Today I will be having Nabeshima. My partner is down with a cold 😢I'm going to enjoy 🍶 by myself while praying to the sake gods for a quick recovery. It has been a long time since I have had sake that was kept at room temperature. The aroma is juicy like grapes or pears. On the palate, a mild sweet and sour umami flavor spreads softly on the tongue. In the latter half of the taste, it is spicy and tingling, and the umami taste remains. What is this deliciousness? Is it succinic acid? It is delicious with oden. The other day I participated in a drinking party attended by Ane-san, Yukachin-san, tomo-san, and ichiro18. 🙇‍♂️ I was surprised at how much I drank based on your review. I was so drunk I didn't leave any tasting notes 😅At least it was fun 😊✨.

I'll have another bottle of Eiko Fuji 🍶. I've been getting drunk easily lately, but after a long time I'm excited and this is my second bottle. The aroma has a hint of ginjo aroma. Today we will have our first Hakuba Yoshi from Eiko-Fuji. This is one of the four bottles I bought at a liquor store in Okachimachi after purchasing oysters at Yoshiike in Ueno😊As a nigori lover, you should check it out. The aroma is honey-like and fruity juicy like apples and pears. On the palate, it disappears pleasantly with a silky texture along with sweet and sour taste. The rice seems to be Miyamanishiki, which is said to be characterized by its fruity and light taste. As a sweet sake lover, this is delicious 😋 I've paired it with raw oysters, canned red snow crab, and shioudoufu, all of which match well 😭 delicious delicious ✨

Goodnight for a week. Today, we will have kangiku for the first time in a while. When I was careless and opened it, it spilled out 😅The aroma is nigori-ish and silky. It has a sweetness like a ball of soda and a dryness of carbonation. It is delicious with my partner's original dish of fried komatsuna and egg with garlic, canned mackerel with kimchi sauce, and fried maitake mushrooms with lemon 😋. It's the season for nigori sake. ❄️ I still want to try nigori. Delicious✨

Today, for the first time in a long time, I took a paid day off and watched a movie. After enjyoing, I will enjoy sake. I will have a yellow ver of "with cheese" from Kamikawa Taisetsu. It seems to be made from Kinmon-nishiki, which is rare. The aroma is clean with a hint of vanilla. It seems sweet, but when you sip it, there is a strong attack, and the umami spiciness remains on your tongue until it disappears. The alcohol content is 17 degrees, so it also has a kick to it. I have paired it with crab cakes mayo, chikuwa soy sauce, and oil sardine cabbage, and I think it goes well with mildly salty flavors such as mayonnaise. Delicious✨

The aroma is sweet with vanilla and honey with a touch of grape astringency. The first sip has a spiciness along with sweetness and acidity, and the second half has an astringency that disappears after the first sip. I feel that it is easy to match as a food wine. I have paired it with saikyo yaki, blue cheese, and crab cakes and it is delicious 😊I wish I could eat real crab 🦀✨.

Today we will have the WITH CHEESE series from Kamikawa Daisetsu. It seems to be a sake that tastes great when paired with cheese. The aroma is sour with lactic acidity. Thanks for a great week 🍶 This week has been a bit hectic, but next week is the mountain and I will do my best. I'm not in perfect condition, but that's when you should drink good sake and be healed. It's been a while since I had a glass of Shinmasa. It's the first Viridian I've had at home. The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of apricot, yogurt, and cypress. On the palate, it disappears nicely with a sweet and sour hint of sourness. I think there was more apricot residue when I drank the flax cat series, but this one is clean and delicious. I've paired it with braised turnips, fried lettuce with oyster, and Iburi Goko cheese, and it's delicious✨.

We won the World Series Dodgers today 🏆Thank you, Pitcher Yamamoto. To celebrate the success of the Japanese players, we will have a Dodgers sake...not a Doala sake 🐨. My partner stocked up on it in Aichi. The aroma is fruity with a hint of ginjo. On the palate, it has a clean, umami spiciness that disappears nicely. There is a sense of firmness in the latter half, and I think it has a gourd-like quality. I've paired it with smoked egg stewed in miso and chicken wings and it's delicious 😋, and I think local food goes well with it ✨.

Goodnight for a week. I will have some mansaku flowers that my partner bought me as a souvenir from Akita 🍶. I feel like this is my first drink at home🤔The aroma is sweet vanilla like fresh cream. On the palate it has a mellow, rounded sweetness and deliciousness, with sourness and alcohol lingering and disappearing in the second half. The impression on the label might lead one to expect it to be spicier, but it is a full-bodied sake with a delicious flavor that is perfect for fall. The rice used seems to be Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Akita Sakekomachi. I didn't know there was such a thing as Akita Sake Komachi. I've paired it with grilled chicken, salami, and other fatty foods and it's delicious✨. The draft conference is over for another year. I can't wait to see the rookies next year 😊💫.
