As the name "satin" suggests, it has a pleasant texture on the tongue. I would like to drink it with salty nuts and peanuts. I've paired it with edamame and it's delicious 🫛✨✨.

August 8 is our wedding anniversary, but we will be feasting a little early because we have confirmed that we will be working overtime that day 🍶. As two camonistes, we will have this one that we have been wanting to try. It is a Brilliance series made with Yamada Nishiki from the special A district. This is our first time to buy such an expensive sake and we are very excited 👀. Thankfully, I will enjoy it. The aroma is fruity and sweet, like the honey of flowers. The sweet and sour taste is well balanced on the palate and disappears nicely. I also feel a bit of berry flavor. I served it with fig and ham salad, tuna and yam salad, and oysters in oil, all of which I bought at a department store. Today's bay was a happy day with Viciedo playing an active role and a white star: ☺️✨I'm looking forward to drinking again next year on our anniversary.

Thanks for a great week 🍶. Today we will have sake, a gift from my mother. The aroma is sweet and tasty with a hint of rice. Next, we will have Niidashi Zenshu. This sake was given to me as a gift from my mother, who is from Fukushima🍶. The aroma has an oily gasiness. On the palate, it has a dry carbonation gas and a mild rice flavor, and it finishes with a sharp finish. It has just the right dryness for summer drinking. I drink it on its own and it is delicious. I'm listening to vampire weekend from Sheep Literature to pick up my Fuji Rock delivery 🎧🎵.

Today we will have our second bottle of Maison Aoi...it is expensive at 4000 yen...but my partner wants to drink it so I bought it. The aroma is a little lactic. It has a coherent acidity and sweetness in the mouth, and it disappears nicely. It has a sweetness like lychee and melon. It is delicious with cured ham. The rice seems to be Miyamanishiki. The alcohol content is 13%, so it is easy to drink. I'm drinking it with my Fuji Rock delivery as a snack 🍶.

I bought the 334th bottle at Wadaya in Oimachi, limited to 390 bottles. The aroma has a sourness like that of a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast. On the palate, there is a hint of acidity and a cohesive, mellow sweetness and spiciness that disappears nicely. The alcohol content is high at 17.5 degrees, but there is no roughness, so you can't help but drink it. I'm drinking it with a pinch of Sambo Master from Fuji Rock on Amapura. Delicious✨

Today is my first sake in a while 🍶. I haven't been able to drink sake for about 2 weeks due to a sinus infection... I'm still not in full swing, but I've had enough of it ‼︎, so I'll have some sake. I have a stuffy nose, but the aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma like apple honey. On the palate, it has a clear sweet and sour umami flavor, with a firm kick in the latter half. I think it has a little bit more of a "splash" feeling depending on the time of year, but it seems to have calmed down 🤔. I've paired it with potato butter and salted fish, and it's delicious. Please be careful not to catch a summer cold💦.

I got a new pair of dimming glasses today👓I have dry eyes and I'm not sure if I should make the full switch from contacts to glasses. I'm going to have some Ichihakusuisei today 🍶They seem to be using Misato Nishiki rice this year. The aroma is sweet and sour like apples. On the palate, it has a firm umami flavor, with the acidity and sharpness coming in the latter half. It is delicious with grilled horse mackerel and mackerel 😊✨.

Today I went to an art museum in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. After seeing sculptor Okazaki-san's paintings, we stopped by Imanaya in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa and had some of these that we had stocked up on. It's the first time I've had this at Iemomi. When mixed with ori, it has a sour taste. In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste with a pleasant dryness in the second half. I think it goes well with mild mayonnaise such as bonito in mayo soy sauce or potato salad. Delicious✨ The color scheme of the picture I gave you was similar to the label of Eiko-Fuji's Survival, so I took a picture of it 🌃

Today we will have Banshu Issen. It had been two years since we drank at home😲. The aroma is like honey and spudding. The back of the label says it smells like LaFrance. On the palate, it has a silky texture with a pleasant sweet and sour taste, but it disappears nicely. I basically like sweet and sour oriented types, but this one is still my favorite and delicious 😊✨The label is also nice. It is delicious with cured ham cheese, radish and canned mackerel. The alcohol level is 14 degrees and easy to drink. I think I'm going to gobble this one up.

The aroma is sweet and sour like ramune. It also has a little lactic acidity 🤔. It is sweet and sour on the palate and disappears in the second half leaving a solid delicious spiciness. When paired with sweet sauce-like food such as meatballs, the spiciness is slightly lessened and it is easier to drink. For those with a sweet tooth, the spiciness is still too strong. However, it is delicious. Today I saw the movie "National Treasure" 🎬The two main actors were so good that I thought they were real Kabuki actors 👀✨It is just like the original novel, but it made me want to read the novel again.
