🐿️ Yamane no Minori with nothing on the label given to us after the sake brewery tour. Sorry, I forgot the details>The people I drank with. This was also delicious! The use of acidity was excellent, and I liked the slight sweetness in the sourness. And I forgot to take a picture, or rather, somewhere in the third picture, the "cherry blossom honey sake" was outstandingly delicious, and when I was praising it as delicious and tasty, they gave me another one 😆. Unlike the wisteria flower honey, this one is silky smooth. It's sweet but doesn't leave a residue in the mouth, and I'm confident that I can finish a four-pack of it! I always do 😆. Of course it's expensive. I wonder if the cost of 7,000 yen was this one? >People I drank it with The third one. Did you put them in order of sweetness? Or in order of preference? It was past last order, but I asked "can I have another one?" 😅I hope I'm not banned. I hope I'm not banned 😅 I didn't make a fuss...

🦩 Service? The yonotori we got at the Yummyoooooooooo ❤️ It's still delicious! When I drank it by itself a long time ago, it seemed a bit more sour and I thought, "I knew Shinmasa's kijozo-shu would be sour. I think I thought "Shinsei's kijo sake is sour". But this day's lineup made it seem very sweet. And it is very refined. Later, since it was shipped directly from Shinsei, there is no indication on the back of the bottle of the store that handles it! Precious! Looking at the picture, I see that you drank it during the meal. No moderation to wait until after the meal 😆.

🐿️ It's a sake with wisteria flower honey 🍯. It's a bit sludgy, but when mixed with the No. 6 yeast, it had a nice sweet and sour taste, good for after dinner (maybe). After dinner, we were given a tour of the brewery. Can you see the ice in the wooden vats?

🐿️ Next up was a tea-infused sake. I don't remember much about it now, but I think it was a slightly acidic drink with a hint of tea! The second one is pork miso nabe for dinner. I was full with plenty of meat. I forgot to drink for a while and ate a lot, didn't I MAJ 😅I ate 2 pieces of Japanese sweets called "Shirimochi" (4th picture) from Hanno before this. I'm growing up, so it seems to have been digested in no time. Next was a sake called Yamane Kurabito no Yado. By this time, they had decided that they should not drink it, and two bottles of sake were served 😆. This sake also has a lot of acidity, but it goes well with this miso nabe. The miso is not too thick, but light and really tasty 😋. The night continues 🌉.

Hi Ane-san 😃Your Shirimochi is quite a niche snack 😋...delicious 🍶...and the sake 🍶 is unusual too. I drank Yamane Kuranin no Yado before...never heard of the brand, but contrary to my expectations, it was a delicious 😋 sake 🍶....

🐿️ 4th reference. This is an all-you-can-drink party at a sake brewery where we stayed overnight and drank all the sake brewed there, which took almost a year to realize. The members were Rigel-kun, Nochi-san, and MAJ-san. Thanks for the reservation, Rigel 💖. I drove almost 2 hours from my house to the meeting place, where I was picked up by Mr. Nocchi! I couldn't do without a car for this event and it really helped 💕Thank you 🥰. It's a small brewery built on the site of a former convenience store (see 3rd picture), but the president here has worked at Shinsei and the yeast they use is No. 6 yeast. In other words, you can drink all the Shinsei you want: ❤️ Strictly speaking, the taste is different because the rice polishing ratio is higher, but it is the same in that they are able to use acidity well. It was a very luxurious and enjoyable day. And we stayed over. I am too happy to sleep as it is. The first and second pictures are the same sake. The supernatant has a sour taste and mellows out when mixed. This is quite a lot of sake for a toast. I wondered if it would be okay to drink so much at the beginning of an all-you-can-drink event, but it was a rare worry with this group of people 😆.

🧚‍♀️ Ingredients: Rice (Nagano Prefecture), Rice Koji (Nagano Prefecture) Alcohol content: 16%. Thanks for your hard work this week. I put in one day of annual summer vacation, so it feels like I did a week's worth of work in three days. Why do I have 8 meetings? If it weren't for the hanpukai, I would have never met this sake. The color of the label is beautiful🩵💚 The aroma is quite strong. When you drink it, it is more sweet and sour than sour. Delicious. It seems to cheer you up. When the temperature rises, it tastes a little bitter. After drinking 2 cups, I was so sleepy that I dozed off for a bit, then cleaned up and went to bed. I think I had a face that people could tell I was tired even if they saw me 😅Hatarakisugiken.

I think you can buy it in Kanto if you look for it, but when I went to Iwate last month, I saw it and brought it home with me. It's very sweet. I really like the sweetness 🍓. I only felt a little bit of acidity and the balance between the two is very good. It was delicious. And the color of the label is pretty 💕 I've been working so hard that my friend said to me, "Although the environment has changed, you still have the same company attributes, don't you? I got drunk in a good mood and fell asleep until a while ago.

🍶 I can't get enough of it (lol), so I ask for more. There was a Kojimashi Yuuzan-Nishiki Orikarami 💠. The store owner said it would increase the sense of refreshment. It was refreshing, and the acidity and bitterness were also increased. I preferred the earlier one because it was sweeter. But when they said it was only available this year, I had to buy it 😆 I bought 2 bottles. 500ml for this price....... I asked for the one I didn't have and was given a yellow-green one. One more to go and I will have a complete set 🌟.

🍶 Visited the cemetery in the morning and went to my usual sake brewery in Fushimi before heading back to Kawasaki. It's a paid tasting at Fujioka Sake Brewery 🥰. On weekdays, they offer a special price to compare two types of ogara-mi and a sake that is only available this year. Two types of ogara-mi and a kouji-mashi made from Yuyamanishiki, which is only made this year. The Miyamanishiki is sweet but complex, and since it is a draft sake, it has just a hint of foam🫧. Yamadaho is a little bitter, also with a slight foam. And the Yuyamanishiki is sweet because it is Kojimashimashi. I've never had this taste before. Happy with a good drinking comparison😃. If you take a bottle here, they will take it back for 20 yen. I had 3 bottles at my parents' house and 1 bottle at Kawasaki! I had one bottle in Kawasaki, so I brought 4 bottles with me. It was so heavy because I had to bring my luggage back home with me.... The guy at the store was a bit surprised😅.

Japanese sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice polishing ratio: 66 Alcohol content: 17 to 18 degrees Celsius I bought this sake in a hurry because I had already drunk all of the Jinzo. I hadn't had the Junmai Ginjo Akiko (I think, but the clerk didn't know) and the Junmai Hiyayogoshi, so I bought this one, which seems to be the standard. It has a strong and robust flavor. As expected of Tamagawa. Even I can't drink it fast, so I sipped it while eating saba-zushi (mackerel sushi). The price of saba-zushi has also gone up 🥲. The reason mahjong 🀄️ was so bad that day was probably because of the alcohol content 😂. Oh, the second one is the fu oshiruko we had on Sunday. People around me were eating shaved ice, but I wanted to try it. I recommend it because it's lighter than shiratama and mochi😊.

Japanese sake (🌾) Ingredients:Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice used:Undisclosed Rice polishing ratio:undisclosed Alcohol content:15 Today I was on a sweets tour of Kyoto with a friend from high school. Great calories 😆. The friend can't drink alcohol, so we both go home at night. She is a good girl. I bought this at a liquor store at Isetan in Kyoto on Saturday. They were here for a special event and this is the first one they let me try. Here is the most expensive one except for gifts (laughs). I bought it because it tasted so good at the tasting level. Eeeeee, nothing but a reward. They pack it in a very high quality packaging. I don't need it. 🙂‍↔️ It would be annoying if I had it on a crowded train. I'm sure it's great when you drink it again at home. It has a strong taste of rice. It's sweet and tasty, with just a little bit of sourness. It is sweet and tasty, with a little bit of sourness, and the balance is perfect. I was drinking it slowly (compared to normal), but when I was playing mahjong (🀄️), I got maniacal. I'm a bad boy. I lost so much 😭. But still, mahjong was chaotic that day. It was fun though😊.

When I go back to my parents' house, I am on a mission to have a dinner party with my younger brother and his family. There, I drink or not drink alcohol, and I did not drink today. I bought some good sake at a liquor store in Kyoto, but I think I will open that after tomorrow when we play mahjong, so today it was a can of chu-hi and tasake. It's nice and easy, isn't it? Well, the price is neither easy nor cheap 😅. It starts with sweet and tasty and ends with bitter. It's a classic and reassuring taste that is typical of Tazake. I've already run out of stock 🥲Next year. I'm free at night at my parents' house, so I'm playing mahjong hard: 🀄️

Rice wine Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice variety: 100% Yamae-Nishiki Alcohol content: 16% alcohol by volume Yamae-Nishiki Oorigarami Nama-nama Sake🎶. I know it's late, but I'm finally on summer vacation. But since the company is just a little black, I can only put one day on my annual. I guess I'll just have to take the Obon holidays off... I came home late and had a rewarding evening drink. It's sweet, very drinkable, and delicious. (I think it's like a juice 😅) (It's just like a juice 😅) But it's not too thin, it has a good flavor. Oh, it's delicious. It's a relaxing taste, isn't it? 🍳 It was a farewell party for a very helpful lady in my department. I'm in a different group now, but for some reason I'm the organizer. I'll do it though 😊. This is the group of people I drank Imi with before. In other words, people who have one or more words to say about the current organization. That's why they quit 😢 And this is the day of the official banquet of the department. The immoral banquet that I hit on such a day was a lot of fun. I would rather have a fun banquet on my own dime than a banquet I don't want to go to on the company's dime 🥳. The best drink for such a party. I brought my Jyushiyo 🌟 because they said if you choose the all-you-can-drink course, you don't have to pay to bring your own. After the morning rush, I left it on my desk at the office, and the bottle showed up perfectly on the screen of the baggage check when I left the office 😆 No problem, it's not a precision instrument. We drank all the beer and sake we could drink in the first hour, and in the second hour, 6 of us finished a bottle. Almost 4 of us 😅 many of us drank it for the first time and said "this is delicious". I'm glad I brought it with me even though it was heavy 🧡. The party started at 5pm and we went to the after-party and realized it was 11pm. We drank too much and talked too much. It was fun 🥰.
