Tonight, I'm not tired of drinking out, so here's a bottle to accompany my nightly drinks 💁. Iraka Gin Beni Unfiltered Unrefined Nama Sake 2024BY✨. This is the third sake from Iraka 🍶. The sound of the gas being released when the bottle is opened is wonderful💓. The aroma is of cupped apple nectar and pear, typical of Shinshu sake. The taste is also juicy with a firm acidity ☺️ and then the rice is sweet and tasty with a sharp taste that I really like 😋🐴😋😋 I had a happy moment with a series of refills right away. One more day to go this week. Let's keep up the good work 💪.

🟥 ごきげんよう。 昨日からいつもの長野です。前回ほど大雪でなくてホッとしました。傘忘れちゃったので… 18時過ぎまで作業のあと、先輩はもう私と飲むのに飽きたのか「今日はいいや」と言われたので、それはそれで好都合といつもの立ち飲み屋に1人飲み行って来ました。あけましておめでとう〜。突然顔は覚えてもらっております🌟 例の事件でお客さんがぐっと減ってまだ元に戻ってないそうです。無差別やったからね😢 紅が出てるのはさけのわで知っていたので、ここにはあるやろうと、ありました✌️さっそく注文しました😁語彙力がないのが悔しい所ですが、とにかく旨い！です。なんか安心してホッとする味で。 最後の一杯もこちらに。 写真を見て気づいたのですが、大将、最初の一杯（一枚目）は60ml量るの忘れてドバドバ入れてくれてました。その分取られてるかな？😅まあ、いいや。 ちなみに、紅は公式では第三弾とありますが、白を知っている私には第四弾ですよ😁 泊まったホテルはシングルで予約したのになぜかツイン。2泊なので1日ずつベットを使いたいと思います🎶

Preference ★★★★☆ This is my first time to visit Iraka (Iraka)! They were just born last year in 2024. This is the second indigo following the birth sake black. From the aroma, it is different from any sake I have ever had. Clear and delicious water. Fresh and very tasty. After drinking it, the woody aroma that passed through my nose was a first time sensation that was quite addictive. I would like to pursue this.

Iraka sake brewery was established in 1665. This is the second edition of the first time drinker Iraka. Silver and indigo. A little dry but clear sensation. It is delicious. Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used: Contract-grown rice from Matsukawa-mura, Kitaazumi-gun, Nagano Prefecture (specially grown rice) Alcohol content: 15 degrees Celsius

I've had Gin/Kuro, Gin/Ai, and now Gin/Beni 🎵 This brewery is one of the most cohesive and stable series of beautiful sake and I'm looking forward to seeing more 🙌 Tomorrow in Ueda, they will announce the results of the voting. I wonder if this brewery will appear in the #Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai 2024 and 2025 😃. #Sakagura #Sasase Sake Brewery

It's refreshing, like soda water.　The sweetness is not so strong, so I thought it would go better with cheese, potato chips, and other salty foods rather than chocolate.

When you put it in your mouth, you will feel a slight carbonation. The sweetness is subdued yet clear, with a hint of umami. The transparency of the sake left a lasting impression. ☀️ Iraka, I finally got around to drinking it😄. It is thin sweet. Slightly carbonated and a bit crackly 🫧. It finishes with a hint of sweet ginjo aroma while the umami shows up in the mouth 😊. It was a unique tasting sake 🍶. I have high expectations for the future: ❗️
