Aroma fruity...sweet citrus 🍊 type...the rice used for Nagano sake is Hitogokochi....sweet and bitter with just the right amount of bitterness...full-bodied image that only sake made from the purest sake can give. The sixth drink was a summer sake from Sakunohana The sixth glass is a summer sake from Sakunohana, Urasakunohana. It is sweet and tasty, but has a refreshing taste with a gaseous and firm acidity. . This is the "back" of Sakunohana. The text on the label is reversed, interesting 😊. And there is a diagonal tag. Recently, when I placed some points diagonally on my work documents, I was told to correct them straight because I felt uncomfortable in the review.... I guess I must have subconsciously thought of a sake label... The taste is just the right amount of sweet and tangy. It has a clean aftertaste and was delicious as a lunchtime sake👍.

Starts drinking at 12.5°C. Aroma of sweet rice. In the mouth, the sweetness of the rice spreads softly and slowly disappears. Delicious! I could feel the power of the Yonome Dam.
