Hirotogawa after a long time: ❗️
I wonder if this is the first time for this junmai ginjo?
My expectations are high even before I drink it😊.
The aroma is mild
Gentle sweetness
Good balance of sourness and bitterness
The aftertaste is clean and refreshing ❗️
Very clean and elegant with no cloying taste
It has a very clean and elegant taste👍
I can't wait for the winter nigori ‼️
My favorite Hiroto River.
It is cloudy!
I guess this is the second bottle I'm having,
The moment I drank it, my mouth felt like an orchestra.
A big chorus, a heavy chorus. The fermentation and umami of the rice comes in full force.
The deliciousness of the taste breaks through your brain,
The taste of the rice is so good that it breaks through your brain!
Peach, pear, juicy. Juicy.
Surprising sake 🍶.
We had that at the camp.
I love the sake from Fukushima.
Thanks.
it's okey!
Long-awaited trip to Fukushima 🚗.
After 15 years? I finally made it to Fukushima after 15 years?
If I could go to Fukushima,
I would have researched sake shops in advance.
The last time I visited, I was not that much into sake.
I was looking forward to it so much!
I was looking forward to it.
I bought 4 bottles this time.
I will drink them in order.
This one is Hirotogawa, which you can't find in Nagoya.
The price is reasonable!
I know, I know, I know, but first of all
I know, but I first drink it cooled down to a crisp.
It is too clear or too refreshing.
You can't taste the rice flavor.
So I took it out of the cellar until the next day
I returned it to room temperature.
After all, Hirotogawa has to be this one: ✌️
You can feel the sweetness and umami of the rice,
I can feel the sweetness and deliciousness of rice.
I was able to enjoy my dinner while feeling the sweetness and flavor of rice.
Price: 1,375 yen (720 ml)
Aizu Shurakukan
This is the third Hirotogawa that I have had, except for the nigori that comes out in winter, which I drink every year. I have had the special junmai before, but it was four years ago when I looked it up. At that time, I drank it warm, but I was told that cold sake is also delicious. I don't think I tried it cold last time, so I definitely want to drink it cold this year. I felt that in about 1 second when I saw the ...... label, so I bought it lol.
It doesn't have much of an aroma. I think that the less standing aroma the better, and for me, it is preferable from the beginning. When you take a sip, you will be filled with the freshness of white peaches. The subtle hint of banana-like aroma gives it a strength that makes it more than just a beautiful sake.
You will be surprised that it tastes very good regardless of what you had just before this, even after the Kaze no Mori CE you had been drinking until just before this. The other one is a sweet and sour type, but although the strain is completely different, the taste is not inferior at all.
The impression changes a little depending on the temperature range, but personally, I would say it is best served warm, room temperature, or cold.
This is a product that is a substitute for Hirotogawa's business card. Breweries that have a standard sake that is synonymous with their products are very strong, aren't they? Recently, Tenbi's Jungin, a standard sake, was also a masterpiece, but this was also a wonderful sake that impressed me! I am a fan of this sake!
The other day was Sake Day! So we opened a bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo! I had been saving this sake for a while 😊.
I really wanted to pay a visit to a place before drinking it... Yes! Matsuzaki Sake Brewery!
Let's go touring in the cloudless autumn weather!
We passed Toyokuni Sake Brewery in Furudono-machi and Oki Daikichi Honten in Yabuki-machi on the way to Ten-ei-mura!
It took us about 2 hours one way to get to Ten'ei-mura, where we stalked the long-sought-after Matsuzaki Sake Brewery (thank you very much 😭), and the full-face man in a leather jacket taking pictures of us was like a pervert!
After about 5 hours of bullet-running without eating or drinking, I came home with a sore ass, a sore back, and sore shoulders, and it was time to drink!
Mmmmmm...!
Mmmmmm... This is like a very good at her job, but with the kindness of a beautiful female boss...!
There is not a single bad thing about her, she is sophisticated and perfectly balanced...!
Thanks to Mr. Hirotogawa, I had a very fulfilling holiday today.
mikomichio, that sounds great! I've been touring to Ten-ei village a couple of times too ‼️ It's peaceful in that area, not many cars, the roads are nice and great for running 😆‼️
Thank you Manachy for your comment 🙇♀️ ̖́-
It was a really nice place! There are almost no traffic lights and Fukushima is full of nice places no matter where you drive!
Junmai Ginjo-shu brewed with Yume-no-Kou.
Aromatic and refreshing with a hint of rice flavor.
I drank it cold in a glass, but I would like to warm it up and drink it with a tokkuri (Japanese sake bottle) and an inokuchi (small cup).
Polishing ratio 50%, 15% alc.
The aroma is gorgeous. As you can imagine, it has a full flavor. The taste is just right, with a calmness that is not that of a pure sake. It is one of the most delicious sake we have had recently!
