The sweetness is stronger than the usual Hirotogawa, but the kind of sweetness is full of Hirotogawa's character.
The sweetness is combined with the umami flavor, making it creamy, shwashy, and dry without a sticky aftertaste.
It is a perfect bottle of sake. It is not enough to raise a white flag on both hands and feet.
When I started to like Hirotogawa, my quality of life improved when I was told here that Hirotogawa has a muddy taste.

I went to a nearby liquor store to see if they had any of the nigori nigori sake from Hirotogawa, which is one of the three most famous nigori sake in Japan.
I was so excited to buy it and couldn't wait to open the bottle 😁.
First of all, the top aroma smells like white peaches 🤔.
The aroma of white peach is also strong, and there is a little pear-like aroma.
It has a strong sense of gas, and the moment you take a sip, fine bubbles pop 🫧.
It has a strong umami and acidity.
There is also sweetness, but compared to the acidity and umami, it is a little subdued and only faintly perceptible.
The impact of the flavor comes in the middle stage, when the initial gaseous sensation subsides and the sweetness, umami, and acidity blend together.
The bitter taste that finishes the flavor comes out towards the end and finishes it off nicely, so you will never get tired of drinking it.
