Today we will have our first alternatives in about 2 years. The aroma is sweet like cotton candy with a hint of berryiness. The color is slightly pink. It has a rough sweetness on the palate with a slight hop bitterness that fades away in the second half. The hops seem to be Sorachi Ace. This one is not red yeast, is it? It reminds me of a rosé no yukidoke I had just recently. I have paired it with curry and it is delicious 😋 It seems to match with spices.

Today we will have our first TAMITSU. The aroma is sweet like vanilla and honey on the nose. On the palate, it is juicy like grapes and has a spiciness that lingers on the tip of the tongue. The rice seems to be Akaban Omachi. Is Akaban Oumachi characterized by grape 🤔? I'm drinking it while watching the Omagari Fireworks Festival on TV. Once again we have a souvenir from my mother🍶, Naebayama from the Naeba Sake Brewery, which she purchased on her trip to Niigata. Yuki no Mayu is well-known, but this one has a higher alcohol content of 18%. The label gives a hint of austerity. The aroma is alcholic and deliciously spicy. When you sip it, the mildly tasty and spicy taste spreads and you feel a heavy fall. The high alcohol content warms the body. It has been a while since I drank a robust sake. I paired it with komatsuna greens and crab cakes, and it was delicious. I think it goes well with simple salty snacks like those served at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). Delicious✨

August 8 is our wedding anniversary, but we will be feasting a little early because we have confirmed that we will be working overtime that day 🍶. As two camonistes, we will have this one that we have been wanting to try. It is a Brilliance series made with Yamada Nishiki from the special A district. This is our first time to buy such an expensive sake and we are very excited 👀. Thankfully, I will enjoy it. The aroma is fruity and sweet, like the honey of flowers. The sweet and sour taste is well balanced on the palate and disappears nicely. I also feel a bit of berry flavor. I served it with fig and ham salad, tuna and yam salad, and oysters in oil, all of which I bought at a department store. Today's bay was a happy day with Viciedo playing an active role and a white star: ☺️✨I'm looking forward to drinking again next year on our anniversary.

On the palate, it has a dry carbonation gas and a mild rice flavor, and it finishes with a sharp finish. It has just the right dryness for summer drinking. I drink it on its own and it is delicious. I'm listening to vampire weekend from Sheep Literature to pick up my Fuji Rock delivery 🎧🎵.

Today we will have our second bottle of Maison Aoi...it is expensive at 4000 yen...but my partner wants to drink it so I bought it. The aroma is a little lactic. It has a coherent acidity and sweetness in the mouth, and it disappears nicely. It has a sweetness like lychee and melon. It is delicious with cured ham. The rice seems to be Miyamanishiki. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink. I'm drinking it with my Fuji Rock delivery as a snack 🍶.

I bought the 334th bottle at Wadaya in Oimachi, limited to 390 bottles. The aroma has a sourness like that of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. On the palate, there is a hint of acidity and a cohesive, mellow sweetness and spiciness that disappears nicely. The alcohol content is high at 17.5 degrees, but there is no roughness, so you can't help but drink it. I'm drinking it with a pinch of Sambo Master from Fuji Rock on Amapura. Delicious✨

Today is my first sake in a while 🍶. I haven't been able to drink sake for about 2 weeks due to a sinus infection... I'm still not in full swing, but I've had enough of it ‼︎, so I'll have some sake. I have a stuffy nose, but the aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma like apple honey. On the palate, it has a clear sweet and sour umami flavor, with a firm kick in the latter half. I think it has a little bit more of a "splash" feeling depending on the time of year, but it seems to have calmed down 🤔. I've paired it with potato butter and salted fish, and it's delicious. Please be careful not to catch a summer cold💦.
