The theme of "Asamayama Dai-Sakaguchi" is Mount Asama as an active volcano. Hitogokochi" produced in Yaehara, Tomi City, Nagano Prefecture, which produces a voluminous flavor so that sake lovers can enjoy the unique flavor and sharpness of rice. After enjoying the citrus aroma and rice flavor in the first sip, the sharpness disappears quickly.
Warmed sake (55°C): Fuller and more flavorful.
Gentle alcohol at 13 degrees.
Field green aroma.
Green apple and pear aroma. Slightly bitter like a new sake.
The acidity is citrusy, sharp and refreshing, and the texture is soft.
There is a sense of transparency.
It has a gentle and light mouthfeel that disappears without a hitch.
It is not as good as bonito.
I also ordered bonito stew, but it was not as good as it should have been.
It should be better to drink it like a wine.

The label says "Awakened from a summer's sleep...", which means it is a hiyaoroshi sake... 😅.
The kanji label of "Asama-yama" used to be a bit dowdy, but now the label has a stylish design.
In the mouth, it is a delicious sake with a light flavor, sharpness and umami, and a refreshing acidity.

The aroma is slightly fruity with a light alcohol taste.
When you drink it, it is quite smooth and light like slightly flavored water.
The sweetness is not that strong and there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.

I don't know what this fresh, slightly lactic and mild aroma is supposed to be.
On the palate, it has a fresh fruity taste with a slight graininess afterwards.
There is no peculiarity.
