It's my first time to drink it.
The aroma is slightly fruity.
It has a sweetness like Hana-yoso.

This sake is made by balancing two Junmai Daiginjos, one made from Miyamanishiki with a milling ratio of 49% and the other made from Yamadanishiki with a milling ratio of 35%, and finishing with a balance of 50% each for a sharp taste. It is characterized by its elegant aroma and soft mouthfeel. Pleasant acidity and sharpness after drinking. It has a very beautiful sake with a gorgeous aroma and a high but refreshing acidity that makes for a pleasant cup. It has a pleasant aroma and high, yet refreshing acidity. It has a freshness with a rounded full-bodied flavor.
Miyamanishiki was released last week, and now the next Yumachi is on sale.
However, the number of bottles does not seem to be significant, and not all distributors have it.
