Good evening, again for our first series, this time from Nara Prefecture, this brewery 💁♂️ KURAMOTO Ym64 SAKE-TEN 2022BY✨ This is a historical sake brewery, but they have changed their production in recent years to create a more modern lineup. They were recently featured on "Wakate no Yoake" (Dawn of the Young 🙌). This is the latter of the two lines, STANDARD LINE and BIT LINE. I was called to work in Tokyo. I don't like cities. The National Diet building is beautiful with gingko trees in full color. I was surprised that it didn't smell like ginkgo. It is as expected.
