🧡 It's been a while since I've been to this standing bar, partly because it's been remodeled for a while. I went in with a "let's drink" attitude. First of all, Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Hitogokochi, which just came out, yes, it's really good and easy to drink 😊It's really good when the bottle is just opened (from my reflection the other day). I haven't been able to go to Ueda recently, but I wonder if I can get a bottle if I go there? Next up is the new Iraka Ikaimoto, which I was able to meet the toji when I visited here in June, and he told me that he was going to make the next one. It is very mellow and has no noticeable acidity, which is typical of nama-moto. I say "for a nama-moto sake" because I drink it with information, but if I drank it without knowing it, I wouldn't understand. It is delicious. It's expensive, but 💦 it's good.

Rice malt Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Rice variety: 100% Yamae-Nishiki Rice polishing ratio: 50 Alcohol content: 15% alcohol by volume This week we will be in Nagano from Monday. It's hot. I was wandering around a liquor store and found this one. It was expensive, but I wanted to drink it! So I bought it. I drank it last year, too, at the same hotel 😊. First, just the supernatant. It's not too sweet and it's so refreshing that I could drink it all by itself. But that would be a waste, so I stirred it and drank it. It became thicker, but I didn't feel it lingering in my mouth at all, and I enjoyed it chibi-chibi with a sweetness closer to sourness. It was delicious. It's summer vacation, right? The number of office workers is decreasing. On the Shinkansen in the morning, a lady sitting next to me was immediately enjoying a glass of shuushu🍺. I love it.

Otherwise, it doesn't decrease in volume... I opened a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Yamae Nishiki, which has been sitting on the shelf for a long time. As expected, the clear mouthfeel is gone, but the sweet and easy-to-drink taste is still the same. Delicious 😋. I was so exhausted from exercising in the morning and walking all afternoon that I fell asleep in no time😅.

Rice Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic) Rice used: 100% Kinmon-Nishiki produced in Kijimadaira, Nagano Prefecture Alcohol content: 16% alcohol by volume I was going to go to Nagano next week from Tuesday, but at 17:00 on Friday, I suddenly decided to go on Monday, and I had to work super late to prepare for the trip 😭 I was exhausted, so I had this Masamune. The sourness and bitterness are more pronounced when drunk chilled. The aroma when you open the bottle is very sweet. It was a delicious sake with a summery taste. And the next day, I had to go to the gym from 8:00 a.m., so I took plenty of water and went to bed. The tension of not being able to fall asleep, I wish I had that every time 😆.

🍉 I thought this Nagano business trip would be good for two days and one night, but I got a homework assignment that I can only do in Nagano, and I'm going back next week💦. Nagano is hot! The humidity clings to my body😔. There is a beer garden on the rooftop of MIDORI, but although I say I want to drink beer, I end up coming to my usual restaurant. The people at the restaurant don't even tell me it's been a while 😔. I had 4 glasses of sake, all of which were very cold and dry. They were all dry and went well with the sashimi and liver skewers. I drink sake here in a single glass, so drinking it in an inoguchi or a half glass is not enough for me 😔. There is 🍉 on the cafeteria menu. It seems to be quite popular among students. Speaking of watermelon, how many people know how to eat Shimura-ken... when I say 😅?

On a very hot day, this sake, which has no sweetness and is refreshing, is perfect. I was able to drink it in large gulps. Japanese sake Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice Koji (domestic) Alcohol content: 16%. The Furuya Sake Brewery, which was scheduled to participate in the hanpukai, suffered a fire at the end of last year. This sake was brewed by Osawa Sake Brewery, also in Saku City, using sake rice that had not arrived at the time of the fire. The collaboration between the Wawa brewery and the Osawa brewery is "Osawa Wawa". It has a gorgeous aroma, and when you put it in your mouth, you think it is sweet at first, but then the sourness comes and finally the umami comes. After finishing the sake, the inside of the mouth was clean and refreshing, which made me think that this sake was made by a sake brewery that specializes in dry sake. I pray for the sake brewery's revival. I am waiting to drink Wawa again.

😢 'Maternal illness' was the buzzword of the day 🤣. My boss when I started at my current company decided to change jobs, so I had a farewell party for crying out loud. I was able to get a reservation at a restaurant I wanted to go 😆 I chose all the sake. I'd like to mention Kamerei, which I had never had before, as a representative of the group. I drank them in the order shown in this picture, so it was nice and refreshing in my mouth. All the other sakes were delicious and everyone said they were good too, which was kind of a gut punch 💪. It was a very, very good place to drink 100 kinds of sake from 47 prefectures (Okinawa is out of stock). It was a farewell party, but I didn't even take a picture 💦. I only took pictures of the drinks 💦. It was a party as usual, eating, drinking and making noise. I'm sure that's fine. Like the lady who quit last fall, everyone in this industry ends up in the north. If I were to go, I'd try Kumamoto, but... I didn't drink too much, but I was so sleepy that I passed out as soon as I got on the train and sat down. When I realized I was nearest to you💦I looked at my phone to see if there was a coworker going home in the same direction... I looked at my phone and saw that my colleague was going home in the same direction... "Sorry, you were sleeping so comfortably that I got off the train quietly..." (...-_-...)

😊 Manachy, long time no see 🤣. I'm an ataoca so I forgot when we met last time🤣. Going to Tokyo on a business trip, let's meet up with people who can drink! I was told to get together with Rigel, Nochi, MAJ, Yucachin, Asanami and myself. I happened to be in Tokyo on a business trip and had a drink in Akihabara, where all the personalities hang out. The first one I could clearly say I liked was Sake Mirai! It's sweet and delicious 😋I've never been able to buy it in a bottle yet 💕. There was a sake with my name on it. I was allowed to have a little lick of the one that Nochi-san ordered. It was delicious 🎶. The label was cute, chuai. I drank many more, so I'm waiting for others to post theirs. 🐢 I wonder if the people at this store really don't remember me. I came here last week too. Out of the 4 drinks I had (4 gou), the only one on the menu was pre-dawn. I'm drifting toward more expensive drinks nowadays. And I drank two glasses of Kurosawa. It's refreshing and easy to drink, I recommend it! I stared at the cellar for one last drink and chose Kame no Umi. It was dry and perfect to cleanse my mouth. 😊 We had yakiniku after this, but I don't have a single picture of it w Someone didn't eat a single slice of yakiniku. w These sake, all of them are open! Adult excursion, Ibaraki version. Unfortunately, I could not join the Fukuoka Kumamoto tour, but I joined the tour presented by Manachie-san (and Rigel-kun, who did not join at the last minute😢). We met up at Hitachi station to drink beer with MAJ and travel from Tokyo, and then met up with Nochi-san, Kayu-chan, and Ai-chan at the campsite in Oku-Hitachi. Before that, we had to go to the slide for some adults to have fun 😆. It was so hot that we easily changed the party to an indoor one. 11 bottles of Yongou (4 gongs) for 6 people. How could we drink them? The only bottle I was able to finish was the Gin Kame that I brought 🤣Rigel brought a half bottle of Jigon Aiyama, and I also brought another bottle of Shinshu Kamerei Junmai Ginjo, which was almost all that was left 💫. The older team easily sank, and the next day was a super healthy drinking party starting at 4:30am 😂. 🐠 I have been in Nagano since Monday. Monday was a visit to a company that my former employer had in the Nagano plant that my former employer let go of. Even though my previous job was profitable, I don't need hardware for one thing. I think they need to make things. The executive director and the sales manager of the company I was visiting were former employees of the same company, and we got into a lively conversation about memories. The Masumi pearl cup I received as a souvenir. It's nice because I can drink it easily when I feel like having something to drink. The second picture is a grilled fish served at the reception. It is gorgeous. For some reason, we went to Hida restaurant even though we were in Nagano. It was because many people were from Gifu. I was drinking Gifu's sake, "Onikoroshi," and one of the visiting engineers asked me, "What is your favorite sake in Nagano? I was drinking "Onikoroshi" sake from Gifu, and the engineer I was visiting asked me, "What is your favorite sake from Nagano? I wondered if he knew what Shinshu Kamerei was, and he replied, "Do you know what Shinshu Kamerei is? My wife is a classmate of the toji (Mari-san), and she often buys and drinks it. No way.
