It's almost time for all-you-can-drink time to expire.
Last but not least, these two.
The packaged sake was on Instagram.
It was a good sake with no hassles 🍶.
a lot of knowledge
Rice : Bizen Omachi(80%)
Rice polishing ratio : 50
Alcohol content : 15% (Unpasteurized)
Gohyakumangoku - Fresh and light
Aroma is faint 🍏 apple
Extremely 🫧 slightly carbonated
Slightly sweet with a hint of sourness 😆✨
Light and easy to drink 🤭.
Delicious 😆💕
All of the packaged sake has a lot of character and low alcohol content, so you'll finish it before you know it 😱.
Still many more sake rice lines to come 💖 Great Expectations 😊.
The acidity is stronger than I expected.
This is so much more refreshing.
Delicious ✨👍
Could use a little more bitterness though.
I like the lightness of it 😆.
I think I may have opened 750 by myself for the first time...
It was easy to drink and delicious.
It's a little hot and humid today,
I drank it straight and then slowly melted ice cubes 🧊 and drank it.
I also recommend drinking sake on the rocks 🍶.
If you don't like the taste, I recommend leaving it as it is!
I was recently impressed with Hachitan-Nishiki sake, so I bought some Hachitan-Nishiki at Kafuda Sake as well.
It is clear, clean, sharp and delicious! I'm sure you'll enjoy it!
Following the Jungin in the white pack and the Daiginjo in the silver pack, the third bottle in the peach-colored pack is a nigori sake.
Although the attack is sweet, the umami and spiciness of the rice follow, and the sake does not have a sticky feel.
Being a paper pack, I couldn't tell how much nigori was present. The color was clear at first, but towards the end it was almost a lees-tinted white, and my kids said I was cheating by drinking calpis.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Bought it at Yamaya.
I now buy and enjoy a sake fridge, but considering that I store it in my fridge at home, the paper packs are very practical ◎ Personally, I recommend the white Jungin in this series.
Junmai Daiginjo made from "Tokusoku Yamadanishiki" produced in Hyogo Prefecture. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a soft mouthfeel. It has a harmonious taste with an enticing rich sweetness.
Tsukishiro is made from 40% polished Yamadanishiki and has a light but deep flavor. The gentle ginjo aroma and the flavor of Yamadanishiki spread elegantly. It is a gem with a tight and sharp taste without any cloying flavor. This sake needs to be kept refrigerated at -6°C.
Packed sake to go with the hairy crab this evening. Sake Mirai is not so sweet and just right with the sweetness of the hairy crab.
I wonder if the film of the sake is supposed to be peeled off...
