I bought this sake at a paid tasting at a liquor store in Kyoto, Japan, and liked it so much I bought it.
The aroma is faintly banana. It has a delicious flavor, but it is not harsh and refreshing, and I never get tired of drinking it.
It is a very cost-effective sake, and I would like to keep it on hand as an evening drink. I only drank it cold, but I would like to try it warmed.
Good morning, Noritama 😃.
Hirotogawa's special pure sake! It's delicious 😋!
It's a relief to have this in the fridge, and we had a blast appreciating it even more with the heated sake 🤗.
This is also your first time here 😊.
The aroma is subdued, but the taste is voluptuous and dry with a gentle sweetness of rice!
It's a very satisfying sake 😄.
Hard to open lol
I saw a booth of Ten-ei-mura in Yushima Tenjin and bought it.
I bought it!
I would like to mention that the man who explained to us about Matsuzaki Sake Brewery and Suzunoi Sake Brewery was a teleco.
But that's okay.
This sake is also very different from Hirotogawa!
It may seem rude to say that it is like a cup of sake, but...
Sake has a role to play.
I think this is one of them 🍶.
Mellow, berry-like aroma. The palate is fresh but reserved.
Clear, with a soft umami flavor. Strawberry? Lychee? The sweetness, which includes a fruity sensation like strawberries or lychee, is modest on the palate, but becomes more assertive as the day goes by after the bottle is opened.
