Today, we will be having the newest tiraka (tiraka) that we have been curious about at Sake-no-wa.
It's a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It is a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It seems to be an independent brewery started by a toji from Daishinshu. The aroma is apple-like freshness. It has a Nagano sake feel.
On the palate, there is a clear acidity and a delicious spiciness that disappears. It is refreshing and delicious. It is delicious with Echizen soba noodles and cured ham and cheese that I bought in Fukui 🧀 It is especially good with boiled nozawana greens in oil.
It has a slight woodiness to the nose in the second half. I'm looking forward to future lineups: ☺️ delicious✨
Good morning, missamisao 😃.
I'm a fan of Iraka! We had it a while ago 😋 and it's delicious 😙 but it's so good that it kills you instantly and the price... you have to drink it slowly to get the most out of it 😅.
Now, now, now, I'll have some Iraka.
I know many of you got it early and reviewed it, finally I got it too 😊.
I read your reviews and just gulp it down with fresh spit everyday 🤣.
Finally I could drink it. The quality of the sake is beautiful! The clear color and fruity aroma, my expectations are high 😋.
I wish I had met my birth sake.
I wish I could have met my birthday sake.
Encounters are so important 😅.
I think it will be good for those who like a refreshing sake, modern and classic.
I'd like to try some of the others 😊👍
Good morning Jay & Nobby😊.
Iraka, modern chic was a nice touch🙆.
To begin with, I can't buy it near me, so I can't find it easily 😅I guess there are still not many special dealers!
Rumored tiled roof
Sweet aroma, thick attack. Taste: dry with a touch of umami. Light, easy to drink, with a lingering aftertaste.
It is like a hard-core sake 🤣.
I got Iraka (甍), which is something of a reputation.
Iraka...I couldn't read it.
Now, open the bottle. The first aroma smelled a little like caramel...I had a bad feeling.
When I put it in my mouth, I was surprised...
The graininess and astringency is 10 times greater than that of Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi.
Bitterness felt on both sides of the tongue.
A little sweetness in the aftertaste.
The lingering aroma leaves a cloying taste and grain smell in the nostrils that I don't like.
Some people rate it as dry, but I think it is like adding astringency to sweetness.
This is the kind I don't like...
Let's put it down for a minute.
Is there something wrong with this kind of label?
It's a new brewery, so they're doing a lot of trial and error.
They seem to have a red label and a black label.
I'd like to try that one next time.
My family is making a fuss about a sake bath.
The bottle is a wine bottle with a top bottom.
tiled roof, silver, red
Too clear, so clear that it is too clear. Too light, like water. Slightly muscat-like flavor. Too smooth and light, you may feel it is a little lacking.
Beautiful taste. Easy to drink even for beginners.
The aroma of apple can be felt, and the sweetness spreads at the moment of drinking, followed by astringency and bitterness. It is full-flavored, light, and crisp, and paired with sashimi, it was a superb taste. ‼️
It is the newest sake brewery in Japan and started in 2024. The name "Iraka" was given to the sake as if the Japanese Alps were the ceiling of Japan. They make sake using only Nagano rice and water. This is a light nigori type, specially ordered by the liquor store.
When opened, the bottle is vigorous and the lid makes a noise. The taste is silky from the rice and slightly fruity from the melon. Black means it is a balanced type that everyone loves. Certainly easy to drink.
It would go well with white fish sashimi and the like. It was a very delicious sake.
The aroma is mellow and juicy sweet.
It is like muscat.
The taste is also juicy and sweet.
The aftertaste is also slightly sharp.
The newest sake brewery in Japan.
I would like to explore more.
The newest sake brewery in Japan right now is the Iraka Sake Brewery in Nagano.
I tried it for the first time and it was a nice fruity, sweet, gassy yet soft sake. 🙆♂️
I'm sure it will become more popular in the future!
Purchased at my usual liquor store.
I have been curious about this packet for a while.
It is sharp and gorgeous.
Spicy, fruity, smooth and easy to drink.
Delicious.
I have liked it since the first time I drank Iraka. This time it is Ginbeni. It is very easy to drink. The mildness and gorgeousness when you put it in your mouth is very good.
