This is the last sake of the year.
Slightly gassy on the palate.
It is very fruity and sweet, with little bitterness, but the aftertaste is clean and smooth. It was as impressive as the first time I drank Hwang Suisen. This is delicious.
😃This is a check-in from the first time I received a packaged sake last year today 🤲 and I like it very much, but fortunately this brand is also often seen in the neighborhood so I haven't been able to open a bottle since 😅.
🤗I had heard that the label was very tasty and distinctive and I was able to bring it back from a liquor store I stopped by when I drove 🚗 to Okayama 😊 It has a low alcohol content and is fruity, fresh, chili and sharp that women and 🔰 would surely like😍 Hmmm... Be careful not to drink too much 😅.

Difficulty: low😍.
I soaked it in hot water and peeled it off with a scraper and it came off clean👍

Hello, Cat!
My first Shippuda-san was also here 🎵.
It's a memorable sake that made me a fan at once😍.
It's an easy to drink, delicious and badass sake 😁✨✨.
Good evening ma-ki-, good evening 👋😃I see we had the same first shipment tag 🤗 yes, it's bad 🤭I'd like to compare drinks as I haven't yet except for the yellow narcissus 😍.

Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol content 13%.
Watafune-ni-Go is also known as "Short-stalked Watafune" and is the father of Yamadanishiki.
There is no chirichiri even when it is freshly pressed.
There is no sense of the image of a packaged sake, or of Watanosen!
Just a rather clean flavor!
There is a slight bitterness.

The second one at Sushi Matsuura🍶.
Akaban Omachi from Kafuda Sake. The back label says "Sake brewery's coveted Akaban Omachi", but I've seen it from many different breweries... 😆.
It has a low alcohol content of 13%, but it has a robust flavor and is very drinkable.

Rating 4.5
Rice: 100% Yamadanishiki from Yoshikawa, Hyogo Prefecture, Special A district; Polishing ratio: 50%; Alcohol content: 13% (original sake)
Yamada-Nishiki is the highest grade of rice suitable for sake brewing. Yamada-Nishiki produced in Yoshikawa is considered to be of the highest quality, and many of them are brewed as entries in brewing technique competitions. It has a unique, clean, intense, and elegant Muscat-like aroma, a fine gasiness, and a smooth mouthfeel that is pleasant even after swallowing, and a moderate sweetness that spreads a good flavor.
