It is already February. Today we are having sukiyaki with delicious meat we received. The sake to be served is Tobiroki. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a sweet umami taste on the palate, with a hint of spiciness lingering in the latter half. This umami is delicious. We will continue with the heated sake ♨️ The aroma is subdued and the mouthfeel is mellow and umami. I think the flavor increases even more when the sake is heated 😊I think it goes well with warm food with a soy sauce based broth. It seems to go well with winter dishes such as oden and simmered dishes. Delicious✨

Today is my first sake. My partner drank it at a bar and enjoyed it so much that he bought it at a liquor store in Ueno. I've never seen this label before 👀It looks like whiskey. It seems to be a sake associated with Noboru Takeshita's family (DAIGO). The aroma is fruity sweet like lychee. On the palate, it has a moderate sweetness and a robust flavor that disappears nicely. It is hard to imagine the taste from the label, but it tastes modern and delicious 😊. I've paired it with croquettes and yakitori (grilled chicken) and it's a great match. I was already drunk when I drank it. Delicious✨

I'll take the flax cat again, which I missed reviewing last time: 🐈‍⬛ The aroma is sour with a shochu taste like white malted rice. On the palate, it slowly gives off an apricot-like sweet and sour taste. Personally, I find the accent and sweetness good for drinking slowly as a second dessert sake after having a main meal. Today I will have a Houou Mita for the first time in a long time. It has been about 3 years since I drank it before I started Sake-no-Wawa and it has been about 3 years since I drank it at home. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and when you sip it, the clean sweetness and deliciousness disappear in a gorgeous aroma. It seems to be made from a sake rice called Yumesasara, which is new to me. The overall impression is one of lightness. My parents gave it to me as a gift when I went home for New Year's. Thank you 🍶. Thank you very much 🍶. The aroma is juicy and fruity sweetness of apple. It's like Nagano sake. In the mouth, there is a sweetness like apple honey, and the deliciousness and mild acidity come together and disappear. Kamerei is delicious after all 😭. I've paired it with oyster and lemon fritters and a green laver based scallop and seared bamboo shoot salad and it's delicious 🤤.

I'm finally getting into the swing of things, so I'll have some sake. It's been a while since I've had a Yuki no Bijin. The aroma is clean with a ginjo aroma and the deliciousness of the rice. The spicy flavor is tingling in the mouth and disappears. The sake level is +6, which is a little spicy. The rice seems to be Aizan. As a food sake, it has a strong presence. It is delicious with nozawana greens, nokpe, and fried white fish. I think it's been a while since I've had such a deliciously spicy sake 💡.

I know it's too late, but I'm going to open a bottle of sake that I was going to open at the end of the year to pray for a good year. My nose is a bit stuffy, but the aroma is of honeyed flowers and vanilla-like rice. On the palate, there is a sourness and a spiciness in the second half, and it starts to fade. Happy New Year 🎍. Today we are going to my grandmother's house to greet the new year, and in the evening we will have a drinking party at my parents' house. We will have a snowman that my mother had bought for me. This is the second one this winter. The aroma is lactic like yogurt. On the palate, it still gives a strong impression of dryness.
