The aroma is like sweet sherry (is it ok to compare liquor with alcohol ❔😉) and there is a lot of alcohol 🎶😉.
When you put it in your mouth, the hint of aroma spreads in your mouth and goes to your nose, and as the name "aroma sake" suggests, it feels luxurious. For a moment, it was like drinking a Western sake 😋😉😉.

Kawanakajima Genbuひとごこち 特別純米

From the image, some may think it is Kinmon-nishiki.
There is no indication of Hitogokochi on the front label.
It is a bit muddy and has a lighter taste compared to Shinkame.
Hitogokochi has not been released for several years, and this is the first time I have tasted it.
I think it tastes a little light, so there is more sweetness in it than in Nobukame.
Still, it scores well over 90 points, and is probably within the range of taste.

Finally 1000 check-ins.
I've been drinking out a lot, so the quantity is less than the others and all I'm getting is more variety.
I'm not particularly conscious of which brand I'm going to choose, but I decided to at least try the one I drank at home, so Gensho Mai it is.
This is a ginjo, 49% Kinmon-Nishiki polished rice.
It was beautiful and smooth.
It was light because it was aluzo-sweetened, but it also had a lot of flavor.
I think it is probably best at room temperature.
It is left over for New Year's, so I will let it settle down a bit and savor it slowly.

When the weather gets cold, I want to drink ginjo-shu and daiginjo-shu, but this is my first time drinking Kawanakajima Genmai's ginjo-shu!
Kawanakajima Genmai gives the impression of being fruity and hard-drinking, but this was a bottle that I could enjoy for its clean and crisp taste.
It can be enjoyed warmed up, which is perfect for winter!

Next, we will have sake, a gift from his mother to Nagano. This is a hwarin from the Kawanakajima Genmai sake brewery. It is your first time. The aroma has the spottiness of nigori sake.
On the palate, it is sweet and sour and umami! It has a juicy sweet and sour taste like a peach, but also has a delicious carbonation. It is delicious enough to drink by itself as a dessert sake. I'm soaking up the afterglow as I rewatch the BayStars parade live on TV. It's a great weekend 😊✨

This one was totally preferable to the Aizan I drank the other day 😊.
It is a 50/50 blend of a 49% polished Miyamanishiki Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori and a 35% polished Yamadanishiki Junmai Daiginjo, stored and aged for six months.
