The last sake of kaku.uchi is Seiki. It is made by Osawa Sake Brewery in Saku. The energetic ladies who came after us bought this one for everyone. Hot sake because it is a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. The aroma is fragrant with a hint of acidity. It has a nice sweetness with a hint of acidity in the mouth. I tasted some at room temperature, but the warming made it even more crisp and refreshing. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The third picture is the Keinosuke Miyairi Memorial Museum near the site of the old battlefield of Kawanakajima. As you may know if you are a fanatic who goes to the Meguro Parasite Museum, he is famous for discovering the mussel, the intermediate host of the Japanese blood sucking parasite. It says that you have to call to enter the museum, which is a bit troublesome 😅 I didn't go through it. For more information, please see the Wikipedia page on "Local Diseases". Wikipedia It is a blockbuster work that has been described as one of the three great works of literature lol.

It is a new sake arabashiri from Kamito 🍶. The top aroma is fresh and slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a fresh and refreshing sweetness with just a hint of umami. It was very easy to drink with almost no roughness. It was delicious 🍶✨️ By the way, the store owner behind the sake is the part-time lady who asked Ane-san, "Are you in Nagano for a drink?" I asked her 😉. The third picture is the ruins of Matsudai Castle in Matsudai-cho, Nagano. Originally called "Kaizu Castle", Shingen Takeda had Kansuke Yamamoto build this castle to prepare for Kenshin Uesugi. The fourth picture is the snow-capped Hakuba mountain range seen from the bank of the Chikuma River. 🏔️

It's the Ikashirokashi of Iraka. I just realized it's the one I sent to chika before 🤔. I got it cold 🍶. The first aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. When you put it in your mouth, it has a clear sweetness with a hint of acidity and umami. It is very drinkable. It was delicious 🍶✨️ The third and fourth pictures are of the Matsudai Earthquake Observatory of the Japan Meteorological Agency. This is an earthquake observation facility using the ruins of an underground bunker dug at the end of the Pacific War.

I didn't order Shinshu Kamerei because it was either sold out at the bar in Ueda or only available from 2000 yen per sake. In Ueda, only stores serve only 1 gou or less, so I had a hard time because I want to drink various kinds of sake but I am not a strong drinker😅. I was glad to know that most of the bars in Nagano City served from half a gou or more 😅. I guess it's a matter of quality control when you see the number of customers on a weekday in Ueda... I had it cold 🍶. The first aroma is enchanting and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, there is a hint of acidity and elegant sweetness. It tastes like a daiginjo. It was delicious 🐢✨️ The third picture is the brewery of Shinshu Kamerei located in Yanagi-cho on the old Hokkoku Kaido Road. The brewery currently produces about 500 koku of sake. The fourth picture is a limited new sake light nigori from the brewery 🐢. We stayed two nights in Ueda, so we were able to buy three bottles 😏.

This is Mizuo Hiyoroshi from Iiyama City. It was served cold 🍶. The first aroma is softly fruity and sweet. It has a light sweetness and a mild umami with a hint of richness in the mouth. Although it is a hiyaoroshi, it is quite delicious with a refreshing aftertaste 🍶✨️ The third and fourth pictures show the grave site of Nobuyuki Sanada, located across the Chikuma River from the site of the old battlefield of Kawanakajima. In the 2016 NHK Taiga Drama Sanadamaru, Hiroshi Oizumi played him aloof. It is located in Daibononji Temple, which was built on the site of the mansion where Nobuyuki Sanada lived after his retirement, but there is also a mausoleum at Sanadasan Chokokuji Temple, a family temple of the Sanada family near Matsudai Castle, so the official grave is believed to be there.

Turtle Sea's treasured sake If someone told me it was a secret sake only available here, I would drink it, wouldn't I? The first aroma is mildly fruity and sweet. It has a mildly fruity sweet aroma on the nose and a mildly fruity sweet flavor in the mouth that is typical of ice-aged sake. It was quite delicious 🐢✨️ The second and third pictures show the grave of Kansuke Yamamoto, a military commander of Shingen Takeda, located on the opposite bank of the Chikuma River from the site of the old battlefield of Kawanakajima. In the NHK historical drama "Fu-Rin-Kazan," Seiyo Uchino played the role of a muddy warrior. I liked that drama, but since the role of Shingen Takeda is played by Ennosuke, I doubt it will be replayed for a while 🤔.

The third night of the Nagano trip was spent at Ane-san's favorite standing bar, kaku.uchi. It is a bar run by Hattoya Sake Shop 🕊️ in Nagano city. First up was Toyoka from Okaya City near Suwa Lake. I had it with cold sake 🍶. The first aroma was mild and sweet, as if it had been aged in ice temperature. The first sip has a mild sweet aroma that is typical of ice-aged sake. This sake was delicious. ✨️ I need to visit sake breweries in Suwa and Kiso 🤔. 👑 I was in Nagano for two days and one night this week because I couldn't find a place to stay. I can't go next week either. I'm afraid of the fall foliage season 🍁. This time I had to drink alone, so I thought I would go to my usual standing bar to have a drink. It was the first time for me to meet the part-time worker on Wednesday, but we had a great conversation as if we had known each other for a long time. She said, "Are you coming to Nagano for a drink?" No way 🤣I'd drink if I came 😆. I look at the menu and worry. There is gold tiled roof. And there are 3 kinds and you can compare them. But, but, 2800 yen for 30ml each. That's expensive. But if I miss this one, I will not be able to drink it again, so I asked them to take off the tag! So, I asked for it. The first sip had a pleasant sweetness from the "ring" and was delicious. The Hoko and Cornerstone have a corner in their symbols, so I felt a slight tug of acidity. However, as I drank (or licked) them, I was pleasantly surprised by the tingling sensation and the aroma that came through my nose, and when I finished drinking, I felt that the Cornerstone was the tastiest. It is a wonder. I lose my vocabulary when I drink Iraka. I also enjoyed expensive sakes such as Sotogahama, Taisetsukei, Seki, Mizuo, and Nakanorisan 💖Finally, I enjoyed the decorations in the hotel lobby, so cute💕.

🎂 Good day to you, Today is the birthday celebration of Sake no Wa no Tanudoru. I was going to ask my senior (not the one who looks like Ding 😆 ) who is coming with me to Nagano to celebrate with me, but he said "I still have more than half of the four-pack I bought the day before yesterday left" 🥲 so I went to my usual standing bar alone. I decided to drink only expensive sake, so the first thing I ordered was a comparison of Iraka. To my surprise, they served Yamahai. It was a 60ml bottle, so I drank it right away. Then, Mr. Katsumi Tanaka, the master brewer of this brewery, appeared at the restaurant. Wow! He said, "Well, I just had an Iraka drink comparison. The Yamahai was so delicious! When I said this, the handsome old toji-san asked me to shake his hand. I'm not good at making Yamahai," he said. But when I made it with water from Matsukawa Village, it turned out delicious. It was a good experience for me. There were many customers that day, all of whom had been there for 10 years except for me. Maybe I'm dropping more money at one time than they are 🤣.

🐱 Next up is the summer sake series. They say, "If we start serving them this early, we will run out of sake before the hiyaoroshi season. But if I see it, I will drink it. The label is beautiful. Each sake brewery has its own unique characteristics and is delicious. It was fun to eat it with strong flavored side dishes. Namul and so on😊. Toyoga is run by a couple, so I'm worried that they might quit due to succession issues. I have a fear that they will quit and I drink it when I find it. ❤️ Oh no! I'm in Nagano starting Monday. It's off-season right now, or maybe last minute, but I was able to secure a room with my favorite mattress at my favorite inn at a great price: ✌️ So, there are no people at the usual standing bar 😔I heard that there are not many customers on Mondays, and the owner says that he can't get tired after a day off, so I wonder if he might be closed on Mondays too. I was worried that Monday might be closed as well... I was hoping to find some of Yamazan's Junmai Daiginjo Aizan left, but I heard it was gone in an instant, so I had the freshly brewed Saku no Hana Aizan. The spiciness comes first, followed by a bit of sweetness from the Aizan, and soon the bitterness arrives. It is strong! It is very drinkable and delicious. I found a Kinmon-nishiki that was not on the menu, so I asked if I could try it. I asked and was given a 🙆‍♀️ to compare. This one is strong from the start! Almost no sweetness! But this one was delicious too, and I wondered if I should be so happy after the first two cups 😁. Yamasan had Yamadanishiki, which everyone has been drinking recently, so I tried it. It was refreshing and my mouth felt like it was back to normal😊. I thought about drinking at the hotel, but I'm glad I came out.

✨ San San San San Ke Nishiki San San Ai San x2 Meikyojosui m24 Saku no Hana Junmai Daiginjo Mizuo Beni Toyoka Takane Nishiki Meikyojosui Tarumi narai β comparison A group of four men next to us "We're just a bunch of old guys!" I was told "We're just a bunch of old guys". I don't look like I can drink when I meet someone for the first time 🤣. I usually drink 4 gou of sake standing up as a kind of half gou 🤣. I drank plenty of water, so I don't have a hangover. Now, I have my first narai among them, a beta version with different yeast. It has a serial number. I was told that I should drink it because it is rare, so I was persuaded to drink it again today. The sweetness is more pronounced when it is brought to room temperature. Both were delicious, but I preferred the one on the left. I don't think I will be able to drink it again (except at this restaurant). I didn't eat much food at the bar. This is because the hotel we stayed at, the Chateraise Hotel, had a welcome cake 🍰 which we ate before heading out. One per person, but the size is big so you are full. You can drink as much as you want, but I decided to be moderate because I was going to have alcohol afterwards 😌.

🥰 bon voyage It's the usual Nagano. It is the usual standing bar. The usual,,, I found the word "Aisan" instead of Yamazan, so I ask for it 💕 They had a little bit of nigori Yamae-nishiki (no longer on the menu, but the regulars are the best 😆 ) and we compared the two. Unusually, there was a customer in front of us and he had just opened the bottle. The carbonic acidity is exquisite! Sweet! And a slight bitterness at the end! It is typical of Aizan! But it still feels young. The Yamae Nishiki nigori I drank in comparison was more subdued. So happy😍! We had more Aizan. It's expensive for the menu here, but it seems there are only a few bottles and I probably won't be able to buy it, and if I drink it in Tokyo it will be even more expensive, so I wanted to drink it without worrying about it. I wanted to buy it 🤣. It went well with kogomi and butterbur sprouts tempura. I also drank Meikyojo-Tomizumi. To be continued.

🌾. Today's drink comparison is between Daishinshu's No. 48 and No. 41. You can tell which one is more expensive by the difference in the glasses. I like No.41 a lot 💕I like it a lot 💕It's so sweet and elegant... I'll lick it little by little because it's not the right amount to go 😅. No. 48 is quite tasty if you don't compare. The sweetness is a little stronger. The sharpness remains the same. Yes, it's a delicious Daishinshu. I went home in a good mood after drinking a freshly opened bottle of Kurosawa Nama and Yamasan. 🏹 Have a nice day. My senior who is coming to Nagano with me asked me in the cab on the way home, "What time do you want to meet tomorrow?" When he asked me, "Oh, you're not going out for a drink with me today," so that's why I'm going out for a drink by myself then. My usual standing bar😊. I saw a shiny shimmering ejemi in the showcase. "Wow, there's an eimi!" "Do you want a drink?" "I'll have a drink!" I drank a non-Nagano sake for the first time. It was sweet! It's good! It has a nice sharpness! I can only come up with words of praise. I can see why everyone is raving about it. It's delicious! I was scolded by my senpai at work today, so I didn't want to drink alone at the hotel 😢Drinking while chatting with other customers is fun and delicious😊. I was a little short of Meikyojo-jo-sui and Sakunohana, so I served some Masamune (or not 😅). To be continued in the next post.

🏞️ how do you do? I have to come back next week because work is not going well at all 😢. That's it, we are going out for a drink. The first party was at a yakitori restaurant that I wanted to go to. The yakitori is delicious, but the sake is expensive, so I had one beer and three gos of sake (Takizawa, Mizuo, and Sakunohana). The next party was at my usual bar, where I was told that there were no customers even though it was the season for welcome and farewell parties. He said that although there are many tourists, the normal number of people has not returned yet. Since it is known that I like to compare drinks, I tried the Hokushin-ryu that was left over after the event. I had the special junmai, junmai daiginjo, and junmai ginjo in that order, and I preferred the junmai ginjo 😊. I also drank some Sawanohana and Toyoka and went back to the hotel in a good mood and fell asleep 🤣. I'm like this, so hotels must have a big bath that you can go in early in the morning😅.

🐢 Is this green one out yet? I don't know how much I drank from it 😆. It's nice to be a regular and get this kind of thing. Delicious, but I can't drink a lot of it, wine-like liquor. It's like a pale version of the green type of apple wine from Koshi. They asked me to put a price on it but I don't know 😓. Then the usual Kame no Kai and the expensive Sakunohana. I drank all the premium sake on the menu here, leaving one more 🤣. Well, there was a customer in front of me that day. He saw me drinking at a very fast pace and said, "You're drinking at a fast pace, aren't you? He said, "You're drinking at a very fast pace! I recognized him as a Kansai person and was looking for a chance to talk to him. That's why, I drank at a faster pitch than normal 🤥. "Where are you from?" "Kansai." (I know, I know.) "Are you from the north of Osaka?" (I know that's what his dialect sounded like.) "I'm from Kyoto. "I'm from Kyoto. "Wow, I'm from Kyoto too. Which one?" (Beginning of Kyoto caste check) We started talking about Kyoto (we are both on the lower end of the caste), and since there was a murder in Kyoto on that day, we talked about it. Everywhere is dangerous, isn't it?

❄️ 'Sorry to have you come only on days with heavy snowfalls.' Well, I can't help it, I'm a snow woman (meaning I bring heavy snow to the ski slopes, and I have zero ephemeral 😆. So, I'm in Nagano on Tuesday and Wednesday. I would have preferred Thursday and Friday since it's a ski weekend. Since I'm alone today, it's the usual stand-up drinking again. I started with Toyoka's spring sake and then tried this Kurosawa which I was curious about. It's a lightly cloudy nama-shu, but it has the same bottle and label as the hi-ire version, and the rice polishing ratio is 80%, so they said they could serve it at a reasonable price. I put it in my mouth thinking it would be sweet, but it was sour. But it doesn't taste bad, and it gets better and better. This is delicious. Don't be put off by the cheap price," said the owner. said the owner. We also had a bottle of Toyoga, which reads similarly.
