Juicy and sweet on the palate. There is a strong alcohol feeling afterwards, and in the aftertaste, the juiciness comes again and remains in the mouth with a moderate sweetness. It gives the impression of a peach, a specialty of Fukushima. A little hard peach before it is fully ripe. I used to not like sweet sake, but this is one of the first sake that I have come to enjoy.

I've been dying to try this one 🍶I've had a lot of Hirotogawa so it's a given that it's delicious 🤤I guess it was well chilled so it opens mildly ☺️ The sweetness is creamy and smooth on the tongue, and the juicy flavor increases with the sweetness and tenderness 🥰😋😋😋😋😋I found this is a sake that I want to have every year. ✨️

This is a very popular ✨ I wasn't going to enter the battle, but when I checked the store, it was just there and I got it💕. I slowly opened and closed the bottle 3 times to open it 😊. I don't need to tell you how it tastes. It's delicious with a strong schwash. It evaporated quickly because of the strong schwash 😁. My taste buds tend to settle on the fact that all active nigori are delicious, but this one was carbonated and well-balanced, and it was as good as it should be! Last year's was sweeter than this year's 😊.

[Memorandum] Introducing "Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu", a seasonal product from Hirotogawa, a famous sake brewed by the prestigious Matsuzaki Shuzo in Fukushima, Japan. It is made from 50% polished rice of Yume-no-Ko (fragrance of dreams) grown in the prefecture. This Junmai Ginjyo Nama-shu is brewed with a yeast developed in the prefecture, and is made with all Fukushima Prefecture ingredients that are unique to Hirotogawa. It has a pleasantly sweet aroma of apples and cranberries, with a hint of alcohol that is typical of nama-shu. The palate is filled with dense sweetness and mellow umami, accented by a well-balanced acidity derived from lactic acidity and a tangy bitterness that gradually seeps out from the sweetness. After opening the bottle, enjoy it at a leisurely pace and let it air out to enjoy its mellowness. Key or quote

It is said to be one of the three best nigori. The mouthfeel is quite gentle. It goes in easily. This is its greatest feature. Compared to Shuwaki Maseri. Shuwaki Maselli has a matured rice flavor from the beginning, while Hirotogawa comes on later. So it goes down well. Both have a bitter aftertaste. Both are delicious.

Today's drink of the day is opened here 💁. It is Hirotogawa Junmai Nigori Nama Sake from Fukushima Prefecture. The top aroma is gorgeous and sweet like honey, but it is not that assertive. Once you drink it, the sweet and sour taste that fills your mouth, the umami, and the bitterness are all tightly controlled, and it has a good sharpness. It is a very well-balanced and delicious sake, and I would like to purchase it again this year.
