❄️ Pecans on this day: ☀️ I'm allergic to the sun, so I thought I had enough sunburn protection, but I turned bright red within 30 minutes of eating lunch outside. By the way, I got burned even during the snowstorm the day before🥲Ultraviolet rays are scary, take care everyone. I had to slip in a lot on that day. I wanted to drink sweet sake on this day. I wanted to drink something sweet this day. It was so delicious that I drank it like water.

Good evening, Ane-san. It's snowing heavily⛄ In such a case, we should have a party with a bottle of sake 😁✨. I was going to drink it at the end of the year but it was carried over to the new year... I'm hoping it will be sweet and tasty 🎵. Will you be able to ski tomorrow😊?

⛄️ We are here for our annual end-of-year skiing. There is so much snow this year. I was worried that the trains would stop. We were in perfect condition to join the party since we only moved slowly on this day 😆. We compared the Li Bai wine that a friend of mine brought. I'm so happy because I saw kanon-chan drinking it a while ago and I thought it was nice 😁. The first one is the middle dry one. It's not that bad, but it's easy to drink. It was surprisingly mature, so I thought it might be more powerful during a meal. Next was the Junmai Ginjo Super Specialty Nama on the right. Sweet and delicious 😋I love this one. It had a bitter taste at the end. Finally, the Shiboritate on the left. I imagined the taste to some extent because it was called nigori, but I was surprised that it was totally different. It's not a sweet rumney🫧It gives a nice stimulation to the tongue. You can drink it smoothly. I drank a lot of alcohol without eating anything when I compared them. I played mahjong while saying I was sleepy, sleepy, and lost a lot. If I hadn't gotten a double hand at the end of the game, I would have come in last place alone 🤣.

🏞️ Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Kanamon-Nishiki contract-grown rice produced in Nagano Prefecture Alcohol content: 16% alcohol by volume It was the last day of work. It was about half of the annual work. Our group was surprised to know how hard we have to work for the next year 😅I'm not usually bothered about it, so I was surprised from people around me. On such a day, let's drink a little good sake. The last sake in the hanpukai is Daishinshu. The last month of the hanpukai was Masumi and Daishinshu, what a luxurious hanpukai! Sweet at first, with a firm bitterness at the end. It seems to have a habit, but it is easy to drink. Great Daishinshu. I put it in my empty stomach so I could taste the feeling of alcohol soaking into every cell in my body 😁. An expatriate, who was leaving yesterday, told me that the banquet I had two weeks ago was "the most fun banquet in Japan" and that he had spread the word to many people. I heard that you drink a lot 😅. I saw the picture of you having fun." Oh, the ones I don't remember being taken 🤣.

🤍 Last Tuesday, there was a year-end party for the company's bicycle club. Again, we rented out a bar in the shady underground mall in front of Tsurumi Station. All-you-can-drink☆. We had more members than in the morning practice. (I don't ride when it's cold 💦). The most popular item of the day was this. Most people had never seen Urasato before. I recommended, "Well, well, well, you should try it. I recommended it to them. "What, this is delicious! Everyone was fighting over it. It was a freshly opened bottle, so it was highly carbonated, sweet, and delicious🤍. I would never have had this sake if I didn't know about it at Sake no Wa. Thank you 😊. I also drank two other nigori sakes, Nito and Fudo. It's winter The next day, I drank too much even though I was in Nagano early in the morning😅I'm glad I made it there safely.

🌾 This day was a year-end party with people from my former employer. As you can tell from the name of the restaurant, the lineup of Shinsei was amazing. But it wasn't a bargain or anything 💦 so I had the usual sake. I think they also had Oroku, Keiraku, and Yukino Kayasha. I don't have any photos, so I have a vague memory. I got this picture from someone I was drinking with💦. It's been a while since I had a Yamahai. It's refreshing and easy to drink. This is my favorite Yamahai 😊. It was the height of the year-end party rush that day, and the area in front of Kawasaki station was chaotic. I went to the after-party at random, but I drank at random and went home after drinking at a so-so early hour. I asked him if he could give me some hotel information for my business trip to Fukuoka, and he told me about a strange hotel where women can't stay? I don't want to be told about capsule hotels🤣. I went home at a fairly early hour, so I played mahjong with other people returning from a year-end party 🀄️ It was also chaotic, but thanks to Neochi-sama (who), it turned out to be a good mahjong game 😆.

I was told by the owner of a bar in Nagano to drink Genmai as soon as I buy it 😅. Even my stupid tongue can tell that it probably doesn't taste the same as freshly squeezed. It doesn't taste clear. ❄️ It was snowing (and still is) when I arrived in Nagano yesterday. It's winter, isn't it? After the work, we went to the usual bar for a drink. It's the last one before the end of the year, so I'm going to have a drink to say hello. Which is the priority? 🤣 The owner says, "Most of the menu hasn't changed," but I remember, so I point at Iraka, saying, "Hey, this drink wasn't here last month 🫵." They were doing a two black and white drink comparison, but since I am a big customer 😆, they extended it to a three drink comparison of black, white and indigo. First of all, white is a little sharp, black is mild compared to it, and indigo has more rice flavor. Ai is delicious. But black and white are also good. All in all, they are delicious 😋The owner says, "It has a nostalgic feeling. It's a taste that makes you feel at home. It's true. I wanted to drink more. I want to drink one cup at a time. If I had the money, I could 😄. The owner called me a sake collector because I always leave the sake that I have to drink early. I'll be back after the new year 😁. ☂️ An expatriate from Korea asked me for a good sake drink, so here I am. I could have gone to the Noge main store or the standing bar, but I decided to go to the Yokohama store, which I had never been to before. It is a good place to get a reservation even at the last minute 😊. It seems like I got screwed over a lot and now I have very little memory of it, but this Ameuri was fresh, sweet, and easy to drink. Sairai is sweet and tasty. Aozora was quite bitter. The expatriate was impressed by drinking Kangiku's 99 Ginhai. I don't know how much it cost because I left it to my senior to pay the bill. I am sure he will be surprised when he hears about it tomorrow. One of the expatriates who drank too much left something behind at the restaurant, so I'm going to pick it up now. 🌌 Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Yamadaho Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 17 Today is the one year anniversary of my new job. ㊗️ I've become an unexpected character (even though I just couldn't hide it), but well, I'm getting along with stress. Cramping facial muscles is bad 😅. Tomorrow I'm going back to Kyoto on a business trip on Wednesday, but when I invited my companion who is already in Kyoto on another matter to go out for a drink, he refused (because he drinks on Fridays too, right?), so I'm going to go drinking alone. Can anyone come to Kyoto-Shijo? Well, anyway, I would like to congratulate you 🎊. Speaking of celebrations these days, it's Aozora. Aozora is just right in terms of quantity. I've been buying Koji-mamashi's, but this is the one I bought before that. I had an image that Yamadaho is bitter, but the supernatant is sweet, and even when mixed, it is still sweet, and then the bitter taste comes at the end, which is like Aizan. It is not as bitter as Aizan. It is strong and thick, so it is very drinkable, and 500ml is enough to satisfy me. I'm sorry I didn't use the cork stopper you always give me 😂. I think 500 is not enough. I mean, get ready for your business trip😅.

Japanese sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Ingredients: 55% Kinmon-Nishiki and 45% Hitogochiki from Nagano Prefecture Alcohol content: 16% alcohol by volume From the label, I thought it had to be drunk in autumn 😅. Drinking it by itself, oh my, it's so thick. It was sweeter and darker than the chart on the back label. When it is served with rice, the sweetness is moderate and the bitterness increases. It is delicious. I certainly prefer this cold, not heated>Nochi-san (I didn't realize someone else was drinking it on the same day) The second one is the jade fried rice💚 we had in Chinatown on Friday. They say this color is patented. I wonder what it is. It was the year-end party of the general management department, but I was drinking at Otuboney's because I don't like to have a party with many people. It was a farewell party for my three daughters who will leave the department next week. The department is losing two women in one year. I think the higher ups should think about the reason for that 😔.

Japanese sake Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used:100% improved Omachi Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume Our company's fiscal year is from January to December, so we decided it was time to start preparing for the next year's work 😅. I think it's enough to do about 1.5 times as much per person so as not to reduce the number of current members. Sorry for being an ogre boss. I want to drink but I also want to sleep soundly, so I made a small bottle. Drinking it makes me fall asleep 😅It's a very strong sake, so I was satisfied with the small bottle. It is sweet and sour at first, with a strong lactic acidity. I thought after I finished it that it would have been delicious even if I drank it hot 😔.

⛄️ This is the first time I've ever had a Shinzo. I think I heard it was a limited edition, but I forgot what kind of limited edition it was😅. I've had the regular kamizo, but I can't tell the difference anymore. Maybe the limited edition tastes better 😆. I heard Oroku drank it heated. Heh.., Snowball had more acidity than I expected, I think. I drank a lot on Thursday because I had to speak at a debriefing session the next day. I drank a lot of drinks while I had to talk at the debriefing session the next day.
