On this day, September 14, 🐯 had a thing for the first time in 18 years, so I opened a slightly better one. Purchased at the Hankyu Sake Brewer's Festival. It was the first brewery in Japan to produce a draft sake. The first brewery to produce sparkling sake in Japan. The originator of hiyaoroshi. The oldest existing brewery. I was a little nervous at the tasting because of all the great things about this brewery. The overall price was high, so I hesitated between a sparkling wine and Yamamotozakura. It made a good impression on me at the tasting. It has a complex aroma of lychee, nuts, and lemon. There are still many other aromas and it's really complex. Fruity, clean and refreshing. The aftertaste is quite dry. The alcohol is also strong. The nuttiness lingers in the aftertaste for a long time. It is a one-of-a-kind sake that I can't think of any other sake that tastes like it. It tastes better after 4-5 days than freshly opened. The aroma is also becoming more apple-like. It also has a chocolate-like nuance. Well, my vocabulary can't accurately describe the taste of this sake 💦.

I used to drink Honored Kunimitsu Plum Wine, but this is my first time. It has a clear mouthfeel, but the flavor of lactic acid bacteria comes through. Tonight, I'm posting my second bottle, this one I've been letting go for about 2 years to contrast with the first (Miyazumi Junmai Nigori Nama) 🍶. Actually, I bought it at the same time as the previous Junmai, but when I drank the Junmai, I took it for granted that this was a sake that should be aged for a long time 😪💤 and it has been in the bottle for a long time until now 😌. The aroma is grain-like, or Western liquor-like, or mature aroma, and the smell alone is enough to make you feel drunk. 😵💫 I think it's better to drink it at room temperature or warmed than chilled because the initial smell will disappear. Maybe I'll give it a try after tomorrow. It's good to enjoy long-aged sake sometimes. ☺️

I have a new impression of Ehime sake 😁. I had never had much Ehime sake before, but I had an image of it being somewhat mellow and dry. This sake is completely different, it is light and slightly acidic, and together with the bitterness in the aftertaste, it is somehow like grapefruit 😊. It also has a bit of a fizzy feel and is very easy to drink as there is no unpleasant spiciness that lingers in the throat 😋. If it were a little more sour, I think I would find it too sour for me, but this level of sourness is just right 😄. I'm only one bottle away from the nationwide domination of the four-gouple bottles or more limited edition. The last one is in Osaka, when can I achieve it? 😅

Sangu is the first time in about 2 years of sales. It has a solid body with the power of Aizan, but it feels lighter than the last time I drank it. It also seems a little sweeter... Is it my imagination? I have no complaints, and I still like the same type, but I wonder if my taste buds have changed? When I evaluate it calmly, I can taste the flavor and the sharpness is good. I went to Tsu city in Mie prefecture on a business trip. I didn't know that Tsu City is famous for eels 😅I had no idea that Tsu City is famous for eels, so I decided to try some sake from Mie Prefecture. I had Saku, Takihama, and Gizaemon, but I don't have any photos, so I'll just post this one. This one has a sake degree of -40 degrees. Sweet 😆 but for some reason it was easy to drink and delicious. ☺️

(*) 🍶🍶🍶🍶 It was hot today, so I had a bottle of Dobrock. It's my first time to drink in Tokyo😙It was separated so I mixed it up and opened the bottle. It was very carbonated and I spilled a lot of water 😛 It was so fizzy it was like pouring cider into a glass. It's not too sweet and the grains of rice are delicious. It's also good on a hot day as it's chilled 😀.

A souvenir from a business trip to Niigata. My colleague introduced me to Miyakoya and I bought it. It was a very tasty sake with the beautiful lightness and umami of Niigata. The bonito was also very nice and fatty, so it made for a good dinner.
