It has a piquant feeling, juicy umami.
I wonder if it is because of the name that it still has a piquant feeling even after a day.
I enjoyed it very much.

I went to Nippure Shoten in Matsudo in search of summer sake. While I was torn between Koshizo and Koshiizo, I bought Koshi Summer Fragrance because of its cool appearance and its cute logo.
The sound of "Kinoene" is also cool.
When I opened the bottle, I heard the sound of gas. The aroma of fresh rice is refreshing. The refreshing aroma is not too assertive, but it is pleasantly crisp.
The sweetness, sourness, and umami come at the same time as the slightly sparkling carbonation, and the bitterness comes at the end. The aftertaste is very sharp. It is the kind of sake that will make you feel refreshed after a hot and humid early summer night.
Delicious. The aroma of summer is a strange thing to say!
I was somewhat embarrassed to use the word "fruity" to describe the taste of sake, so I took the liberty of not saying "fruity," but it was quite difficult to do so.
I would like to increase my vocabulary and experience.
Hi moby, nice to meet you. I'm glad you found a good summer sake.
I understand your confusion about the word "fruity"!
I am not good at comparing it to fruits either. I can understand if it is a grapefruit, but....
But I don't have a good way to describe it.
Nice to meet you! Thanks for your comment. It is a drink that I tend to drink too much of. As a beginner, it's difficult to know how to describe it...but it's part of the fun of struggling with it!
Hi moby 😃
My parents live in Chiba and my daughter lives in Minami Kashiwa, so I had a pin 💡 and a reaction to the liquor store in Matsudo 😊 and moby and knobby are very similar 😆.
I don't know what it is either...fruity...repeatedly!
Summer sake is already available. This is my first time drinking Koshi's summer sake.
As the endorsement says, the aroma is gorgeous. The sweetness is moderate and the acidity is distinctive.
It was just the right sake for summer.
Koshi Limited Sake
It is a limited edition sake, but it has a great flavor. It has no cloying taste, so it has the goodness of Kouko!
It's Kouko after all! Kinoene!
Chiba is a great place for sake!

I may have mentioned this before, but it was recommended to me by a liquor store and I purchased it. I was told that it has a fresh and gorgeous aroma and a gassy feeling. I actually drank it to check it out!
It has a ginjo aroma.
And then I took a sip!
Ah, this one lives up to its label: ‼️
It's delicious. ‼️ It definitely has a piquant taste!
I can see why Kouji is a popular sake!
It goes down smoothly.
I recommend it!
Junmai Ginjyo Hanayaka Takumi-no-Kou
Slightly sweet, slightly strong aroma (fruit), slightly strong attack, sharp, sharp, light bitterness, thick acidity, slightly simple, easy to drink with a gaseous feel, sake with a hint of fragrance, but still refreshing
The aroma that spreads when you put it in your mouth is amazing. Very fruity.
It is different from the standard Koshi. I thought the same brewery could change so much.
It is not undrinkable, but people who like it will like it.
I drank it well chilled.

The moment you drink it, you may wonder if it is really fizzy or not. It has a noticeable thickness, but once you drink it, you can feel the strong fizziness.
It is juicy and fruity, and is one of the first Koshi I've tasted in a long time.
I felt a little bit of sweetness as I drank it, but it was so good that I would like to buy it again next year!
I have had Koshi-san recently, but this is the first time I have had Koshi-san here.
Perhaps pulled by the good impression of the Kouji apple I drank recently, this Kouji-san was also crisp and easy to drink 😋.
I remember that it was easy to drink.
