Today's sake is Saku no Hana Junmai Ginjo "39-87", a direct summer sake made with malic acid yeast❗️

Sake made with apple yeast, with aromas of apples and peaches, despite the rice polishing ratio being in the 50% range.

We bought it at the nearby Sakeho-Shimizuya Sakuhira store ☺️ which has a large selection of Nagano's local sake and a very nice atmosphere 💕We hope to go there again 🥰.
