The sake industry is way ahead of the season😅
It's sake 🍶.
As usual, sweet and sour, with a hint of apple🍎. Not too sweet and tame for a summer sake 🤔.
Bubbles 🫧 arrive in the glass and there is a weak gassy feeling.
It ended up leaving an aftertaste of unrefined sake 🤗.

Wandering around a liquor store looking for spring sake, I fell in love with the visual of the bottle and bought it!

I've had a lot of sweet sake that didn't suit my palate, but this one was delicious and easy to drink without being too sweet..! Good aroma right after opening the bottle: ❤︎
The sweetness of the taste gradually becomes more pronounced and the taste is more pronounced....
According to the official, it goes well with Strawberry Daifuku...I'll buy some next time..!

Refreshingly clean, with light acidity and a lighter bitterness. I didn't find much sweetness. After work, I picked up the kids from cram school, listened to my wife complain about her friends at school, came home and listened to my wife tell me what happened today, and my turn to take a bath was still far away, so I drank a glass with pickles and felt it soak into my body in a state of total weakness.
