I have visited the brewery in Taisetsukei and it seems to be close by. I would like to visit there again 🤗.

Haste

It is the newest brewery in Japan and this is the first time I have had it. It had a very gorgeous aroma that blew out of the bottle. The sweetness and acidity were well balanced, and the taste was fresh but not light and austere. It was delicious. ★★★

Farewell party Part 2 It was a farewell party, but it turned out to be my choice for drinking with friends... I told the manager that I didn't like Ai-label Iraka, and he said, "How about Beni-label? He said, "How about Beni label? I tasted it. Less grain smell than the indigo label... 1/3. But I can smell it. Actually, it seems it has been brewed in cedar barrels for a short time. I thought the smell was strong, as expected. It'll take a few years for it to settle down... I would like to buy this sake after some time because I don't dislike the taste.

Nice to meet you Iraka. The rice polishing ratio is not written on the bottle, but I guess it is at the daiginjo level. Overall, it has a gentle mouthfeel and drinkability, but it does not shy away from sweetness. It has a gentle taste in the mouth, but does not run away from the sweetness, and the flavor of the rice disappears. A royal taste. It's like a high-class dining sake. If you drink it at a good Japanese restaurant, it will give you a different impression.

☀️ While waiting for the bullet train at Nagano station, we went to a standing bar that Ane-san frequents 😁. The master recommended this kind of place 😳 Black blue red drink comparison. Bravo ❗️ I didn't see a place that had them all together. All three colors are good, but I still like the black one for its calmness ☺️ I hear they are preparing another series besides the silver series. I'm still looking forward to seeing this warehouse 🤗.
