It's getting colder!
I usually enjoy my sake cold, but this winter I decided to try heating it up and got a sake heater 😊.
And, just for the heck of it, I also got a SHUWAN, which is now more expensive than the sake heater, just because of the Amazon Black Friday 🤣.
And the first sake to be enjoyed with the sake heater is Hirotogawa's Tokujun ❤️
I had gotten it at a monja restaurant before and was so impressed with the taste that I immediately bought it.

This is a thermos type container that you fill with hot water and put the sake in the attached tokkuri and it will be ready in about 10 minutes.
The temperature of the heated sake changes depending on the amount of hot water.
(A memory is included to give you an idea of the temperature.)
This time, I set the hot water to somewhere between lukewarm and top-heat, and the sake was nice and square, making it a sake you'll want to keep drinking forever. ❤️
The SHUWAN made the aroma stand out too!
Very tasty✨
It made my sake life more fulfilling 😊.
Good morning, Chirsta 😊.
SHUWAN is good ❗️
I compared it with my usual glass and the aroma is really different 😱.
It was even more noticeable when I heated it up 😊.
Hello, Rurun!
The chic sake warmer and SHUWAN looks like a fun way to enjoy the eye and aroma and stimulate various senses 🎵.
I'm glad you're broadening your sake experience 😁✨✨.
My sake heater is not a thermos, but it has the same mechanism.
Good evening, Rurun 😃.
HIRO-chan's Tokujun! Even heated sake 🍶 is deeply delicious 🍶☺️ we are in Nonbei Yokocho, but I'm looking forward to seeing you and SHUWAN in action from now on ‼️
Good evening, ma-ki-Sama 😊.
It's certainly a pleasure to the eye ✨.
I'm also enjoying the goodies from ☺️
I see you also have a sake heater!
I'm sure it will be very useful this winter as it makes it easy to enjoy heated sake 😊.
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 😊.
I had HIRO-CHAN😎's Tokujun for the first time, warmed up, and it's like you can drink it forever 😅.
I knew the taste would change depending on the vessel, but I'm impressed with how the aroma of SHUWAN stands out: ❤️
The 5th Shinmae Festival, the 5th Kanno Thanksgiving Mie Shinshu Matsuri (7)
Really thinking this area has a good lineup, I slide to the side as it is empty.
◉Hirotogawa Tokubetsu Junmai Shinshu
I could taste the delicious flavor of the rice, which made me want to thank the rice. Of course, I also want to thank the brewer for the sake.
I already know it's good," I thought to myself, as I reaffirmed its deliciousness! I thought to myself, "I already know it's good!
Hirotogawa nigori is considered one of the three best nigori in Japan.
It has a stable taste every year and has the best mouthfeel between tangy and shwashy.
Excuse me for drinking at home! Junmai Ginjo from Fukushima. It's my first time drinking this sake and it's very good! (I like the fact that it doesn't call itself a daiginjo even though it has a 50% polished rice ratio 😆 I had it with some Kanazawa amaebi (pickled sweet shrimp) that I got as a hometown tax payment. It's too good! ‼️
It has a faint banana aroma, and when you take a sip, you can still taste the soft banana sweetness and umami, followed immediately by bitterness and a faint spiciness, making it a very delicious sake. I'm thinking of making this my last drink, but I can't stop drinking 💦.
Aromas of banana, chrysanthemum, higher alcohol, cotton candy, granulated soybeans, and soybean flour.
Mellow and smooth mouthfeel.
Rich umami and a hint of sweetness. Slightly acidic and lightly astringent. It has a full, soft richness.
Serve with sashimi of kochi and ara, fritters of young wakasagi, baba gump style of shiba shrimp, and sauteed southern chicken.
Definitely a stable Hirotogawa.
The acidity is sharp with just the right amount of sweetness.
One of the best tastes we have had this year. I am looking forward to this year's nigori!
The aroma is sweet and good. From the palate, a very elegant sweetness gently runs through the mouth. It is a great fan of Hirotogawa's stable and reliable taste.
Drinking famous sake! Hirotogawa, the young star of Fukushima!
Famous evening sake that you can drink all the time!
Full bodied with a slight yellowish green tinge! Aroma of 🍌!
Aroma of 🍌: Gradual sweetness, transparency and umami! It has almost no acidity and is like banana milk for adults!
It's a good sake that can be drunk gradually all the time. It's also cosy, so if you're in an area where you can buy it, it's a top-class evening drink!
Hi Termat!
Did you get a bottle of "Hirotogawa Special Junmai" 😲?
I guessed you bought a bottle on your drive to Kanazawa 🤔.
I think that would be [that store] near Higashi-Kanazawa station 🥰.
I like cold sake and modern sake, but now that it is getting colder, I wanted to try heated sake, so I chose Hirotogawa's special junmai!
I paired it with shishamo at room temperature. The delicious taste of the rice stimulated my taste buds. It resets the saltiness of the shishamo.
Next, at about lukewarm temperature, oden🍢 flavor and bitterness spread, and this was also an exquisite partner for oden.
It doesn't get too cold, but I wanted to drink Hirotogawa more than I wanted to eat oden🍢🍶I already know it's delicious, so I opened the bottle without saying a word ✨.
The top aroma is a gentle impression of melon and banana 🍈🍌🍈🍌The sweetness and umami spreads gradually in the mouth, and the acidity and slight bitterness finishes nicely 😋Ah, it's still delicious 🤤Only cold sake goes great with oden, but I love it when served lukewarm. ❣️ I love Hirotogawa (So_1F376)
Good morning, Nao888 😃.
It's already oden season 🍢. It's rainy and cold today❄️ sake and oden go great together and Hirotogawa sounds even better 😋.
My husband loves Hirotogawa, so I might be jealous: ❣️
Good morning, Nao888 😃.
It's oden season 🍢and I reacted to oden🍢 with lukewarm sake 😆 warm sake is good with warm food😍Hirotogawa would be even better 😋.
Hi Nao888!
Oh Hirotogawa's special junmai and oden~🍢This is a combination that makes my brain bug out just thinking about it~🤤.
Ohhhh, I want to drink sake while eating oden 😋.
Hi Nao888 😀
Just hearing about Hirotogawa's special junmai, it sounds delicious 😀.
Actually, I've only had nigori from Hirotogawa, so I'd like to try it sometime 😇.
Good evening, HinaHanaMama🌛It's oden season 🍢It went very well with daikon and konnyaku in particular 🥰Your husband is a Hirotogawa fan ✨️ Please try it with warm sake and oden 🍶.
Good evening, ma-ki-San🌛It was my first Hirotogawa Tokusyu, but it was the kind of thing that makes you meditate and think it's delicious 🤤✨Your brain will melt with this kind of thing🤤Let's drink sake with oden next weekend ☺️
Jay & Nobby, good morning 🌞Hirotogawa Tokujun is a good sake that has nothing extra and can be drunk deeply 🍶I'm looking forward to the season when sake is delicious in hot pots and oden (oden): ✨️
