Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama
This is a nigori sake from Hirotogawa, which is gaining in reputation every year.
The aroma is like that of white peaches, and the rice flavor is slightly carbonated and bursting with flavor. The final taste is a refreshing burst of acidity. The aftertaste is heavier than last year.
It is delicious on its own, but if you drink it while picking green Japanese pepper from Tanba, Kyoto, one by one, you will finish the 4-goupe bottle in no time. Recommended.

I received a bottle of Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake.
I received this bottle for the first time last year and it exceeded my expectation hurdle at pole vaulting height.
When I looked back at my impressions from last year, I wrote that I vowed to buy two bottles next year.
I never buy two bottles at once unless I have a good reason to do so, but I guess it was too much for me in this case.
When you open the cork, the gas leaks out with a loud and lively whoosh. The aroma is fruity and pleasant, but not overpowering.
It is a calm, refreshing, and delicious nigori sake that is different from both a snowball and a winter's daybreak, even though they are both nigori sake. It has a light impression with a certain gasiness and a freshness with a melon-like greenness.
It is not overly sweet and juicy, so it seems to go well with a wide range of meals.
After drinking it, I was once again convinced that I should buy two bottles of this sake.

Yes ❣️ I couldn't resist 😂I was going to be a little more impatient to open the bottle, but I didn't expect to open it on a weekday💦I was tempted every time I opened the fridge and couldn't resist 🤤.
I don't have much to review now, but just in case 😅Opening is safe and secure with a screw cap 💨Automatic stirring starts well and gives the impression of strong gas 🫧Rising aroma is fresh and sweet like white peach 🍑Swishy and silky in the mouth, sweet and sour taste comes and it's good! ～The bitterness is almost imperceptible, but it's a nice, understated accent 😋I can finish this stuff in no time ✨It's my number 1 sake to make this an annual tradition 🍶.

I was told about it by ma-ki before and didn't know it was such a popular sake, so I'm glad I was able to secure it 😊.
It has a mild fruity aroma.
I will start with the supernatant.
Fine gas, beautiful sweetness with expansive umami, mild acidity, beautiful lingering aroma, banana🍌.
When stirred, it becomes juicy sweet and umami! The fine gas is really elegant... The lingering umami flavor remains and disappears nicely.
It still feels like a balanced nigori of the royal road 😊.
On the second day, the hint of aroma has a hint of Japanese pear. The juicy sweet-amami flavor disappears without any change in taste, so it is easy to drink and is like a juice 😍.

Hirotogawa is a delicious sake that does not betray its taste!
It has a gaseous taste. The sweetness and acidity spread quickly in the mouth, and there is a lingering aftertaste. It has a good balance.
