It's been a long time since I've had sake 🍶 (but it's been a week), as I've been holding off on drinking this week due to a year-end party and working on a holiday. Today I'll be having a winter staple, Snowball  The aroma is sweet and sour, like a bouncing ramune. On the palate, it is sour and dry. There is no sweetness this year 😲It seems that they have changed the raw material making. As a sweet and sour party, I wanted a little more sweetness, but it is delicious!

Thanks for the week. Today we will have the silver sea that I bought a month ago. The white silver sea was delicious, so I have high expectations for it. The aroma is sweet like honey. On the palate, there is a solid core of sweetness, but it also has umami and acidity, which slowly fades away. It's still delicious 🤤I've paired it with pickled celery and shrimp, prosciutto ham and potato salad, spring rolls, etc. ✨.

I will have the sea of turtles given to me by my mother last week. It has been a long time since I have had turtle sea 🐢. The aroma is sweet like muscat, umami and mineral. On the palate, you can feel the fresh muscat-like fruity, umami, and tingling that only rough running can give. I like the umami, the acidity, and the fact that it is direct, and I like the feeling of this lingering stimulation on the tongue. I bought it with a bottle of oyster miso nabe, which I was excited to buy, and it's delicious 😊✨.

Thank you for a great week. Today we will have our first sake. This one was purchased at Masaruya. The label is stylish 🐧 The color is a little yellowish. The aroma is lactic. On the palate, it has sweetness and firm acidity, with a touch of astringency in the latter half. I have paired it with pizza, potato salad, and prosciutto ham, and it is delicious with all of them. When paired with rich western food, it matches like a white wine feeling and is delicious 😊✨.

Today we will have a bottle of Shimehari Tsuru. It is the first time for me to drink it at home 🍶 It is a little bit good sake. The aroma has a gorgeous ginjo aroma. It has a rounded umami flavor and a sharp finish in the second half. It is easy to match as a food sake. It is delicious with fried egg with crabmeat, grilled onion, salty potato butter, etc. 😊It goes well with Japanese food. Delicious✨

Forget about tomorrow and have some sake. Next is a sake from Yoshida Kurau. The bottle has Braille on it and the meaning seems to be "sake". It is a nice design that has never been seen before👍I hope there will be more sake like this. The aroma is banana-like. When you sip it, it has a banana-like sweet and sour taste and a mineral taste, and the sweetness and astringency slowly disappear. Yoshida Kurau makes a lot of interesting sake. Be careful not to drink too much and drink in moderation😅.

Next, we will have sake, a gift from his mother to Nagano. This is a hwarin from the Kawanakajima Genmai sake brewery. It is your first time. The aroma has the spottiness of nigori sake. On the palate, it is sweet and sour and umami! It has a juicy sweet and sour taste like a peach, but also has a delicious carbonation. It is delicious enough to drink by itself as a dessert sake. I'm soaking up the afterglow as I rewatch the BayStars parade live on TV. It's a great weekend 😊✨

On Saturday, I was moved by the BayStars parade and left with lingering emotions, and today I went out with my mother who came to visit from Nagano. We went to Akasaka Rikyu from Gingko in Gaienmae. On the way, I see Princess Aiko, whose birthday is today, and I open a good bottle of sake because it is a day of eye-opening🙏gratitude. Now, to the main topic. It's been a long time since I've had a brewer's kuheiji. It has been two years since I drank it at home. The aroma is of honey and the flavor is delicious. When you sip it, it has acidity and a mildly sweet umami taste, and it seems to disappear quickly. Overall, the taste is elegant and delicious. We have paired it with refreshingly dressed bean sprouts and maitake mushrooms, grilled turnips with foil, and steamed pork and lettuce, all of which are delicious matches. It's a great all-around drink. Delicious😊✨

Goodnight for a week 🍶Today we will be drinking tasake at home for the first time in a while. I haven't had tasake since last summer. (I think I probably drink it at the restaurant 🤔) The aroma is sweet like the honey of flowers and umami. When I sip it, I feel umami first, followed by sourness and sweetness, and finally spiciness. The overall impression is that the balance of flavors is uniform and well-rounded. I have paired it with seafood rolls and Hiramasa sashimi and it is delicious 😊✨.

In the mouth, anyway, it has sweet deliciousness and soft sourness. Next, mix in the Ori and enjoy the taste. The sweet and sour taste spreads pleasantly on the tongue with a silky texture. Today, we will be having a bottle of Omine's Winter Otogiri, which I have been wanting to drink for a long time and bought at a liquor store in Nakameguro. The label is cute. At first, I will drink it without mixing the ori. The aroma is spottiness and peachy sweetness. On the palate, it is sweet and sour and disappears pleasantly. Next, when the oli is muddled, the texture is tart and sweet-sour, like a nectar with just the right amount of sweetness. I've paired it with Fujikko with cream cheese and baked persimmons with cream cheese, and it matches and is delicious 😊.

I'll take Yami Naru Akimizu today, which I buy every year 🍶. The aroma is like muscat, fruity sweetness and rice flavor. On the palate, there is a muscat-like sweetness and umami, with a spicy and jittery roughness in the latter half that is only possible with unfiltered, unfiltered, undiluted sake. It feels like it goes down on the tip of the tongue. We paired it with Yamagata's local dish, imoni (stewed potatoes), and it is a delicious match 😊.

Today I got the victory commemorative shiomai and it's Monday and I'm having sake 🍶. This is my first brand. Great name 👀. The aroma has the sourness of Yamahai and Namaho sake. It has a spicy and tasty flavor that hits you in the mouth. I was scared of the sake degree of 14, but it is not as spicy as I thought it would be. When it is heated up, the spiciness mellows out and the umami is more pronounced. It is delicious with shioumai and tochiai (fried tofu). The alcohol content is over 17 degrees, so please drink it in moderation today: ☺️

Today I had lunch in the park and played with an old man's dog that I don't know 🐶. We continue to drink sake purchased at a liquor store in Oimachi. This one seems to be another brand of sake made by the same brewery that makes Jikin. It is a little expensive, but I bought it because it is rare. The aroma is fruity sweet and sour like lychee. On the palate, it has a nice berry-like sweet and sour taste with a delicious spiciness in the latter half. I can't compare it with other Jikin because I haven't drunk much Jikin to begin with, but it seems to have a complex flavor. The aroma is good. It was a little difficult to find the best match for pairing, but it is a distinctive and memorable sake 🍶Tasty✨.

Goodnight for the week 🍶Today we will be having sansho purchased from a liquor store in Oimachi. I hesitated to buy it because it is a bit expensive, but it is a rare sake so I bought it 😊. It opens vigorously when opened so be a little careful opening the bottle. It has a strong gassy taste and the aroma is juicy sweet and sour like a pear. The acidity is a bit pronounced and has a yogurt feel to it. On the palate, there is a pungent acidity like that of cider or grapefruit, and a slow astringency that lingers. I haven't had this kind of sake in a long time 😲! I paired it with shrimp gratin and bacon potatoes, and it is delicious. It seems to be a good match with western food as well. I'm looking forward to reading Weekly Baseball and Number this weekend ✨.

My eyes were busting from yesterday's excitement in the morning 👀I bought every sports paper I could find, went to Hamasuta, and snapped some commemorative panels at Kannai Station and Nihon-odori Station 📸. Today, I will be drinking Nabeshima Akaban Yumachi. The aroma is a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and you can feel the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice. The mouthfeel is fresh and juicy, with a burst of carbonation and sweet-acid acidity. It reminds me of the Kafuda sake "Beni Kikyo". This is delicious 🤤 Apparently, I had this last year, but I don't remember. It's been a while since I've had Nabeshima, but it's still delicious. I will now enjoy the sake while looking back on this season 🍶.

On the palate, you can feel the shrieking carbonation and the sweet and sour taste of berries. It is a sharp feeling of peach natural water. I think it goes well with black chocolate.
