Next we will have a sparring sake from Izumibashi. This one seems to be made with red yeast and is a smaller 250ml 🍶. The aroma is sour like yogurt. On the palate, there is a sweet and sour taste like acerola and berries, and it disappears leaving a firm gassy feeling. It is good to drink as an aperitif or dessert sake. It is carbonated like a cider or champagne, so it would go well with antipasta dishes such as pintxos. Delicious✨

Today I went to see the former Konoe Division Headquarters Building at the Tokyo Architecture Festival. The event seems to have started last year, but there were quite a few people. After seeing the architecture, I had a full meal at the Jimbo-men restaurant in Jimbocho. However, I will go to the restaurant at night as well. (I have gained weight recently... 😅) Today, I will have a bottle of Haginotsuru. The label is cute 🐱. The aroma is sweet rice with a hint of peach. When you sip it, the sweet and sour taste spreads on the tip of your tongue and disappears in the second half of the bottle. It tastes similar to the Sakura Cat we drank in the spring, but it is more subdued because it has been fire-aged once. This label makes me want to buy it every season. I'm pairing it with sukiyaki. Delicious✨

Today I'm so blah at work, I'm going home early and will have a 🍶 while watching baseball. This is my first Koshi for drinking at home. The aroma is sour. On the palate, it has a puffy sweet and sour taste and deliciousness that disappears. Delicious ✨ I have paired it with lentil marinated maitake mushrooms in mentsuyu and Chinese fried crabapple lettuce and eringi mushrooms, and it is delicious. It's delicious. When the temperature rises, the banana-like taste remains. It reminds me a little of Masamune. Today I won the Bay🐹 and drank some delicious sake, so I feel refreshed. Today we will be having a makiko purchased at FURUMAIYA at Kawasaki Station. The name is difficult to pronounce 💦 It is from the Takachiyo Sake Brewery, and I was torn between the Takachiyo label and this one, which has a lower alcohol content. This is the first time I have had it. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. On the palate, it has a refreshing acidity and umami flavor that disappears. It is easy to pair as a food sake 🍶 I have paired it with Japanese dishes such as simmered burdock root and carrot, stewed eggplant and zucchini, etc. and it is delicious. It is delicious. The deliciousness of the rice is very strong. I would like to pair it with grilled fish. Delicious✨

Today I will have Haneya, which I haven't had in a while. The aroma is juicy and sweet like a pear. On the palate, there is a juicy sweetness of the rice, with a tangy dry spiciness that lingers in the second half. The sake rice is Hachitan-Nishiki, but I would like to capture its characteristics as I have not yet drunk that much of it. It went well with professional baseball chips and shrimp crackers. I think it goes well with fried prawns, fried octopus, and other fried salty and juicy foods. Delicious✨

Summer came and went in a flash 😢. The low alu was easy to drink swishy, I'll take the high alu 🍶. It's my first Morikuma in 2 years 🐻 Eiko Fuji has been since the Japan Series. The label is cute. The aroma is sweet and tasty like vanilla with a touch of alcohol. On the palate, it has a firm umami flavor, but with just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness, and it disappears. It has been a while since I have had this sake, but it is delicious. I think it is easy to match as a food sake. Eiko-Fuji is very stable. I'm worried about my health checkup this weekend, but let's drink it while we can 🤭Tasty✨!

Today I assembled my new bed and had Yokohama Neapolitan for lunch 🍝. Bought a glove and played catch (shoulder blade peeling) for the first time in a while 😊. Today I'll have some Oumine 🧜 It's already the season for summer sake. The aroma is sweet and sour like a ramune and vanilla. In the mouth, the clean sweetness and sweet-sourness traces the surface of the tongue and disappears. I thought of it last year, but it reminded me of peach natural water. It is delicious with maitake cheese on toast, summer vegetable oden, and potato salad. I think it goes well with salt and dashi soup stock that is not too strong in flavor. Delicious✨

Today we had lunch at the popular Machinuka. There was a line, but we were able to get in just in time when the restaurant opened. We were both very pleased with our meals of tantanmen, dumplings, fried rice, and mapo tofu 😊. Of course we drink at night 🍶Today is the first time for me to drink Sabineko on the rocks 🎸The aroma is sour, like lactic acid, like yogurt. As you sip, the sourness runs over your tongue and disappears. It is also a little astringent, and the spiciness lingers in the second half. It is best to drink it with a wooden cup to round out the flavor. It is delicious with firefly squid sautéed with salted kelp and butter ✨. A portion of the proceeds from the sale will go to animal protection efforts. 🐈‍⬛

It's GW and I don't have any plans other than drinking sake 🍶. Let's open the bottle today. This is the first time to drink Ni-Utsu no Ii. The aroma is sweet, like vanilla or rumney. Contrary to the aroma, there is an astringency on the palate that squeezes on the tip of the tongue, reminding me of a white wine😲I think this is an unusual flavor profile for Ni-Rabbit. I think it would go well with cheese, ajillo, and other western-style foods. As the temperature rises, I think the flavor and sweetness come out. Delicious✨

Today is Monday but I will have Sake as I am off tomorrow. It's a luxury 😊. When I heard that the first old sake from Kafuda Sake was available, I had to buy it and got it right away. The aroma is a gorgeous sweet honey aroma and vanilla feeling. On the palate, it has a smooth sweet and sour flavor and a spiciness that lingers in the second half. Although it has a packaged sake feel, this distilled liquor-like residue in the latter half of the bottle may have an old sake feel. It may be because it is an old sake that it has a strong feeling in spite of its alcohol content of 15 🤔. I couldn't find a pairing that I like! I couldn't find a good pairing, but I thought it might be better to drink it with small snacks served at a bar rather than as a food wine. Here's to meeting new packaged sake 🍶 delicious✨.

Today we will be having Ni-Utsuri for the first time in a while. I've been wanting to drink it for a long time, so I stocked up at Mankichi Aoki and got a bottle of this sparkling lightly cloudy sparkling draft 🍶 It still takes some time to open the bottle because it fizzes, but that extra effort is something only Ni-Toshi can provide 💥. After about 5 minutes, the bottle was opened. The aroma is sweet and fresh, with hints of rum, cider, and muscat. On the palate, there is a stimulating dry acidity on the tip of the tongue, but the sweet flavor spreads and disappears cleanly. It is delicious with chikuwa, bell peppers, and green onions with chili shrimp. I think it would be a good match for a thicker food with aroma and richness, such as mapo doufu. Delicious 😊. Today was the first Bay Activity @ Hamasta this term. Unfortunately, it was cloudy at Hamasta after a long absence. It was a close game and it was close, but we managed to win 🌟.

Next, we will have sogape, which I have not had in a long time. You can sometimes find it in Nagano, but I happened to get it in Kanagawa 🍶. It's a stylish label, isn't it? The annotations on the back are so detailed I can't read them at all 👀. The aroma has a hint of lactic acidity, like a sake yeast yeast yeast. On the palate, it has a sweet, tart mellowness that is not as peculiar as the aroma. I pair it with garlic chips and it's delicious. I would like to try it with garlic pasta, ahi tuna, anchovies, etc. I think it would go well with Italian. Delicious✨

Today I will be drinking Kamo Nishiki, which I purchased at the Niigata antenna store in Ginza last week. As a lover of sake with a cargo tag, I wanted to drink this Kamo Nishiki sake. I was so excited to find it here 🥰. The aroma is slightly vanilla sweet with a gorgeous ginjo aroma. On the palate, the umami acid freshness goes straight to the tongue. I've paired it with ume cucumber tataki, eggplant with mentsuyu, toasted cheese with green beans, boiled fish, and jerky made from trout sushi scraps. I wish this sake would become more available because it's my guess brewery. Delicious 🍶✨

Today I received vegetables from Kochi from my hometown tax payment. I am thankful because the vegetables were too expensive to buy 🍅🥒. The aroma is vanilla sweetness and also white grape feeling. On the palate, there is a fresh acidity that pops and a slight bitterness that squeezes like a white grape sensation. I have seen it before, but this is the first time I have had it. I've paired it with bok choy with soy sauce and ginger, cucumber with miso mayo, and asparagus with mentsuyu salted kelp and it's delicious. ☺️✨ There was an earthquake in Nagano and I was worried about my parents' house, but it seems they are ok. You never know what can happen 💦.

Today, I went on a tour of the antenna stores in Ginza to stock up on delicious food from around the country. ☺️ The bottle to be opened is a new sake from a new brewery that inherited an old brewery in Niigata. The rice is Dewa Sanzu. The aroma is muscat-like and sour. On the palate, it has a muscat-like acidity and a sweet-tart flavor, but it disappears cleanly. I was surprised at this clarity on the palate. It is clear and has no peculiarities, and the alcohol content is 13%, so you can gobble it up. As time goes by, I think it develops a sweetness that is unique to Dewa Sanzan. I paired it with trout sushi and white shrimp fish cakes that I bought at a store in Toyama, and it was delicious.

Next, we will have Miyazumi 🍶. I had an image of Kijo-zake as sweet, but this one has a slightly cemedine-like aroma and a peculiar taste. On the palate, it has a unique sweetness and spiciness. I'm not a fan of cemedine, so it's not my personal favorite, but I think it gets milder and more drinkable as the temperature rises. Delicious✨

I've been sick with the change of season and have been holding off on drinking, but after 2 weeks I can finally drink 😭🍶🍶. I'll have Tasake's Hyakushikazakura 🌸 The aroma is ginjo like honey of flowers and sweet like vanilla. On the palate, there is a subtle sweetness like apple nectar and a spiciness that crackles on the tip of the tongue with umami. The spiciness seems to stand up to the temperature. The cherry blossoms are falling, but I enjoy viewing the cherry blossoms while looking at the label. Delicious✨

On the palate, it has a clean floral honey-like sweetness and flavor that disappears nicely. This is still delicious 🤤✨Both on its own or as a food sake. Today, we will be having the newest tiraka (tiraka) that we have been curious about at Sake-no-wa. It's a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It is a sake from Nagano, so I had to try it! It seems to be an independent brewery started by a toji from Daishinshu. The aroma is apple-like freshness. It has a Nagano sake feel. On the palate, there is a clear acidity and a delicious spiciness that disappears. It is refreshing and delicious. It is delicious with Echizen soba noodles and cured ham and cheese that I bought in Fukui 🧀 It is especially good with boiled nozawana greens in oil.
