Smooth on the palate, beautiful sweetness and umami😊👌Good balance tightened by lactic acidic acidity👍🌟It's an honors sake like T.KISO's club director 🥳. The fourth one, I went to Shiraito Falls, which was selected as a Fuji World Heritage Site component over the weekend 😀 Both Shiraito Falls and Otostome Falls seemed to be filled with negative ions😇✨I thought my mind was purified 🙏😊.

Sweet and mellow aroma I knew it was a hit even without drinking it. The sensation was not off the mark, with just the right amount of sweetness, richness, and cleanness, and an aroma that lingers in the nose after drinking.... I wonder why Fukushima sake never misses the mark. Why is that?

Good evening 😃 I was lucky enough to get 2 bottles of Hirotogawa nigori this year and did my best to keep them until today: ❗️ And today, I opened the bottle with great enthusiasm as the Japanese national team is going to participate in the World Cup ⚽️ ❗️ When I turned the bottle, it was like "Shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa shuwa"! I opened and closed the bottle repeatedly and opened it safely. The aroma is citrusy! Aroma: citrusy, with a hint of bitterness Taste: sweet, then sour and bitter. It's a bit bitter after a bit of storage, but it's still very good. The first half of the national team game was a bit of a struggle, but they won the game in the end. ❤️ Congratulations to the Japan team: ❗️

We managed to get there 🍺 and after a toast, we went straight to sake! We started with "Hirotogawa Tokujun" recommended by the owner. It goes perfectly with the "Karasumi" 😆. Raw Oysters & Homemade Karasumi

Sake from Fukushima Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Sake Nama Yogobottle This is the last Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori sake of the year. I will leave it until December. In the end, I drank one bottle and three bottles of Yongo. Hirotogawa has always had a good balance of sweetness, umami, acidity, and bitterness, and I think it is a sake that is liked by everyone, regardless of whether you are a dry or sweet drinker. In particular, the junmai nigori sake has a very special umami flavor. It is understandable that it is popular, but if it becomes too popular, it will be difficult to obtain. Degree of liking 10/10
