Last but not least...
Hirotogawa 🍶 and nigori 😍
I have some at home but I ordered it 💖.
It's still delicious ✨
Ahhhh Hirotogawa🎶Hirotogawa💕
It goes well with fried oysters 🦪😋.
Finish with Koriyama Black 🍜!
Good evening, Mr. Muro 🌛😋I really want to drink some Jyushiyo 🤤 but it seems to go well with the milky flavor of fried oysters ✨Ah, maybe I should open another bottle 🤤🤤🤤.
Muro, it really was in front of Koriyama station on the same day ☝️
I was thinking of drinking Hirotogawa Nigori at New Year's Eve too 😋.
Did you finish your meal at Masuya?
I finished with "Baka-negi" at Isshin-tei (^-^)v
Nao888, hi 😊.
Yes, ❣️ Hirotogawa nigori🍶 and
Oyster fritters go well with it 🥰.
But I'm patient 😅I'll be patient for next season's drinking comparison 😣👍.
A little lazy to make a December reminder.
One of the best drinks at the end of each year, stable adult Calpis, stable sweet and sour taste from the slightest schwa 😊.
Rice used: Yumenokou
Rice polishing ratio: 60% Sake degree: - Acidity: - Amino acidity: - Alcohol: 15
I stopped by the store during the New Year's holiday shopping and found this one. 720 size was sold out and only 1800 was available, but I brought it back with me because I thought it was a good chance for me 🤗.
When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was like melon, pear, and white peach.
The mouthfeel is light and smooth. It has a crisp stimulation of gas and acidity, and a soft and supple sweetness that spreads slightly. A slight astringency is added, and the taste has a green fruitiness like kiwi and melon.
The dry taste disappears quickly and easily. It is a taste that disappears in the blink of an eye ✨.
Serve with some taro made with Furusato's 🍠!
Overdrinking warning issued...!
The second nigori sake at the end of the year is Junmai Nigori Nama Sake from Hirotogawa.
The "opening ceremony," in which the gas is slowly released, was successfully completed.
After pouring it into a glass, the inside of the bottle was still shrieking, as you can see in the picture.
The wine has a strong gaseous taste, a light sweetness, and a clean aftertaste.
I've been enjoying it with "Vinegared octopus" from the Osechi Flying Festival, and I'm almost out of it.
Even though it has 15 degrees of alcohol, it's still a bad-ass drink.
The Hirotogawa nigori arrived today. I thought I might not be able to buy it again this season, but it came from Masudaya, which I had visited once.
Now we have MY nigori trilogy.
Sengoku, Kangiku, and this Hirotogawa.
In addition to this, unopened Urasato and Shichu are waiting in the fridge.
Hirotogawa Nigori-namaishu (muddy sake), well known for its delicious taste.
Polishing ratio 60%, alcohol content 15
The attack is soft, but the body is firm...
Hot tofu with chicken on the bone, kazunoko wasabi pickles, and boiled snow crab...
This is not good. ‼️
The nigori sake with a slight sparkle is surprisingly voluptuous...
Not too light, not too heavy...
And surprisingly light.
I emptied a four-pack in one night...
I met another sake.
Hirotogawa Junmai Daiginjo
Rating 4.4-4.5
Rice used: "Yumeko" from Ten-ei-mura, Fukushima Prefecture, 40% polished, 16% alcohol by volume.
Junmai Daiginjo for a limited time only! This is a limited time Junmai Daiginjo! The rice is well blended and the aroma, sweetness, and umami are in perfect harmony.
The sweetness is mild. Slightly brown sugar taste.
