It is a different category from sake, but it is an apple wine from Ao Tan. It is a liqueur that is apple juice. It has a nice apple sweetness. I don't think it has much acidity. I had it on the rocks, but it would be good with soda, too. It is delicious 😋. The name has changed to Nara Kasugayama Sake Brewery.
