At first I was going to give it a higher score, but after a few more drinks I lost a little interest. I don't like this ginjo aroma, but it tastes good. It lingers a bit and isn't bad. Not my favorite, but a nice sake.
I've been drinking a lot, so I thought I'd go home, but I can't go to the neighborhood membership or invitation-only? I thought I'd go home, but I called a sake bar in my neighborhood that I rarely go to. I went to Eifukucho Yamazakiya and bought it a little while ago.
The aroma is weak when the bottle is opened.
When you put it in your mouth, it has a weak fruit aroma, a strong sweetness, and a strong bitterness.
It has a lot of umami, or perhaps the bitterness is part of the umami?
If you are thinking of the gorgeous Kinmon-Nishiki Special Junmai sake with a bright green color on a white background that I drank before, it is totally different.
It has a heavy mouthfeel. Heavy. But it has a nice sharpness, so I kept coming back for more.
The bright green one was a special junmai with a milling ratio of 59%.
I wonder if 4% rice polishing makes that much difference.
The bitterness is even more pronounced when used as a mid-meal drink.
It is for people who are used to sake.

I'm glad I didn't come across this brand before 🙂.
When I drank it...
The gentle umami and clear acidity are pleasant, the elegant aroma spreads softly, and the mouthfeel is clean😌💫.
However, the aroma is a little subdued and may be a little lacking for those who are looking for a little more flamboyance 🤔.
The aftertaste is also a bit light, it would have been perfect if it had a little more lingering aftertaste...
But that said, the balance as a food sake is excellent!
Pair it with wild vegetable tempura and the flavors will be enhanced 👏.
On the topic of mountain climbing...
Last September, I climbed all of Japan's 100 most famous mountains!
And all of them were one-day challenges. So the last one, "Mt. Shizumidake (水晶岳) x Washu (ワ羽岳)," was a training-like climb with more than 21 hours of walking 💦.
We had planned to descend the mountain with a sense of accomplishment after climbing the 100 peaks, but...
But on the last part of the descent, we had an unexpected encounter with a bear 🐻.
We descended before we had time to enjoy the joy of the climb, but we were very glad to have made it back safely!

It was my first Kawanakajima Genbu and the label was cool, so I decided to match it with the autumn leaves 🍁I climbed a mountain in Hokkaido this year with the presence of a brown bear, but it was scary 💦🐻.

YMDAZ, I guess if you are a woman and a trekker, you are fully capable of achieving the 100 day trip mountains, but I have never heard of anyone actually doing it either. Right now I'm aiming for the 100 highest mountains with 100 flowers. I've had real luck with the Phantom Dance!
I finally found the Kawanakajima Genmai I have been wanting to drink for a long time 🙌!
The taste is beautiful and gentle, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity. It was a great balance of sweetness and acidity with a nice sharpness.

The only sake they had was Honjozo before the new sake season 💦 even Okazaki Sake Brewery was empty 😭.

It is light and dry on its own, but when paired with fish, natto (fermented soybeans), or other foods with a strong flavor, it has a floral aroma that cuts through the fat and is very tasty as a mealtime sake.
This is a check-in from last year when I got it on my trip from Gifu to Nagano 😃 It was elegant and very delicate, I enjoyed the ginjo aroma and umami a lot... I can understand why it is so delicious and popular as it was gone in no time at all😋 I will make love to you
