Commonly known as [urasaku](maybe I'm the only one saying that).
It is a limited edition sake and very fresh.
The aroma was so good that I couldn't help but drink it all at once!
Long time no see? Sake drinking at home 🍶.
Recently I drink whiskey at home...I also drink sake, but I don't drink outside 😩.
It's cold in the morning and evening, but it's getting hotter, so I drink summer sake☺.
This is my first time at Saku no Hana ✨.
This is one bottle that was recommended to me.
Now, let's enjoy it.
The bottle opens with a slight plop, and the aroma is melon🍈-like fruity!
The mouthfeel is soft, again melon🍈 type fruity sweetness 😆.
Mouthfeel is nice and soft, not really floral, but juicy but slowly refreshing ✨.
I almost didn't notice any acidity (just me?). Very tasty though👍
It was my first time, but I'm sure I'll repeat lol.
Bored? I found a good bottle in the middle of the holiday weekend🎊.
39-87 Junmai Ginjo

High malic acid producing yeast (P43-13) is used.
Very fruity.
Apple and wow....
Yum~www!
The sweetness comes first, followed by the sourness of apples!
It's a very rare kind of sake!

Pale yellowish green
Slightly cloudy
Very fruity aroma when poured into a boar cup, with a gorgeous impression.
The aroma reminds me of fruits such as melon, banana, pineapple, etc.
It is very dry, with no hint of sugar, and the acidity is perhaps a bit too much for a sake.
The taste is very refreshing thanks to the acidity. However, it is not watery, and the astringency, slight bitterness, and volume from the alcohol make it a good match for sushi and sashimi.
The lingering aroma has a hint of steamed rice.
The aroma is sweet, but the sharpness is good, so it is not recommended for those who like sweet sake.
It is best served chilled in the summer with unaju (stacked eel).
