A gift of Tokyo's local sake. The aroma is old-fashioned, with a faint shark... The mouthfeel is full of the delicious flavor of rice. As the label on the back says, it is a new sake, so it is fresh but rough, maybe a little dry. I wonder if it's good as a food sake... I'm sipping it with albacore tempura and fish yukke as a side dish.

If you are looking for a good drink, you can find one here. I was in Tokyo for 2 days of training at my company and was stuck in a hotel for the entire training 😵I got a small bottle of Tamanjutsu in the hotel room 😊It was purchased at Bic Camera 🫡. It had a cup on the lid 😚The taste was mild, with the refined sweetness and flavor of rice and a hint of sourness 😋. It was a good sake to drink before going to bed. 🙆‍♀️

I've had it for drinking out of doors, Edo Kaijo! Is it brewed in Shiba, Minato-ku? Dry! Is the alcohol content high? I thought it would be 14 degrees. I vaguely thought it might be 17 degrees since it was labeled as a pure sake, but..., But I was wrong, Well, it is no wonder I felt that way. It tasted sharp.

Extra Party with Mr. Gura After the first party was over and the commemorative photo had been taken, we had a chance to drink the sake that Yum- san got at Hasegawa Sake Shop when he went to Edo (Tokyo). Sorry for those who went home early 🙏. Fresh and tender 😋! Thick and fresh 😻 I hope there will be another sake brewery in Osaka station 🤗. I heard they can only make fresh sake because they can't use fire due to fire laws because it's inside the station.

Tokyo Station Sake Brewery Peach Doburoku! A very rich peach with a smooth taste. The peach flavor is so strong that it doesn't feel like doburoku at all 🤣. It was very tasty 🙏. Hasegawa Sake Brewery is brewing at Tokyo Station...they are doing a great thing with their brewery at echinakas (echinakas) 😳.

Since it is Tanabata, what do you call it? So I opened a bottle of Date Seven, a so-called "doburoku", which is a sake with the name "other brews". The aroma is sweet, koji-like, and slightly fruity. The top clear liquid is soft and sweet, with a hint of rice sweetness. I was surprised that doburoku, which is fire-brewed, has such a bubbly taste. Then there is koji, and a little sourness. When mixed, the aroma itself becomes subdued. When you drink it, it is smooth, but still has a nice shwashiness, and the mild sweetness of the rice and koji is present, with a subtle, gorgeous aroma that lingers in the nose. The texture is smooth and silky, and there are no grains to chew on, but when you bite into it, you can taste the rice and its umami. You can feel the delicious taste of rice on the palate...but the bitterness in the aftertaste is bothersome...It's like a good old Japanese sake...I'm having it with sashimi assorted by my regular old man. .... I'm sipping it. It's a raw sake, so it warms you up....

Jyuemon" by Toshimaya Shuzo, well-known for Yamori... it's a stone's throw away! Nakadori unfiltered raw sake, fresh and crisp... Hachitan-nishiki has a nice aroma... my favorite fruity flavor... and the mouthfeel... a good bitterness of sweetness and bitterness, followed by the sharpness of Hachitan-nishiki! It does not disappoint! I'm sure many people prefer this to Yamoru... I'm sipping it while grilling oysters... yummy!

Another brand of YAMAMORI Purchased at a supermarket near my house. It is a Hachitan-Nishiki, a specialty of Teshimaya, and the taste is almost the same as Yamori's. The aroma is fruity and melon-like. The base is sweet and delicious, but after drinking it, it may seem drier than Yamori's Hachitan-nishiki. Umai 👍👍 The best match this time was sauteed sea bream with butter. It goes better with something with a strong flavor 😋😋. Yamori is my favorite brand, but I think I even like this one more than Yamori❗❗❗ Next time I buy it, I'd like to open the bottle at the same time as YAMORI and compare them properly 😆😆.
