Aroma fruity...sweet citrus 🍊 type...the rice used for Nagano sake is Hitogokochi....sweet and bitter with just the right amount of bitterness...full-bodied image that only sake made from the purest sake can give. The sixth drink was a summer sake from Sakunohana The sixth glass is a summer sake from Sakunohana, Urasakunohana. It is sweet and tasty, but has a refreshing taste with a gaseous and firm acidity. ❄️ I was tired yesterday. The bullet train was delayed in the morning (chaos at Tokyo station), it snowed heavily at Nagano station (also chaos at Nagano station, this one was full of foreigners, it was like being in a foreign country), my business trip was to a university, so there were no signs of people on the grounds as they were closed, I did not know where to walk and when I arrived I was covered in snow😞. At the end of the work, I tried to call a cab but it didn't catch at all, so I walked for about 20 minutes in the snow in the second picture. Even though it was snowing heavily, it was Saturday and the well-known restaurants were packed, so we went to a restaurant a little further away from the station. This place is good and you can drink famous sake at a reasonable price. I don't know about you, but whiskey and shochu also seem to be reasonably priced. We drank the following sake here: Dawn's Eve, Daishinshu, Sakunohana, Mizuo, Toyoka, and Tasake. 4 of us drank a lot 🌟.

Opened January 28, 2025 Purchased after tasting at the brewery's direct sales store Brewed with rice from Yaehara, it was an unconditional purchase. Rather spicy ^ ^something refreshing! But it is quite full-bodied and has a great depth of flavor. ❗️ I knew it would be Saku-no-Hana. No doubt. ☺️

I bought it at a supermarket in Saku, but it seems to be a sake only available locally. It is a junmai sake that costs less than 2,000 yen per bottle, so it is very cost-effective. It is a light, dry sake that is refreshing and goes well with food.
