This is the second bottle on New Year's Eve 😁.
I had stocked the good ones from Iraka last year,
I wanted to get all of them including "Hoko" and "Cornerstone", but I couldn't get them 😂.
First, let's start with Tachika. The sake rice used is undisclosed, but it is Hitogokochi? The aroma is fresh and fresh, with a hint of apple. The taste is also exquisite, with a chili gasiness, apple juiciness, and acidity, with a crisp and clean finish that you can enjoy for a long time 😋🤤😋😋🤤😋.
