This is the wrong brand it’s from Tochigi from Hokkan. The cheapest sake in Donquixote in Bangkok and so very smooth and balanced at medium chill. It’s actually very close to water.

Purchased at Mekada Sake Shop in Utsunomiya City A store that I stop by on my way home from a recent trip to the Tohoku region. I saw it wrapped in newspaper in the Tochigi Prefecture's local sake corner and bought it, believing the pop-up sign! It goes great with oden or anything with a Japanese broth! It made the sake taste much better. It was the most delicious sake I have ever had in the sake brewery in Tochigi Prefecture.

Niigata Sake no Jin OSAKA⑰ The booth of [Koshinohatoyo]. I had drunk it before, but at the time, I only had the impression that it was labeled with a family crest of Rokubun Sen. The sake was -5 on the sake meter. Originally, they sold a dry sake and a sweet sake, but the sweet sake was said to be too sweet, so they made this sake. It has a moderate sweetness, a complex bitterness in the aftertaste, and a sharp convergence from a slightly nutty taste. Sake: Sake with a Sake meter of -10. Sake meter rating -10, not sticky sweet, but clear sweet. It doesn't feel that sweet to me, but I guess that's just a matter of the temperature range. Koshinohatoyo Junmai Genshu. The umami taste is felt and then there is a bitter bitterness, and from the aroma that passes through the nose, the richness of the rice flavor. It has the sense of sake at the beginning.
