Kawanakajima Genmai Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki Unfiltered Nama-shu
Rated 4.4-4.5
Miyamanishiki 49% polished Sake degree +3, Acidity 1.6, Alcohol 17%.
It is characterized by its elegant aroma and soft mouthfeel. Pleasant acidity and sharpness after drinking. It has a very beautiful sake with a gorgeous aroma and a high but refreshing acidity that makes for a pleasant cup. It has a pleasant aroma and high, yet refreshing acidity. It has a freshness with a rounded full-bodied flavor.
Miyamanishiki was released last week, and now the next Yumachi is on sale.
However, the number of bottles does not seem to be significant, and not all distributors have it.
Some stores have stopped displaying it in their refrigerators for this reason.
The taste is tangy and slightly watery.
On a scale of 1 to 95, I would give it a 95.
It is not easy to obtain.
On Sunday the 14th I went to Nagano Prefecture in search of sake 😅The Masumi barrel sake was opened the same day and finished today 😋.
Next up: Kawanakajima Genmai Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo Miyamanishiki ❗️
I thought the aroma and sweetness of this sake was moderate, perhaps because I've been drinking a lot of sweet and fruity schwarz lately 😅I'm a taste aficionado, but that's my personal opinion 🙇.
I have a strong memory of the first Genmai I drank, a special junmai with orange label, Yamadanishiki, unfiltered raw 😙 I would buy it if I could find it.
The aroma is fruity and mellow sweetness fills the mouth, but the aftertaste is quite dry and punchy.
It is an interesting sake with a balance of candy and whip.
The last time I drank this sake, it had a distinctive bitter taste, but this time I did not feel it.
Personally, I prefer this one.

Just a little bit chili.
It has a slightly sweet taste and the flavor is not strong!

I bought this to judge the quality of Miyamanishiki.
To say the least, it is delicious.
I have nothing to complain about.
I have high expectations for Miyamanishiki sake to be released in the future.
I will refrain from showing pictures of this sake until next spring.
If the information spreads too widely, it will hinder the purchase of the sake.
The next question is when we will have more information on the list.
I am relieved!
I guess we can say that last season's modulation of Kinmon-Nishiki and Yamae-Nishiki, and the forgoing of DropCollection were temporary due to equipment malfunctions and Mariko Toji's poor health. We look forward to this season!
This is the first time I bought Kawanakajima Genmai😳.
Polishing ratio 49%. It is not a daiginjo but a dare ginjo.
The aroma is sweet and gentle, and the mouthfeel is soft and smooth.
The taste is smooth and sweet, but not harsh and beautiful, and the acidity is moderate and gentle, giving the sake a very warm feeling ✨.
It has a beautiful, round, elegant sweetness, but it is also supported by a fruity aroma that leaves a fresh impression, which is also good!
I drank it slowly for the first time and was convinced that it will be very popular 😆 lol.
It's delicious!
Hi pepper 😃
Congratulations to Hatsugenmai for ㊗️ 🎉!
I remember the excitement I felt when I first saw them in the fridge after Nobby got them 🥹 delicious 😋.

This is a sake that I want to keep in stock at all times, and I need to replenish it with another bottle.
It has a refreshing taste, and it doesn't really choose what to serve with food, does it?
The post finally caught up with the real thing...
I'm in the 🚄 on my way home.
Now what shall I open today 🤔?
It seems that Genmai will be shipping Miyamanishiki only in the next month.
Miyamanishiki is expected to be affected by the extremely hot summer we had this year.
This will be a touchstone for the sake that will later be released with Miyamanishiki as the sake rice.
Sogapère Effice uses only Miyamanishiki as its sake rice.
We will get the list before or after the New Year's holiday.
We will decide what to do next year based on that and Miyamanishiki's performance.
Hi Kawamizuru 🌞.
Last month on my trip to Nagano, I stopped by Obuse for a tasting 🍷.
I asked the store owner and he told me that this year they are starting to prepare for sake brewing earlier than usual.
Please take care of the list 🙏.
