My throat is tired from cheering too much, so I'm going to quench it with sake. My partner bought me a bottle of Fukkomachi as a souvenir from Akita. It's the first time at home 🍶. The aroma is fruity and sour like an apple. In the mouth, it is sweet and delicious, and the sourness keeps on lingering. It is delicious with simmered pumpkin and taro, or with pickles. It is easy to match as a food sake. The label is also cute.

My partner is away today, so I will reduce the amount of alcohol to 300ml. I will drink this sake that was given to me at work 🍶. This is my first Kamikimoto sake at home. The aroma is a clean ginjo aroma. It has a clear sweet flavor that disappears with a spiciness in the second half. It gives the impression that it is easy to match as a food sake. I drink it with tsukemono as a snack and it is delicious 😊.

来週ついにCSです🏟️チケットが当選したので現地観戦してきます🐹🐇 本日は当選祝いで日本酒をいただきます。家飲みお初の磯自慢です。普段なかなか買う機会がないので、気になり購入しました。 香りは、バナナのような吟醸香を感じます。口にすると、まろやかな柔らかい旨さが心地よく消えていきます。印象としては、もう少しドライかなと思っていましたが、まるい旨さがあり飲みやすいです。 特A地区の山田錦を使っているようです。かんぱちのお造りや、おでんと合わせてますが美味しいです😊お燗でも飲みたいですね✨

The Prison Curry and Marugaku series of stalls seemed to be popular😲 We toured the old Kosuge Prison Hall and had an informative day. Now today, we will have Kangiku Kenaiyama. The aroma is juicy like a peach or a ramune. The taste is sour, juicy, sweet, and delicious, with a hint of spiciness that disappears after a while. It is easy to drink, perhaps because it has been fire-aged, but it is also very mild. Chikuwa mayo soy sauce matched with the snacks. It seems to go well with the light saltiness. Delicious✨

Well, let's get down to business 😊Today I'm having a drink at home for the first time in a while at Mimurosugi. It's been almost 2 years since I've been here, so I'm surprised. The aroma is full and sweet like grapes. I also felt a sourness like lactic acid. On the palate, it has a mild umami, sweet and sour taste that disappears cleanly. It is easy to drink at 13% alcohol by volume. I paired it with saikyo yaki silver cod, carrot rapé, and potato chips with potato butter ✨.

Today we will have Sairai's Altair. The aroma has a slight cemedine feel and a hint of alcohol. On the palate, there is a strong acidity and umami, which lingers and disappears on the bottom. I also feel there is a sense of astringency in the latter half. This is the second bottle I have had at home, but it is a different impression from the previous sake 😲. I've paired it with octopus and mushroom ajillo and peppers and mackerel cheese toast, and it's delicious. When combined, it seems to be somewhere between a white wine and a sparkling wine. It goes well with olives, garlic and cheese. Delicious✨ I'm digesting my reading pile over the three-day weekend 📕 I'm on target for 50 books this year and have 23 left to go. I can still get there 🔥.

It's a three-day weekend. I have no particular plans, so I will enjoy drinking as usual. Today, I will have my first Eiko-Fuji here. Has it been around for a while? The label design looks like a band's CD jacket. The aroma is sweet and sour like berries. It is slightly pink because of the red yeast. On the palate, it is berry sweet and sour, like a rosé wine. It reminds me of rosé no yukidoke. As a sweet tooth, this is totally my favorite 🫶✨It is creamy and refreshing like strawberry shortcake. The sake level is a menacing -66. Red yeast is less fermentable, so it seems to leave more sugar and lower alcohol content🤔I would like to try more sweet sake made with red yeast 😋. It is delicious with Italian dishes such as pizza and Bolognese pasta, just like a rosé wine. Bono‼︎

Today I went to visit the Geidai Festival. I will have this which I got at a liquor store in Ueno as it is. It has been a long time since I had a bottle of SENKOURI. This is the first time for me to drink Senkohana. The aroma is sour like white grapes. When you sip it, it has a spicy and sour taste, and it disappears without a hitch. It is delicious with yuba, canned crab, and octopus, but I think it would be a good match with white, light foods.

Once again we have a souvenir from my mother🍶, Naebayama from the Naeba Sake Brewery, which she purchased on her trip to Niigata. Yuki no Mayu is well-known, but this one has a higher alcohol content of 18%. The label gives a hint of austerity. The aroma is alcholic and deliciously spicy. When you sip it, the mildly tasty and spicy taste spreads and you feel a heavy fall. The high alcohol content warms the body. It has been a while since I drank a robust sake. I paired it with komatsuna greens and crab cakes, and it was delicious. I think it goes well with simple salty snacks like those served at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). Delicious✨
