This is Hirotodogawa, chosen by my partner who wanted to try it. It has a sweet, fruity aroma, but contrary to the scent, the taste is light and refreshing. The balance of umami, spiciness, and acidity is excellent, allowing you to savor the long-lasting finish. After about three weeks, the spiciness and acidity intensify, and you'll notice a change where bitterness emerges within the lingering aftertaste.

Alcohol Content: 15% (Undiluted) Bubbles started bubbling up from the cap, so I opened it♪ Before I knew it, I was on a Fukushima streak. This one was definitely sold out in the 720ml bottles, and the last two 1.8L bottles were left—I didn't hesitate to bring it home. It's absolutely delicious, but I just end up drinking too much😥 Two days in a row meant rough mornings😅

Even though I haven't solved my storage space problem yet, I already have two one-liter bottles sitting in my small cellar, and I went and ordered a one-liter bottle of Hiroto River Nigori online. 😅 I'll be careful not to drink too much and savor my first Hiroto River Nigori. 😍

As a lover of Hiroto Komoto, who has followed the Blue Hearts, the Hi-Lows, and the Cro-Magnons, I was hoping to have a drink at Hirotogawa one day! (I don't think it's any of my business)! (I don't think it's any of my business...)
(I don't think it matters.) Lately, I've been reading in various places that Hirotogawa's muddy sake is delicious, so I bought it!
I opened the bottle! It's been a long time since I've had a hard time (lol)!
As expected of Hiroto! Just a little twist of the cork and it seems to pop out!
And the aroma of that escaping gas is also fruity and great!
Finally, I poured some into a sake cup and took a sip...,
The gentle sweetness of the rice is in full bloom! After the full gasiness, it feels like it's going to finish you off!

We opened the bottle on the night of New Year's Day.
I was able to open the bottle without any spills, so I drank the top clearnace and my impression was the same 😅.

It's a schwizzle 🫧 full of gas 😍.
The smell is silky after mixing and the taste is silky and it's a lactic acid drink but I like it when the spiciness that lurks in the back comes out 😘.
I couldn't drink it last year, but compared to 2 years ago, it had a bitter or miscellaneous taste in a good way... a taste that I could perceive, which I guess is one of the tastes of rice 😍.
