Lightly cemedine-like aroma. Light, light, refreshing entry, elegant sweetness. Lightly carbonated. Sourness that quickly disappears. Overall, it is an elegant, moist and nice sake.
The second souvenir from Niigata.
I have had Kafuda-shu several times, but this is my first time.
The aroma and sweetness are subdued and not showy, giving a calm impression.
It is very light and watery on the palate.
The bitterness in the latter half of the taste is very strong and dry.
It is a clear sake that will not interfere with food as a food sake.
Fresh and slightly melon-like aroma
Light acidity with a gaseous sensation that spreads to the palate.
The sweetness is subdued, but not too light and well-balanced.
The second half of the wine is fresh and fades away quickly and lightly.
I bought some sake to drink at my parents' house at the Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station as a gift (well, I drink it, too). I thought I had never tried Aizan, which is a sake with a package tag, so I decided to try it. I decided to try it with grilled prawns.
Aizan is made from 80% Aizan (special grade) produced in Hyogo Prefecture. Polishing ratio 50%, alcohol content 13%.
As always, the sake is delicious.
Good morning, NASUMAN404!
It's nice to have a drink with your family at Kafuda's ✨.
I also had the Aizan from Nippatsu-san the other day, and it is a stable deliciousness 😋.
I wanted to drink and picked up the packing slip.
It is as fresh and light as it can be,
It is moderately sweet and fresh at first, but in the second half, it disappears easily with a short aftertaste.
It is also delicious.
The freshness of the freshly squeezed juice and gas are nice.
It seems as if it will run out soon,
It also goes well with tsumami.
You can't go wrong with this brand.
