, which means constellation. The name and label are fashionable, so I bought Asamayama for the first time.
The first taste is a smart sweetness, followed by a fruit-like acidity and finally a bit of bitterness that expands. It is a modern, crisp, refreshing sake that tastes thin and delicate in a good way.
It has a spodriness and an atmosphere somewhat similar to that of lemonade... It's a bit of a nonsensical expression, but I would call it a rice-like juice, or a delicious extraction of rice water, light but with a hint of rice. It is light, but you can feel the rice flavor! I think I recently drank Kisho's Shiroyama Sakura, which has this kind of aroma.
It is a good connotation, but because it is clear and transparent, it is easy to see that each aroma and taste is not strong. There is no easy-to-understand "this is sweetness, this is sourness" kind of thing. That is why you can drink it without getting tired of it, and conversely, it lacks impact. That is the strong point of this sake, and I think that is what makes it so delicious. I really like it, especially on the second day, because of its cohesiveness.
