Nice lactobacillus-like aroma, mouthfeel is shwashy and fresh✨.
Milky, juicy, sweet and refreshingly sour 😋.
😆
I'm super happy I managed to get this just before the liquor store ran out of it! 🎉🙌
Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake
Finally, this season has come again!
When I first encountered it five years ago
I met it 5 years ago, it fell down in a delivery service and was half gone.
This time I found it on SNS and two days later
I couldn't buy it when I went there 2 days after I found it on SNS.
everyone is trying to get it😅.
Pitchy and tasty as always 😋.
My nigori starts with Hirotogawa and ends with Miko-chan.
It's been a year of nigori for me, starting with Hirotogawa and ending with Miko-chan!
But the number of sake breweries that serve nigori has increased and I want to drink more sake.
I'm happy to hear that there are more and more sake breweries that are offering nigori.
Junmai nigori is the first time to drink it 🍶.
The bottle was opened carefully, stirred automatically, and tasted as good as rumored. I could feel the alcohol content and it had a ginjo feel to it. Very tasty 😋.

First time drinking Hirotogawa nigori
When I opened the bottle, there was a rush of gas!
It overflowed lol!
It's gassy and sweet, but also has a slight bitterness, as is typical of new sake!
As is typical of Hirotogawa, it is crisp and easy to drink!
Of the two purchases, this is the one I made today.
I decided to buy this one after seeing Kenken's post earlier.
I don't often drink nigori sake.
My wife, who took a sip with me, said it was easy to drink and gulped it down.
I don't know if it is in season this time of year, but we will have it with yellowtail shabu-shabu.
Is it not a food sake?
But it's still delicious.
I guess it's because I lived in Fukushima prefecture for a long time 😅.
Personal preference.

This is a luxurious sake, but we compared it with Jikin no Nigori. If you drink only the supernatant, it is very bitter. When it is mixed with orikiri, the sweetness spreads and it becomes delicious. On the other hand, Jikin no Nigori is different in that it has sweetness, bitterness, and sourness. Both are delicious.
The bottle was opened without blowing at all.
The aroma of nigori, or rice. Or rather, the aroma of rice.
The sourness comes first, then the dryness, and then the swallow. Then, the umami of rice spreads in the aftertaste.
It is not sweet by any means, but it is delicious enough to make you look forward to it.
I read the warning and opened the bottle carefully... but it overflowed 🤣.
Slightly carbonated
Sourness and sweetness like yogurt!
This is easy to drink and delicious 😋.
Light peach and melon-like aroma🍈🍑.
Fresh and fresh on the palate.
The beautiful sweetness of the sugar spreads elegantly ☺️✨
The light acidity
leaving a lingering taste of umami and sweetness.
It landed beautifully 🙌✨.
Too awesome...❤️💐
A sticky balloon aroma that escapes into the nose
There is a sense of schwarziness.
Sweet, but the bitterness comes out soon and the impression of sweetness is not so much.
