First we will have this Genmai Yamadanishiki that we purchased earlier ✨.
The aroma is fruity and fresh 😄.
The mouthfeel is soft and apple-like. It has a sweetness with a hint of rice flavor. The acidity is not too strong, and the mild aroma is very sharp.

Kawanakajima Genmai has a completely different taste even though they are the same brand, but the junmai ginjo made with omachi has a sweet and delicious taste that I like!
I can taste minerals in Nagano sake, and Kawanakajima Genmai is one of the best!

I love Kawanakajima Genmai and always enjoy their Junmai series, but this was my first time to try their Special Honjozo!
The Junmai series is very fruity, but the special honjozo has a refreshing taste without the sweetness!
In the past, I also had a ginjo-shu, which also had a refreshing taste!
