The second drinking comparison. Two versions, one from November and the other from December, brewed with the same rice. Both have a pleasant, clean sweetness, though the aroma is not as pronounced. The November version is fresher and more to my liking, while the December version has a slightly bitter taste that I think will appeal to those who like it.

❤️ Check in at ㊗️1000! I drank my well-known Soukuu because I did another Kiri number yesterday 🥰. The one I was thinking about for the 1000 check-in is Aizan from Genmai here. I really wanted to drink it, but I didn't know how to get it. At that time, takeshon-san informed me of its availability and I was able to exchange it for our stock sake (a so-so good one). Wow, the longed-for Genshu Mai Aizan: ❤️ Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic) Rice used: 100% Aiyama Rice polishing ratio: 55 Alcohol content: 16 🎶Jungin 🎶genbu 🎶Aiyama❤️ 🎶gabu gabu 😆 🎶non 🎶non 🎶non 🎶non 🎶aaiyama❤️ Delicious. Delicious. I'm going to say it twice because it's important: ☺️ Sweet and refreshing, with a little Aiyama-like bitterness coming at the end. The slight carbonation is still there. You will never get tired of the taste no matter how many sips you take. I am so happy. It's a bottle, so there's still some left. ❤️ Thank you takeshon 😊Hooray for sakegawa! I was really happy to get this bottle because I'd heard that it's very popular and rare to get. Anyway, it's tasty and aromatic when I tried this. In addition to that, I could taste slight sharp and dry. Some liquor shops recommend room temperature and Nurukan in addition to Hiya to enjoy this bottle. That's convincing..

Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki weave together a harmony of aroma and taste. An emotional moment spent with this elegant and fruity Junmai Daiginjo. The bottle has been aged in ice temperature for about six months since purchase! The appearance is a silvery crystal with a slight warmth. The aroma is calm and gorgeous. Fruity ginjo aroma of yellow apples, pears, white peaches, and melons aroma nobly. Elegant rice aroma like Kamishin powder and a faint powdery minerality. On the first day, there was a really faint, raw ripe muffled nuance in the back, but I didn't feel it after that. The first touch is smooth and transparent with a sense of roundness. It flows smoothly into the mouth, developing a gorgeous sweetness with a fruity feel and fine acidity. The fruity aroma is further enhanced in the nose, which is gorgeous. From the mid-palate, a clear and beautiful flow of umami can be felt, and it passes refreshingly to the back of the throat, leaving a clean finish. The crisp, clear aroma and slight bitterness lingers pleasantly in the aftertaste. The rich fruity first half is Yamadanishiki, the balance with the acidity and clear nuance is Miyamanishiki, and the two blend together to create the image of a beautifully fruity harmony. It was delicious. ☺️

Personally, I think I like Kawanakajima better than Genmai which is full of sweetness and umami, I personally prefer Kawanakajima which has a refreshing taste than Genmai which is full of sweetness and flavor.

The subtle sweetness spreads slowly in a well-balanced way, and it finishes crisp and clear. I can only say it is delicious. ☺️ Yesterday we had lunch in Nanao and went to Himi Iwaoido Onsen ♨️ for a day trip. I held out for just one bottle via the liquor store and went home😅.
