⛄️ Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% "Shuku" rice produced in Kyoto Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 16%. Good day to you. I was curious about it because everyone at Sake-no-wa was drinking it 🧐. I thought it would be sweet and tasty because it is nigori, but when I put it in my mouth, I found sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. Even the supernatant is mixed in. I was told that a yeast called Kyo no Koto is what makes sweet, sour, spicy, bitter, and astringent sake. It is an interesting and addictive taste. Well, I want to tell you to try it 😊. My previous job was supposed to be a go-go company, with a shift from hardware to services and a rising stock price, but I got a call that I had been restructured or changed jobs, and I felt sad that the company was built on the tears of these people 😢.
