Nineteen Zodiac Label "Horse" 2026 Miyajima Sake Shop Selection Bottle-Heated, Pasteurized Alcohol 16%, Manufactured 0702, Shipped 0711
Born in 2016 from the "connection to the Sanada family" shared by our shop and Ozawa Shuzojo, this is the "Custom-Made Nineteen". The label design is original. It offers a clean, fresh feel while also being pleasantly mellow for a Nineteen. Light notes of melon and pear are present, with a finish that is dry and accompanied by a pleasant bitterness.
Souvenir from my daughter's trip to Tokyo at the end of the year. It was a Christmas gift, so it came with a cake 🤭.
I guess she brought it back with shaking it as much as she could 😅 but my partner and daughter both said it tasted better with the top clear 🤭 ......
When you mix the lees, the sweetness disappears and the bitterness increases. Either way, it was a delicious sake.

Ingredients: Rice (Nagano Prefecture), Rice Koji (Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 16%.
It seems to be an original label of Miyajima Sake Brewery.
but you already drink it at the bar you go to when you go on a business trip to Nagano. I posted about it a few posts ago.
I wonder if I had applied for the hanpukai, though there are lots of liquor stores between there and Ueda.
I'll ask them next time I go there.
I wonder if he remembers me.
I'll miss you if you give me a curt answer.
I'll think about such things then 😅 It didn't have the sweetness that I imagined from its gorgeous aroma, and it was clean and dry. If that bar is going to stock it, it must be dry, right? I guess that means they didn't sign up for the distribution plan. It was easy to drink. I served it with yam that I got from Manachie.
I guess it's the first day of work after I go to bed tonight and wake up 😫.
Drinking Comparison #2
For soft rice sweetness and umami,
The soft sweetness and umami of the rice, and the mild taste of the rice.
It is just like a fox and a raccoon dog,
The flavors are very different.
Comparison of the following
The ginjo aroma is reminiscent of citrus fruits,
It has a clean acidity and a refreshing sweetness.
It is a perfect food sake.
Nineteen "The Ginger bread Man"
Rated 4.4-4.5
Rice: R6 Nagano Yamae-Nishiki, Polishing ratio: 55%, Sake meter: -3.08, Acidity: 1.99, ALC: 15.73%, Yeast: in-house cultivated yeast.
Gingerbread man, a traditional candy often seen at Christmas time. The light sweetness typical of Jyuukyu is harmonized with the delicious taste of rice. It has a dry throat and is made on the lees, making it suitable for a wide range of dishes. The taste is slightly similar to that of Murayu, with less koji. The 19 is fresh and smooth. The clean lingering aftertaste is nice.
☀️
This is a label for gingerbread man.
It's a common candy in Europe at Christmas🎄🥳.
The color is so pure white that you can see it through the green color of the bottle🤍.
Pear🍐 or apple🍎 taste with light sweetness and acidity.
The cloudy rice taste makes it sour or mild.
The lingering bitterness is also typical of nigori 🤗.
The ginjo aroma passes through the nose and ends with a gorgeous atmosphere: ☺️
After the fox
Raccoon dog lol
The flavors are quite different
Slightly effervescent to fruity aroma
Unripe pear 🍐?
Sweet and tart with a touch of acidity
lingering bitterness
Sweet and savory at room temperature.
I prefer it not to be chilled.
Tasome-so 2,100 yen
While enjoying the standing aroma of melon and peach, when you drink it, you first feel a firm sweetness. After that, a slight chili sensation? The acidity and slight bitterness bring it all together so that you don't get tired of drinking it. It is a sweet and juicy sake, but gives the impression of a somewhat classical standing.
It is a little too strong to drink by itself, so it is better to drink it with food.
I was going to buy another brand of Jyukyu, but since I took my child with me, I ended up with this one 😅I enjoyed the choice.

Purchased at Yamada, a sake merchant.
